They were really good. They were patient and I trusted them. They gave us a free estimate. They didn't need to clean the coil so they deducted it from the cost. The manager came out twice to check and see if everything was okay. Their customer service was excellent. It took them six hours to do the whole job. They were nice and answered all my questions. I didn't find anything wrong with their service or with the delivery of their product. I am going to have them check one of our air-conditioners some time. The air-conditioner runs well now and I can tell the difference.

Called phone number and they were able to have someone out to my home within 2 hrs! Once they arrived at my house, they examined my system and provided an estimate. It was 3x less than a different heating and air company would have charged for the same service. I approved the work. They left to get some tools and returned to complete the work. It was finished on time. I was very pleased to learn that they can also do air conditioning work.

The initial visit involved taking pictures and evaluating the efficiency of the A/C unit. We were given a detailed quotation and scheduled the service call for the following week. The crew was clean and courteous. They arrived on time. They worked steadily for 6 straight hours. They applied discounts and extra services without prompting or reminding. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work and the professionalism. We give them an unqualified recommendation!!!!!!

They determined that I didn't need the ducts cleaned, but needed work completed on my heating and ac unit. He spent about an hour inspecting the unit and also the air ducts. I thought I had a rodent in my ac unit, but they verified I did not. There was no charge for the hour inspection. He also let me know the return air duct needed to be replaced. They came back a second time to complete that service.

My experience with this company was one of the best of any service provider I've ever used. My wife originally called for an estimate and they scheduled an appointment to come by the next day. They provided an itemized list of all of their recommendations and identified things we could probably do ourselves if we wanted to save some money. I wasn't home when they came by, so they offered to come out again just to go up into the attic with me and explain everything on the list. I obliged. They actually taught me a lot about my home's air system. On both occasions, they brought in a little shop vac to clean up some insulation they tracked out of the attic. The estimate, though competitive, was still a lot of money ($800) simply because there was a lot of work to be done. We waited on it for about 3 months and, though they called a couple of times to see if we wanted to schedule the cleaning, they never pressured us in the least. When we finally did schedule the cleaning, they took as long as they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and the difference in our home's air is noticeable. It smells cleaner and our AC blows a lot colder. Turns out our coils were 70% blocked. Upon leaving, they assured us that their guarantee is our satisfaction and to call them if we have any questions or concerns. A lot of people say that kind of thing, but these guys genuinely mean it.

We were extremely happy that they were honest and gave us practical information for our health.

Everything went very smoothly. Took a little longer than expected, but was extremely thorough and did not rush. A quality job.

Scott Peterson came out to our home and spent almost 2 hours evaluating my ducts and HVAC system. He was extremely courteous, informed and very knowledgeable and a complete professional. The overall experience was excellent.

When I accepted part of his bid, he came on time on the day we had scheduled and he and his assistant worked hard all day from 8:30 to 4:30. They nearly completely disassembled my attic unit and cleaned every part, even taking part of my blower to be pressure washed. They cleaned all my ducts from the unit to the vent, sealing up the vents first so no dust or debris would fall out. Then they deodorized and disinfected the ducts with some kind of fog. They sealed up the unit with mastic and sealing tape, and sealed the ducts and y junctions. They leveled the unit perfectly and leveled the drain pan so it would drain properly. They installed the new return and replaced the old return which had not been installed properly the first time and put new filters in both. They took down, cleaned, and replaced each vent and left the house completely clean. This company is thoroughly professional in every way and their prices are very fair. Another contractor had given me a bid of 400 just to put in a new return air, something Scott only charged me 150 for along with the other work.

They performed a very thorough pre-job walk-through and actually exposed some incorrect HVAC duct work that was done the week prior. Overall, they cleaned all the ducts, return air vents and insulated our entire attic. Once the job was complete, both Don and Scott came back to our house to show us why certain things were and were not done. Amazing service and I am a customer for life!

Found the company on Angie's List and called because of excellent reviews. Talked to Scott and asked him to come and give me an estimate for duct cleaning. Scott showed up the next day and did a thorough inspection of the heating system. He took pictures of the critical problems and showed and discussed them with me. There was some dirt in the duct system but mostly the ducts were not properly sealed and some of the insulation had deteriorated. Since I wanted to put additional insulation in the ceiling Scott also gave me a quote for that. We made an appointment the next week to have the work done. On the day of the appointment Scott and two of his crew showed up at the appointed time and started work. They were very pleasant to work with and did their job in a professional manner. It took most of the day for them to complete the job, but they cleaned the work site up very well. I was very pleased with the way they did the job and with their attitude. I had even asked Scott to look at some suspected roof support damage that had been done from some work that had previously been done. He did this and repaired several supports that had been cracked. He was willing to do whatever I asked. He seemed more like a friend than a contractor.

I was extremely impressed. Scott called the following morning after I emailed them asking for an estimate. He came out the following day at the prearranged time and even called to let me know when he was 10 minutes away. He inspected the A/C unit and duct work, said everything looked good. He also inspected the insulation up in the attic and said that was sufficient. I explained that my A/C filter made a loud "clunk" every time the fan shut off. He even went to a nearby hardware store and picked up some weather stripping to apply around all 3 of my filters. He then came back and installed it.

It was an excellent experience. I am very satisfied.

Quick response for an estimate. Checked everything out in the A/C system. Told me exactly what everything cost and where I could save money if I chose to do it myself. I felt very comfortable with these guys in my house. I felt that they were honest and willing to go above and beyond. If we ever move, I'll have them check out the system and seal it if necessary.

They showed up on time and began the work. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, helpful and professional. They determined that the ductwork did not need to be cleaned and did not charge for that service, so the charge was substantially less than their higher estimate which included duct cleaning. The work was as described and thorough. They left the home cleaner than when they arrived. They also cleaned the dryer vent and wiped down the washer and dryer. I was extremely pleased. I recommended they to my girlfriend.

Very well...these guys worked long and hard to get this job done. They were informative on what needed to be done with pictures to show the "before" mess. The job took longer than they thought, but the price didn't change!! A lesser company would have just cleaned the ducts and been on their way, while these two took the time to do the job right and make old vents and ductwork perform as good as possible.

No work needed to be done as they photographed and inspected all of our ducts and found them to be an excellent condition. We were not charged for a service call! They did not go up and check the 2 returns that were emitting the odor and we wish they would have as there is still an odor coming from them. I would hire Diamond Duct to conduct any air duct cleaning that I might require in the future. They were very professional and knowledgeable about duct work as well as HVAC systems. They offered a number of suggestions and recommendations to improve the efficiency of our current HVAC.

It went great. They were very quiet and efficient and did an excellent job. It made a noticeable difference to my dog with allergies -his symptoms have been reduced significantly following the air duct cleaning. I thought the service was excellent and I would recommend them highly.

This is an outstanding company - totally professional through and through. I have never had work done in my home where I had so much confidence that I had picked the right company and that the work was done correctly. When I called to inquire about their service, Scott Peterson called me back very promptly. He explained that they do an onsite estimate to be certain that work is actually needed and to find out what tools will be needed for the job. We quickly set up an appointment for the next day. Later that day, when he found that he could not personally keep that appointment time, he called and explained the situation, and provided the option to reschedule or have his business partner, Don Frizzell meet me. I meet with the Don who arrived on time, explained the duct cleaning process and that he would be taking pictures. He showed me the pictures, explained the work to be done and provided a TYPED estimate. He was also able to schedule the appointment to do the work. It was all so efficient. Scott and his assistant, Chris, arrived to do the work at the appointment time, although I had the understanding that they may be a little early or late due to the 30-mile travel distance. Before they started the work, they invited questions and offered for me to inspect or watch the work. It was obvious that Scott and Don had effectively communicated all of the information about the job because there was a complete understanding of the job. They kept with the original estimate and explained that they really try to keep with the estimate and not tack on additional charges. The bill was typed (I love being able to read what was done and not have to try to read hand written scribbles on part three of a carbon)! I thought the price was very reasonable and I am sure the free dryer vent cleaning was worth what I paid for the entire job. Usually, when someone works in your home, they disappoint in some way, but I can recommend this company without hesitation. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. This service was impeccable!

The job went well. Scott and Don first inspected the system to make sure I needed to have my ducts cleaned. Scott wasn't sure I needed it but I asked him to do it because we found a coke bottle in one of the returns while replacing a filter and we didn't want any more issues. They showed me the pictures they had taken so I could see what was needed. I have 2 systems but only 1 coil had blockage. They made sure my house was cleaner than when they started. It went smooth from start to finish.
