Description of Work: I first bought a $69 tuneup special with freon included. They came out and charged up the freon and were polite and quick. They suggested enlarging the returns $575 and we had them do both returns. Again worked quickly and cleanly. Another time our thermostat seemed to stop working. They gave us advice on the phone to avoid paying for a service call. When that didn't work they came out and found the problem in the attic, not the thermostat at all. No charge beyond the $69 service call. However, when our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year, they were too swamped to help us and we had to call another provider. Overall, I think they are a trustworthy company. Their motto is on the invoices: Choose a good reputation over great riches: being held in hight esteem is better than silver or gold.

We are thrilled that you called us first and believe that we should always let someone know, if we know, that there is just no way for us to get there on a particular day. We are growing as quickly as we can but there are going to be times that we cannot get somewhere and that's ok as long as we let you know. Honestly, in our industry, there are times that any company could get so swamped that if being honest, would rather have a customer get some help than intentionally leading them along out of selfishness. That's taking advantage of someone in need of something right now, and that just isn't right. We don't ever like to tell a client that we just cannot get there. Nobody in their right mind would. In business and in life sometimes crazy things like that can just happen. It's what you do about it that really matters. Once again, thanks for calling us first! Thank you for your support. Description of Work: This is a small compnay. The owner himself came at the appointed time. We were just asking for an AC checkup. He checked it out said its still running well enough to keep using it. He didn't try to upsell us or give us a doom and gloom prognosis. He basically said "If it ain't broke, I'm not going to try to get you to fix it." He ramped up the freon a bit and off he went. Great service. When its is "broke" we will definitely be calling him.

Clearly, as you will see below it has been a couple of years, so we understand the difficulty anyone might face when trying to review and recall details about services performed and or received without the appropriate documentation which we, Diamond Quality Services, keep on file. Order Number 310466 Air Conditioning Tune Up Invoice Number 120650 Purchase Month and Day: May 1 Year: 2012 Member scheduled tune up for May 25, 2012 Tune up completed May 25, 2012 Invoice Number 120798 On May 25, 2012 the member hired us for additional work to be completed the following day May 26, 2012 for a total of $243.00. Services performed: Installation of one drain pan and replacement of one weak capacitor. Services completed May, 26, 2012. Description of Work: Replaced HVAC. Added insulation. Blown in. Wrapped attic addition in radiant barrier. Replaced all ducts. Replaced all interior vent plates. Did a great job and have been providing biyearly derive checks on the system. I am out of their service area but they contine to take care of anything I need. Great experience. They also helped me with the rebate for getting an energy efficient system. So that helped with the cost.

Our records indicate a comprehensive heating tune up with a free air duct inspection in December of 2011 and that we also replaced an electrical component to ensure complete optimization of your furnace at that time. The price, $131, included the service call, tune up, air duct inspection, parts and labor. Regarding the ductwork (under your home) and based on the diagnosis at the time of service, we also clearly expressed three corrective repairs be made and then emailed the member/you a recommended solution/proposal almost 3 years ago. Please feel free to give us a call when or if you are ready to move forward. Member, when lacking documentation or when trying to remember, we can understand the difficulty being faced with in order to properly make relevant what actually took place 3 years prior to a review process. The proper documentation (we/Diamond Quality Services) gather and keep on file is in as much detailed as it is extremely important for us to be able to appropriately ascertain the same.
