The reason we call Diamond Duct was to inspect the vent areas in our kitchen and family room areas. The vents on the ceiling area were dingy. We were going to have some painting work done on the ceiling and wanted to find out what was causing the spotting on the ceiling before any painting was done. Diamond Duct came in an inspected our attic, where are heating and air handlers were, and explained that the sealant around these units was cracked and air was coming through the vents in questions. They did a thorough job of sealing the units as well as cleaned all the air vents in our home. The work took about three hours and we were pleased with the results. We would recommend the company since they were professional and prompt and courteous.

My wife called Scott @ Diamond Duct along with two other ventilation cleaners after purchasing our first home. Scott wasn't the least expensive, but we made our decision to use Scott because of his professionalism and the obvious expertise he had. We're not experts, but our request for him to just come out and do the work were met with a thorough explanation of why it would be better for him to come and do an initial inspection so he could guarantee that he would not run into any unforeseen problems and could have all the tools and supplies he needed for our home's system. We explained that we were on a time crunch because a cleaning crew was coming in the afternoon the same day he was scheduled to perform the service, and we didn't want any mess after they had already been there, so Scott said he'd come early. After a full inspection with photographs on Friday, he was there between 6:30 and 7:00 AM on Saturday! He was very professional, quiet, and respectful of our home, and when I returned from the home improvement store with 10 bags of pink insulation and a machine to blow it all in, he volunteered to blow it all in for me, since he was already working in the attic! I couldn't believe it!! He spent an extra hour blowing in insulation for no extra charge, and gave me a number of tips (as I was a new homeowner) on what I could do to keep my ventilation system running smooth. The unit in my home is running better than new, and I am so thankful to have come across Scott. While he was there, I remember thinking over and over how nice it was to have somebody around that seemed genuinely happy to work and to serve. A++. Great job, I'd highly recommend.

I called at just after 9:00 A.M. Two men were at my house at 1:00 P.M. They did a complete physical and video inspection of the system, including parts of the structure I didn't think a grown man could even get to, and gave me a complete, itemized estimate before they actually started the work. The price quoted above was for 2 guys for 6 hours and they worked hard for almost exactly 6 hours. They re-sealed the ducts at the output vents and the returns. They were neat, quiet, clean and very unobtrusive, considering the work involved. They finished within 10 minutes of when they said they would. There was a problem with the printer on their truck, so the Office Manager and GM both called me and sent a copy of the invoice to my email account before the guys left so that I would have a hard copy. In all, they did the job in a very professional manner in every way, and if every service company performed this well on a day-to-day basis, consumers would be a happier bunch.

It went great. What pros! Neat appearance, respected my home, showed up on time and when expected. I was totally impressed that they do all the before and after verification with the air flow meter instead of just automatically taking your money. With the video inspection, I could see just how clogged and scary my dryer vent was before and then how clean it was after. It was amazing. I can't believe how much lint had built up in the vent. My clothes now dry in half the time. And I feel a lot safer that I don't have a fire hazard in my vent any more. I would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable, honest and do the job right.
