Description of Work: They replaced by 5 ton a/c unit with a model called Bryant. They guaranteed it for 10 years and 1 year for parts and labor. I haven't used this model before but went with it based on the reputation/feedback for Diamond Quality services. They registered the product in my name with the manufacturer for warranty services. Will have to see how this product will stand the test of time. Scott was really professional in dealing with the replacement.

Description of Work: On August 22, 2014, I purchased a deal from Diamond Quality Services. I failed to check with them before purchasing the deal about availability. The company informed me that the earliest they could schedule my appointment would be Tuesday morning August 26,2014. Both of my A/C units were not working and I had to get them fixed immediately because of the consecutive days of 100 degree days forecasted in Dallas.

Description of Work: Diamond Quality Services upgraded my air conditioner/furnace by replacing the original 1-inch-thick air filter with a new housing for a 4-inch-thick air filter. Afterwards, they sealed up all of the air passages. Since then, my air conditioner has been working just fine.

Description of Work: My house was built in the -40s, so it's an old tub in a "vintage" bathroom. I had talked with another Vendor who said they had the only product that worked (and lasted) for refinishing a tub. That same vendor came in and immediately wanted to sell me on putting laminate over my tile! Bob with Diamond Quality Services could not have been more responsive, professional, experienced and did exactly as he promised on time. My tub looks brand new, and the work is excellent. Thanks Bob!
