I was selling a home that required work based on the buyer inspection. I needed to bring a older system up to current code and service the system for proper operation. I had used Diamond Quality service in the past and was very impressed with their work and the quality of service provided. They performed all services required and were very prompt and accurate in their estimate. It is hard to find companies that offer this level of service and quality. I will consider using them in the future and will recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

Called to have them clean out my vents (just bought the home and unsure of previous condition). He came ON TIME checked my vents taking pictures to show me. I was so suprised that NOTHING needed to be done and that there was NO COST to me. His gas, time and effort was free. Wow - don't find that every day and I will most definitely refer them and use them again.

I called Scott because another company I had called earlier to clean my dryer vent told me that my dryer vent pipe was broken inside my wall and I needed to have another one installed. They wanted to cut a whole in my wall to install a new vent. I decided to call Diamond Quality Services. I told Rita my situation on the phone and Scott came quickly to give a second opinion. He checked my pipe with his camera and found that it was intact and safe. He even blew all the lint out for me. He did all of this free of charge. Scott was honest, professional, very kind and understanding. I highly recommend him. I'll definitely call him again in the future!!!

I took advantage of their $55 dollar special deal to have my furnace serviced. At the time it was found a heat strip was defective and needed to be replaced. Also a picture was taken showing me how dirty the coils were on the furnace. Scott arrived on time for the initial service call and was very professional. I spoke with Rita on the phone after he left and she emailed me a quote for the heat strip and the cost of having the coils and blower wheel cleaned. I was told since my furnace was an older model it would take 6 weeks for the part. My furnace was working just not as efficiently as it could so time was not an issue. The part came in early and I was called when it arrived. A time was scheduled to have all of the work done. They arrived on time and went right to work making the repairs and removing the coils and blower wheel to take outside for cleaning. Everyone was very professional and completed the job in a timely. My furnace is so much quieter now and is working great. I was not pressured to have the coils and blower wheel cleaned but after seeing the picture I was able to see how dirty they were. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

He was very quick but thorough and completed what I was needing... simply a checkup on an old a/c & heating system. Great service. I will definitely use them again.

Cleared the line right up and made sure both units were working properly. He even told about some issues that my home inspector had missed from when I bought the condo. Very nice and professional. I'll definitely use this company for all my future HVAC needs.

I called Diamond Quality Services for Air Duct inspection/cleaning. Scott came out with his son and after inspection confirmed what we had suspected. We had microbial growth in the duct work. He took pictures of what he saw so that we could see for ourselves. He suggested complete duct replacement because of the type of duct work that we had cleaning would not completely remove the microbial growth. He also inspected the heating unit and said it needed the blower wheel and topical coil cleaned. He also showed us pictures of that. The cost was going to be a lot more than we had anticipated so we needed a few days to think about our options. During that time we had our regular heat/air company come out for the winter service inspection. We told him what Scott had said and showed him the estimate. He said it was a very reasonable estimate and that their charge would be more to clean the blower wheel and topical coil and as we already knew they do not do duct cleaning or replacement. We called Rita at Diamond Quality Services the next day to schedule for the work to be done. Scott came out a few days later and introduced me to the 2 guys that would be doing the work and then he left. The guys were friendly and very efficient. They had the work done in less than the 4 hours I was told it would take. We also purchased all new vent covers from Lowe's and they installed them for us. After the work was complete I called Rita and was able to pay over the phone using a credit card and also used the 10% off coupon that was on Angie's List.

Outstanding professionalism and very knowledgeable in the products offered and services that needed (and didn't need) to be done. Our ducts will need to be replaced and the A/C catch trays are rusting out but did not get them replaced (yet!)

Diamond recently offered an Angie's List deal for a 1/2 off service call and since I had not had my system inspect since purchasing our house - figured that was a bargain for a checkup. After emailing to schedule the appt. Rita called me to set it up for the following week. Scott called en route and arrived at the expected time. I showed him where everything was and let him go at it. about 30-40 minutes later he was done. He showed me a list of his findings along with a slurry of pictures and est. costs. - I was impressed! All in all there were several things that need to get resolved, in time, but nothing pressing. The following day Rita followed up with this information via email for my records. I will definitely be calling Scott and Diamond back to perform the work.

I had bought six of the Angie's List Big Deals for $55 apiece. I don't know exactly how much they charge normally. I have a bunch of rental houses. I let them do my house and five of my rental houses. They were very friendly, very prompt, and very thorough. They explained everything that they did. They were good. I really liked them. I'll be having them back to do the same thing in the spring.

I found them on Angie's List and it was an offer that came via email. I got a service call within 3 days from when I called. They are very friendly, the man who came was very friendly and I was happy with it. They did the check, everything was okay. They gave me an estimate for some other work that they thought would help my Heating and AC bill including ducting replacement and in blown insulation and I don't need it right now. I'm not going to do it in the middle of winter but it was nice of them to give me a heads up. My service call was good, they checked on my gas furnace.

Called the company on Sunday when our heater stopped working. Rita answered the phone and was very helpful in setting up an appointment for Monday morning. Scott was to arrive at 9 am but called and said that he was running 45min early. Bonus for me! Turned out my ignition lighter was bad. He immediately called around for the part. Told me the price of the part and how long it would take to pickup and install. He was gone for about 20 min getting the part, then took about 10 min installing it. He also inspected the rest of the system for any other issues (didn't find any).

The price I quoted was for the initial inspection, the blower part and cleaning of the blower motor wheel which was due to the age of the unit and that the wrong size filter had been used for many years.

Scott responded immediately when I called the company for a furnace checkup and an air duct inspection. He set up an appointment to come out the next day. He inspected my furnace and said it was just fine...nothing to clean or repair there. He checked my air ducts but said they were just fine, too. He said there was no need to clean them and it would be a waste of my money to do so. He noted, however, that there were two areas that I might want to consider for remedy: 1) The airducts were not suspended. They were just laying on the insulation. He suggested getting them suspended to ensure they operate efficiently and to keep them from getting damaged. 2) We only had 8 inches of insulation. He suggested adding 10 inches to bring it up to the norm of 18 inches. He said we could expect to recoup the cost (with energy savings) withing 12-18 months. Scott provided a quote which was very reasonable. We agreed to go ahead with the projects. Since I told him about having some theater equipment wiring done in the very near future, he suggested doing the work in two phases. He suspended the airducts right away and then added the insulation after the theater wiring was complete...this way the airducts were protected from attic traffic, the wiring guys could see where to move around in the attic, and then the additional insulation would remain intact and not trampled by further movement up there. I was very pleased with this recommendation. I thought it was very considerate and would have been something I would have asked for....if I had the background/forethought in the first place to do a two-step process. I'm very pleased with the results. Scott was prompt, professional, honest, and quite experienced. Would definitely use his company again. I'm so happy. Oh, I can't forget Rita in the office. She, too, is experienced, very helpful, and communicates promptly and efficiently. She's a very friendly person and makes you feel like she's been waiting all day for your phone call. Thank you, Rita.

The carbon monoxide detector in the house went off. We contacted Diamond Quality Service for them to come out and check the furnace. They not only checked the furnace, but they also checked the fireplace for correct air flow. All were found to be operating properly. They worked us in the morning that we called, arrived at the estimated time, and put or concerns to rest. We would definitely use them again.

Scott showed up on-time, inspected equipment and in a few minutes corrected the problem. I t saved me from being ripped off by another provided - who I will report also.

Both times, they were quick to schedule, prompt, pleasant, easy to work with. Rita, the woman who manages their call center, is amazing--kind, on top of the work, and quick to respond.I would hire them again.

Bought two of the "deals" on Angie's List since I have two units in my home. I then received a phone call to set up service. They were very accommodating with my schedule. The owner showed up for the service. He was on time and very friendly. He got to work and answered any questions that I asked. I would highly recommend using this company. I plan on having them back out to service the A/C units for the summer. Very reasonable pricing compared to other companies I checked into and even the company that originally installed the units on our home when we bought it. This company offers great pricing and customer service.

Rita was great and set up an appointment. A young man came out, gave a detailed analysis of the vent system and set up an appointment to have the work done. Very professional and seemed to give very honest answers to any questions. The day of the appointment the salesman left two workers to do the work. The master bedroom & bath plus the hall bath was not done and when questioned about this they said it was not on the work order. We think this was a huge oversight. But, the workers did go back and do the bedroom but we are still not sure if the baths were done. We were told to print a $25 off coupon from the Angie's List website. I did and presented it to the salesman when he came to collect the check. He said that was not the coupon. But, I have revisited the site and that's the only coupon that is offered. It says 10% off which would have been $25. Not getting that discount discouraged us and thought it should have been honored with a smile. Little things like that makes a big difference in satisfying the customer.

Scott and son serviced the furnace in the attic. Scott found a bad electrical panel and showed me the damage. He showed me photos of the furnance and air ducts. I okayed the replacement of the panel. He left to get the part and returned 45 minutes later with the new one. It was installed. Later he checked out the heat pump and discovered that my thermostat also had an electrical short. He explained what to purchase at Lowe's and showed me how to replace the thermostat myself.

I always make choices based on reviews, but I'm always leery about the validity of the reviewers and their motives. That being said; the "A rated" reviews for Diamond Quality Services are 100% accurate. As a new home owner, they will be the only company that I allow to enter my home to service and work on my AC each year. They are that good, that professional, and that honest with their work and estimates. From Rita who answers the phone to Scott that did my work....Great job!

He looked at my system and took pictures of my ducts to show me what they looked like and then told me I did not need to have them cleaned. As he was leaving I mentioned that something was wrong with the heating unit on our heat pump. He offered to look at it, made the adjustments necessary and would not charge me anything for it. They are our new AC company from now on. Diamond Quality Service proves that there are still honest repairman left!! A++++

Called and asked them if they could be out after I got off work and they were happy to accommodate me. They didn't give me a window of time that they would be there, like other companies. They said they could be there @ 5:30 and they were! I'm very happy with them and will difinitely use them again - I have already recommended them to friends and family. I Love Angie's List!

I appreciated their time and honesty. There are so many duct cleaning companies that would have done the work and I would have not known the difference. I will definitely call again.
