Description of Work: We have two tankless water heaters in our garage that needed flushing so we had Lasiter do it. They also were very gracious about our taking pictures and notes so we can do it ourselves in the future. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs we need. Great place to do business with.

Description of Work: Replaced failed water heater. Happened early on a Saturday morning. They were very fast to respond and after accessing the damage, presenting the quote and gathering the materials, they completed the job within a couple hours. Very happy with their work.

Description of Work: The toilet in our guest bath began leaking, and we found a crack in the tank one night. The next day, we called Lasiter. Either that day or the next, they had come to the house with a brand new toilet that we selected from their website and installed it installed it, all for less than $400. The did excellent work. We have used them for the last 20 years.

Description of Work: I had them come out to replace a toilet water supply valve. Jeff arrived on time, quoted me an acceptable price and completed the work. He then went on to check the new toilet (which I had installed) for leaks, and even caulked around the base at no extra cost. Great service!

Description of Work: They connected two sinks and replaced a toilet. They use their parts instead of using the parts provided by the sink company and charged me for them. They took a very long time and took a lot of smoke breaks sitting on the curb, when I was paying them hourly to be here. They did a lousy job. They put way too much glue that was oozing out. They left all of the parts they didn’t use on the floor. I called the company and told them about my experience and the owner offered to take some money off of my bill
