Description of Work: Service was not provided for my purchase, order # 2197996 purchased on 8/19/2015, Initial contact appointment was on made on August 11 and was confirmed for Monday, August 17, 2015. I called to reschedule and since then, the merchant and I could not find a convenient time. After a few months, I called the merchant and an associate told me she could not find evidence of my purchase. I simply gave up -- hugely disappointed. I have all the email evidence. I simply would never use them nor would I recommend the company.

Dear member, The member purchased a heating tune up. The technician ended up running approximately 30 minutes late due to an address error. The member was notified as soon as possible due to the incorrect address. This would have been the arrival time. The member understood and the technician proceeded to check the system. One issue the member was concerned about was the noise coming out of the air vents. The technician explained the ducting was not sized properly for the system and the way to address the issue would to be install additional ducting in the home or reduce the size of the heating and cooling system. A heat load calculation would need to be completed to determine the proper solution. The member was not interested in either solution to be investigated. There was an additional noise that was not duplicated while the technician was there. The sound was described as a hard rapid knock on the wall. The technician offered to come back out if the problem resurfaced, but at the time the problem was not recurring. The technician left with the member being satisfied and appeared to be looking forward to seeing us in the spring. Gave me a second opinion.
Description of Work: Need another professional opinion of airconditioning unit per american home shield wanted me to fix other things in my system at a cost of 950 dollars out of pocket. Had these fellas come out they told me exactly what needed to be fixed and my cost was 400 dollars lower than what american home sheild quoted.THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.
