Doug and his crew did a great job. The price was good and they were on time and professional. Doug made several stops by the house to make sure everything was going well and we feel it was very attentive to our needs. Thanks Doug! We'll use you again in the future!

Communication and overall work was done with the highest degree of professionalism. Could not recommend anyone more than these two gentlemen.

Doug Young and Mike Brennan are awesome. I have never experienced the professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and respect I received from these two guys. Because of so many bad experiences with contractors over the past several years, having this level of work was wonderful and far and above my expectations. The bid from D. Young was faxed to me right when he said he would and priced most reasonably. Mike Brennan no only had to deal with a difficult fit on a very hot day he would not stop until he had it right. When he had to make a schedule adjustment he called well ahead of time and showed up when he said he would to complete the work. When I had to make a schedule adjustment he called well ahead of time and showed up when he said he would to complete the work. When I had to adjust the schedule he was very flexible. These guys are the best. I cannot send enough kudos their way and the only thing preventing me from using their services again would be if they are booked so far in advance it would not be practicable.

They were professional. They got the job done on time. They left things in good order.

Doug was very prompt to reply my query via e-mail. He showed up as he said he would. Work was done upon acceptance of the bid. Window looks very nice.

They ruined two of my showers. There was no supervision with employee's. I ended up having to fire this company for the safety of my home. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Mr. Young showed up in a timely fashion to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable. I paid 1/2 of the estimate so that the doors could be ordered. Once the doors were delivered and sitting in my home, it took over two weeks to start any work. There were various problems with the doors, installation; etc. & it took multiple trips to get the job finished. They did not seem concerned about the number of days I had to take off work for the job to be finished. The doors were then painted the wrong color. We scheduled the repainting for a month out and they called the day of to state they were not available. They then came to repaint on a day that I had told them I would not be available. I was left with the impression that Mr. Young's subcontractors thought they could take advantage of me because I am female. My doors were never repainted and in exchange, the last $90 of my bill was waived. I would not use this company again, unless I had a male around to deal with them.

I thought the price was too expensive for what I (and other contractors) considered a "small job". I have since gotten lower bids. This company wants half payment upon starting the job and remainder upon completion. My impression is that this contractor has and charges overhead & profit for subcontractors. Estimated cost was $4,550.

It went great! I would recommend them again! My ceiling looks great! You cannot tell that there was ever anything wrong. Great job!

Mr. Young's crew was thorough. well trained, scrupulous about cleaning up after themselves, considerate of protecting non-work areas, they arrived on time, stayed late and had a crew chief whom they respected. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the diligence with which it was performed. The owner made it his business to to check in daily to make inspections, as did the crew chief, and any finding of work less than meeting their expectations was immediately remedied. This is an unqualified endorsement of the quality of the work performed, the price was fair, and finished with regard to a time line goal I had set because of expected company. I will certainly hire this company again.

Doug Young arrived at the appointment time and was very pleasant. I had several items I wanted an estimate on which he provided. The price seemed reasonable, so I decided to let his company do the work. The workers did not show up at 9 am as expected, but did finally show up at around 3 pm on the day promised. They worked quickly and were able to scrape all of the kitchen that day. The next day they floated and textured the ceiling and walls. The job took 4-5 days which is what I was told. They did a great job on the texture and on the cabinets. I did have them back out for some touch up work which they took care of. Overall, I am pleased. They also did a good job on trimming the trees.

Our renters called on Sat. afternoon to tell us there was a leak that had soaked the spare bedroom carpet. Y's Guys sent out a Master plumber immediately and found the source of the leaks. Seems there was an area where the pipes was touching the rebarb, because we had two foundation leaks in pipes that intersect at the same area. They capped those pipes, rerouted both and did all the wall, texturing, removal and replacement of the carpet pad and correction work VERY quickly, VERY effectively and did WONDERFUL WORK!!! I am very pleased with their price, their response time and their work!!! My insurance company was so pleased with their cost (and they charged me EXACTLY what they had quoted; no increase at all) that they paid immediately, feeling that the cost was extremely fair for the amount of work detailed on the invoice. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any type of work, and plan on calling on them for all our needs!!!
