Came home from work to find that the heating element had burned up in the hot water heater. It took us a while to pinpoint the odor, so at 8:45 I was on the phone trying to find someone to come out. The first thing is that someone answered the phone; then, within 10 minutes we received a call back. By 10 pm, he was here and told us what options we had. He took care of our problem and we went to bed that night with hot water. It was so nice to be able to call and have someone respond and take care of our situation without us having to take off work! I highly recommend and will call them back in the future!

Great experience, have used them twice in the past. Lasiter & Lasiter was the plumber used by my builder so they had the details of my hardware on file. Since I had given them the details when I called in the problem, the technician was prepared with the proper make and model tub spout in order to do the repair immediately rather than having to go retrieve the part.

The plumber Troy showed up on time and immediately went to work. He wore shoe covers. He did a superb job and left everything in working order and as neat as a pin. He replaced our existing supply lines saying he felt it best to use the flexible steel lines rather than the ones we had. One of the commodes was wobbly but he fixed that. I have finally found a plumber! We had called two other plumbers in the area but neither responded to my phone call or text message.

Resolution of my issues with Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing: I was contacted by James from L&L and agreed to a follow-up meeting. My concerns were addressed and a $500.00 discount was granted as compensation. I was provided with a detailed price estimate, warranty terms and a contract. The team from L&L arrived at 08:00 and all work was completed by 17:00 the same day. The team was very professional and treated my home and property with care and respect. James returned to my home the following day to inspect the work performed and check on my satisfaction. James made the arrangements for the city inspector to check and approve the installation of the new hot water heated. The inspection was performed with no problem and James again came to my home to close off a small open area used for the inspection process. I am now very satisfied with the work performed and the level of professional attention to detail. I would recommend Lasiter & Lasiter to anyone needing plumbing service and they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs I might have.

Great. Craig called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away. He wore covers on his shoes to protect the floors. Stayed working on the repair until it was completed. Great attitude in spite of working the day after Christmas. I have used them several times & they always do a great job.

Lasiter installed the plumbing in our home when it was built by the builder. We have continued to use them for various things in the past and have always been very happy with their work. The appointment was a time frame but then they called that morning with a specific time. The plumber even called us when he was on his way. He had a part on his truck that would match something else that I needed, (I didn't know where to start to look for this part-drain cover thing for a jacuzzi tub) he had one on his truck! I was super excited because it saved me a ton of time searching for this part. Overall, very satisfied and I will continue to use them.

The best part about working with this company is that they are honest. I also think they are competitively priced. They are very nice people and complete high quality work. I recommend them to others.

They are local and they really do a nice job. It looked like good quality work. They had good supervision. They responded very quickly. If we had any issues they resolved them very quickly. They are all expensive.

The contact person is David. They went under my mom’s home and replaced all the pipes. They also re-did the pipes from the house to the street. They were very good and dependable. I will use them again in the future.

It went extremely well. They responded within about four days (they had to line up the backhoe). They were there at the time they agreed to. They completed the work in a professional and timely manner. Workers knew what they were doing and were respectful. I will definitely use them again.

They came out the next day, as scheduled. The plumber set up his machine and snaked the drain from the kitchen sink out to the curb. He was done in 30 minutes and charged me a bit less than quoted. He was very efficient and professional overall. I would call them again for a similar job.

Great job...HONEST and reliable which is hard to find these days. did not fill out anything back then as i wasn't a member. I have used them several times for different issues (actually they are the ONLY ones I will use for plumbing), and the service is always top notch! Have comfort in knowing in you hire them you are in good hands.

We had a drain stoppage that had resulted in a back up of the sewer line. He very quickly cleared it and put everything back in it's place. I had called several other service providers that morning looking for someone to come out the same day. Lasiter & Lasiter was the only one who could guarantee that they would be there that day. I was very pleased with the service and price and would definitely use them again.

This place is okay. They did fix the problem, but then they created a new one. He broke through some electrical wires, so we had to have those fixed by an electrician. The company did pay for it though. Everything else went good. I just thought that having that type of issue was very professional.
