Maid Affordable

Do not recommend using this company I hired them to do a thorough clean of my house before I moved in completely and they didn’t clean anything. I was offered a difference between the dream clean and the deep clean and I wanted the cabinets cleaned so I picked the deep clean and they didn’t even touch the cabinets. I called to get a refund and I was refunded $75 out of $395 that I paid. very disappointed and would not recommend this cleaning company!

They did a phenomenal job. Very thorough and considerate.

The dirt grout was not removed completely but I believe there may be another product other than the one used, to thoroughly clean the grout. However, it does look much, much better. No real complaints.

Moving is stressful and Maid Affordable helped ease my stress with doing providing EXCELLENT service on the rental house and making it move in ready. I will be using Maid Affordable for regular service in the new home I purchased.

They were wonderful. They even did a free cleaning for me. They came and did a three hour free cleaning, because I gave such a rave rating for them on Angie's List. I gave them an positive review, and mentioned someone specifically. Maid's Affordable called me back, and said because you gave us such an great rating on Angie's List, we are going to give you an free three hour cleaning. I have used them many times. When I need them.

I have hired Maid Affordable in the past. I was extremely happy with them and used them several times when we had the resources to spend. I thought I had hired the same service when I called several weeks ago. I would definitely hire Maid Affordable again. I only marked them a B this time, is to ensure that my new review is close to the old one! I could not delete the 1st review.

The ladies were great. Considering we were home at that time packing and staging, they were troopers as we sometimes needed to get past where they were working. They were good, able to schedule us quickly, but we have hired other maid services that were had just a little better quality. Again, we were there and sometimes in the way, so it could be related to that. We have not had these same services from the other company, so I cannot say if the pricing is comparable or not

Did a very good job. I thought they were reasonable. No complaints. I thought they were good. The only thing I can recall,they were suppose to come out one day, and one of the lady's got sick. They came out the next day. I was satisfied with what they did. Since I am in the remodeling stage, I wanted them to come out and deep clean. The house is torn up on the inside, I can't do anything anyway.

It was great! I have a big house, so I knew that time was going to be a factor as well with the deep cleaning package. However, Maid Affordable was awesome and did a phenomenal job! I will definitely schedule routine maintenance from now on with them. Thank you, Maid Affordable, for giving me "my time" back"!

I had a hand surgery so I use them to come clean my home. They did a wonderful job and I will continue to use them.

They are here for at least three hours a visit. I think they are awesome. I will continue to use them. They staff is always extremely nice and professional.

Terrific service! Heather is pro6fessional and nice, will ask where you want her to focus and do it well. She always asks before she leaves how the work she did looks. I ask for her every time! FYI, office very accessible, responds immediately. No surprises

While the ad said that this included cleaning a refrigerator and an oven, I declined those but the ad also said they would clean baseboards... What I got was a moderate cleaning of my house. I was told that they would work on my shower but I couldn't tell they had done anything and now they are calling me to tell me that the $199 I paid to Angie's List did not include the sales tax and that I now owe them another $15!!!!!?? Unacceptable!

Showed up on time, cleaned the home and all the appliances as described and left me with a home that was sparkling from top to bottom.

I called the provider and set up and appt and had to cancel due to my daughter having surgery. I was able to reschedule to the following Friday, the 12th of Sept 214. The merchant was very professions and polite on the phone and was more than willing to assist me with the rescheduling. The person that came to clean the house brought her own supplies, she was very prompt, one of the first and only merchants that I have ever had show up exactly on time when they said they would. She stayed very busy and completed the job in a highly professional and noteworthy way. I would gladly have this service back and indeed am thinking of having them back on a monthly basis due to the quality of the service performed. The young lady that cleaned the house worked steadily for over eight hours, not sure if the house needed that much or she was just that thorough but she did a great job, moving things and getting everything spotless. We would gladly have them back to do our house and would recommend them to others. The only drawback was the $15.00 of taxes that needed to be paid in addition to the price that had already been paid. Was not aware of this fee and thought that the fee was all inclusive.

It went very well. I had a cast on my arm and I couldn't do anything, so I needed some help. They did a very good job and ndash; exactly what I wanted them to do. I was pleased.

We purchased an and quot;Angie's Listand quot; deal for entire house cleaning including the refrigerator and oven. The service was originally scheduled (by phone) for the previous week but they failed to show. The service was re-scheduled with a promise to call when they were heading to the house. However, they never called and just showed up. The cleaning itself was adequate. My wife found several places that were missed. We would consider using them again in the future if the price is right and they work on their calling/scheduling practices.

I am very picky but the maid (I don't want to give her name because I want to keep her) did not fail. After she cleaned each room she invited me to inspect it. Even if I had a small complaint she happily and fixed it. She did not make me feel bad for wanting it perfect. The first time she came she had an assistant and the assistant cleaned my downstairs bath. It was not cleaned as well as I would like so a supervisor came right away and finished up. My husband did not want her in the house when he got home from work. She has worked hard to make it happen. I also appreciated that my maid knew that I was spending a lot of money and that she would give the best cleaning for my money.

They arrived late the last two times I used their service. Many areas were missed. The cleaning person left in the middle of cleaning and a new person arrived later. Areas were skipped. The first cleaning person made beds without tucking top sheet in at the bottom of the bed. This was the second time he did that to all the beds in the house. I even requested that he make the beds and tuck in the sheets. He changed the way he was making the bed only when I stood there. The rest of the time he did what he wanted. I had to remake all the beds. Harsh chemicals were mixed in my bathrooms causing damage to a bathtub drain. My husband had to replace the drain seal after they left. The employee who cleaned my house was friendly but informed me that he was a personal friend of the owner and gets by with more than others in the company. The company offered to send someone back to redo their work. I was not comfortable having them back in my house. I was told I would receive a call back from the owner. I never received a call. I will not use the company again.

I paid for a dream clean but it was not even close to a dream.They did send me a credit for three hours of cleaning but I'll never use it.

Maid Affordable has been very responsive to my desires in house cleaning. I have several cats - and the cat hair is amzing. They focus on ensuring that you wouldn't know that I have cats as they get all the cat hair from corners, etc. Not to mention my tile floors gleam - as do my bathrooms!
