Great. Came out to meet me at 7:30 in the morning. Showed me clean ducts and didn't charge me for the trip.

All was handled very professionally, from initial contact to visit to provide quote to actual work. Technicians were extremely competent and spent about three hours cleaning ducts. I recommended them to a neighbor who had his ducts cleaned the same day and was very pleased with the work.

This is warranty followup from what we rated as outstanding service the first visit in 12/09 for duct cleaning. Based on Scott's response and professionalism, we continue to give him an outstanding service rating. Mold had appeared on the registers of some ducts that had been cleaned and sealed during the previous visit. There was no visible mold in the ducts on the current visit. Scott cleaned again, inspected ducts for leaks, checked attic airflow and a/c function. All were ok. He advised us that dampers might be needed to redirect the cold air which because of the a/c unit location flows directly into two of the rooms causing a wide temperature variance that leads to condensation. He also noted that standard interior room paint on registers can be a good growth medium for mold when there are temperature conditions such as ours. To correct the situation, Scott installed three dampers in the ducts and replaced four registers with factory painted ones which will inhibit mold growth. All of this was done at no charge based on their warranty policy. We consider the added expense and time for the new installations above and beyond good customer service and will definitey use them again.

I was so comfortable from the time I called and spoke w/Rita to having Scott come out to do the estimate - and I am pretty leary of most home-service companies - to finalizing the work they did. Scott came in, took pictures of trouble spots and explained carefully what the issues were, what needed to be done and what would be "nice" to do. I couldn't believe the Angie's List ratings on this company - but they are true. I felt very comfortable w/the crew - very polite and cleaned-up everything. I felt like I had entirely new vents due to the cleaning they did on the vent itself as well as much more efficient AC system. Would definitely would use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

The two men who performed the service were so nice and professional. They worked really hard and cleaned up and left no signs that they had sprayed insulation.

Scott and his team were excellent to work with. He conducted a thorough assessment of my duct system and recommendations for cleaning. Since we had some mold in the system, this is usually costly to clean. However, he found ways to reduce cost and only do what was absolutely necessary. With a new infant in the home, I feel very comfortable that we have a clean duct system.

Scott Peterson and his team did an excellent job. I was very impressed with insulation work that I requested them come back 2 weeks later to complete another big job,which included replacement of a/c plenum duct work. These guys are nice, honest, and hard-working team that provides quality work. I plan on calling them back for future work as well.

We called Scott Peterson to come out and give us a quote on cleaning our ducts. He came and looked into our ducts and showed us pictures to make it clear that we did NOT need cleaning but showed us a couple of other issues with air leakage in the ducts. He gave us an estimate and did the work professionally. We could not get our AC on one side of the house to start up when we came home in the evening. Called him. He gave us a couple of suggestions but we still could not get it to work. It was late and he offered to come out. I told him since we had the AC working on one side of the house, he could come out the next day. He said "I cannot let you be without AC when I sleep in my AC at home" and came out at night and fixed it. It turned out to be a finicky issue with a door on our heating unit in the attic. I could not believe his service ethic and most heartily recommend him. Scott, you are the best!

Very well. They arrived on time, worked steadily and finished ahead of schedule. They were clean and courteous. When pulling into circular drive they did inadvertently run onto a bed of ground cover and, despite no damage, deducted $50 from my invoice. Very pleased and would use again.

Reading the reviews for this company sold me and the actual service was icing on the cake. These fellows were prompt, extremely courteous & professional, organized and efficient. The coils on our furnace were covered in a thick "carpet" that took some real elbow grease but looked good as new when finished. Each vent was completely covered from below & taped closed so no dust or debris filtered into the house while they vacumned the ducts from the attic. Lastly, they took each vent cover off and fully cleaned them from below in each room, vacumning the carpets under the vents so there was no sign they had ever been there. I don't know why we waited so long to call them because the improvement of our ventilation is incredible and our electric bills have already gone down which is why I waited to write this review. I would highly recommend this team.

He looked at my ducts and he stated they did not need to be cleaned. He asked me questions about the home to determine my needs and we decided it was not necessary. I certainly appreciated his honesty. I will call him when the time comes for them to be cleaned.

After reading the reviews for air duct cleaning companies, I did not want to call anyone besides Diamond Quality Services... and I was not disappointed. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and his team. From the estimate to the work being performed, they were punctual, professional and provided the highest quality service you can possibly expect. Scott even made a separate trip to rebalance our upstairs air vents free of charge- you do not find that kind of service these days. We have already referred them to our in-laws who were also very pleased!

After moving into a new house, I wanted to get the ducts cleaned. I checked Angie's list and gave Scott a call. He came on time and went through the whole house checking things out. Besides duct cleaning, we agreed on him beefing up the insulation as well. He and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. After couple days, we realized one of the intakes was making a noise. Scott came to check it up and realized that another intake was completely blocked and not working at all (it had been that way for 12 years and nobody figured it out). He cut out a new intake to solve the problem. He did not ask for any additional money. Scott is a really a great guy. I would highly recommend him.

I was quite impressed with them. They also do heat and air. The person who responded was part-owner of the company. His name was Scott Peterson. He was close to as good as the other one. They were professional. The person that came was clean and he was patient. I think he wanted to sell me more than I wanted to buy, but I didn't have a problem with that. He didn't push. He knew I had got other estimates and left the door open to say that if I wanted to do business with him, he would negotiate a little.

The job had to be delayed a week due to a job before mine being worse than he thought it would be. He offered me 10% off for the week's delay. I'd highly recommend Scott & his company.

I called Scott to clean out the air ducts in my 1960s house. He was very professional and arrived on time and prepared. Upon initial inspection, he found several problems with the existing ductwork in the crawl space. Many pieces of ductwork were not insulated and laying directly on the ground. As a result, large patches of ductwork were rusted through and needed to be replaced. Scott gave me his recommendations and was very upfront. He took many pictures of the damaged ductwork and also pictures of the finished repairs. Scott and his team was able to complete all of the repairs and cleaning in 2 days and was very thorough. In the end, Scott and his team exceeded my expectations. I felt that they had my best interest in mind and did a fantastic job. He stands behind his work, takes pride in what he does, and focuses on doing the job right the FIRST time. Thanks Scott!

Scott was very professional. He explained what he was planning to do and how it would be done. When he discovered some additional problems he showed them to us and explained the pros and cons of doing additional work. He seemed sensitive to cost and gave us alternatives. It was all explained objectively, no heavy selling involved. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. They touched up around the registers where paint had chipped during removal. Floors were vacuumed on completion.

At Thanksgiving dinner my Mother mentioned that it was taking a long time (3-4 hours) for items to dry in her dryer. This got me worried that the dyer vent was clogged and the fire hazzard this presented. So the next morning I looked on Angie's List, read some reviews and called Scott at Diamond Quality Services. He was on his way to his first appointment when I called. He pulled over, took my information and said that he could probably fit me in between 5-6 on that same day. Scott and his helper arrived about 5pm and upon inspection determined that the vent was probably completely clogged. With one person on the roof and the other in the utility room, they got it cleaned in about 30 minutes. Scott even showed us the mess that was clogging the pipe. While on the roof, they also noticed that we didn't have a cap on the pipe to prevent rain water, leaves, etc... from coming down the pipe and believes that was why it got so clogged. So Scott went to the nearest Home Depot, got a vent cap and installed it for no extra charge. Scott and his helper were very friendly and professional and answered any questions we had. I was also ecstatic that they could fit me in as quickly as they did. My Mother's clothes dry much faster now, but more important we don't have to worry about it catching fire. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent experience. In fact, Scott didn't want to charge us at all, but we insisted on paying him $50 for the service call & trip from Grapevine.

First the estimate, then he waited three months for me to call. He scheduled the work within a week and was there early, stayed late to answer questions and completed the job - explaining it along the way to my husband. The only thing I would do differently is not wait so long to get it done.

Scott was great. He told us our ducts didn't need to be cleaned, which makes me think he's trustworthy and honest. He said that while there was dust in the ducts, there wasn't anything growing that would dislodge and get into the house, so he didn't recommend cleaning. He checked out the dryer vent too, also fine. I will definitely call him again. He estimated over the phone that our 2000 square foot house would have cost $300-$400 to clean.

I contacted Scott on a Friday and he told me he could come that following Monday to clean my dryer vent. He called about an hour before the appointment time wanting to know if he could come early. I said great! He was very friendly and professsional. He tested the dryer vent and found that it was clean. I was happily surprised. He didn't charge me for the call. I truly expected to pay at least a trip charge which would have been completely fair, but he said no.

Scott and his partner immediately went to work. Showed me that some work he had assumed would be required was not needed, which I certainly appreciated. Scott is very honest and he and his partner were very professional, hard-working, spent much more time on my job than I thought they would, and did a very thorough job. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them. Oh, and when he came out to provide me with an estimate, upon looking in my attic, he informed me that the company who I had just hired to install radiant barrier and insulation forgot to spray insulation in my laundry room!

Scott was very nice and knowledgeable about the process. He answered all my questions, and made recommendations based on my system. His est. was broken out and easy to choose what you wanted, to meet your budget. The team was great and worked very hard in the extreme heat. They worked for about 7 hours. They even did the work on a sat., without an up charge. Scott was very service driven. I would hire him again in a heart beat.

Scott knew his business, was professional and showed integrity to the free inspection promise by kindly refusing to accept anything when I offered to pay him something for the work he performed doing the inspection. If our forced air system ever needs cleaning, I'm calling Diamond Quality Services.
