Excellent! I had an existing a/c system in my house go bad and it was beyond repair as confirmed by two separate companies. It's been 100+ degrees lately and we needed the service performed quickly. Even though they initially couldn't do the service the next day, they somehow found a way to get it installed, and priced very well versus the competition. They were courteous and professional even though we were very stressed from the heat. Many thanks to Cale and his team for a job well done!

One of the techs was friendly, almost overconfident saying "I've been doing this for 4 years." He assured me that our HVAC unit was in pristine condition. 1 month later the unit wouldn't start and I needed to pay for an after hours fix. That was the whole point of paying for a tune-up/check-up! Waste of money and time.

Cal explained in detail why there was nothing to do at this time. Cal has done service on my air and heat several times and he is always courteous and takes the time to explain everything. The owner Scott has been to my home too and he is great also. I feel they are very honest and trustworthy company.

Wonderful experience. They gave my a/c a good going over, changed the filter (I provided) and added freon. It is hard to find a company that stands behind their work. I will use this company again, and again, and again. Wonderful

I had the breaker trip for my AC and decided to have it serviced / checked up to be sure there wasn't a serious problem. The technician who came out was young but he was fantastic. Extremely professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and he even answered some questions for me on how I could better monitor and clean the unit myself in the future. Luckily there was nothing wrong with my AC System and the technician explained what he checked and the reasons why everything looked good according to his expertise. It's been 2 or 3 months of Texas summer time since then and I haven't had a single issue with the unit, so I couldn't be more pleased with the service from this provider.

went very well. They were very respectful, removed their shoes and explained the process to me and took time to answer my questions. My capacitor was kaput in one of the unit. I paid 170 extra for that along with the 79 main fee per unit that I paid. They also topped off the freon ( 1/2 pound)

Everything was fine but one single thing. The price paid was nowhere near the price quoted. I would have preferred quote based on the average parts and labor costs based on the age of the home. I don't expect perfect, but if the average upcharge is $500 to bring the water heater up to code then that should be disclosed prior to the job.

Perfect. Both guys were on time and professional. Removed shoes before entering home and went about their work. Took extra time to re-balance out my duct system to give me better air flow to back rooms and reduce the airflow nearest the furnace. Super job!

Great! One unit needed a part, which they had in their truck. Did not cost very much. I was very pleased with their work.

They were punctual, kept me apprised of steps they were taking and also gave me tips for better maintenance of A/C system.

Cale and Jason arrived promptly and were very courteous. They checked out the upstairs unit and found it was a breaker problem. Downstairs needed refrigerant. Cale said that the coils in the compressor needed to be cleaned and that he would send a proposal to do that at a later date. All in all, very professional and efficient.

The technician showed up on time and fixed our A/C in the initial appointment. He was courteous and even showed us what to do if the same problem happened again. I would definitely use Diamond again.

I have previously used this company and they did a great job. This time the owner, Scott, came out. They are always courteous, thorough and very pleasant to work with. Everyone from this company is so nice and friendly.

The company was very fast and professional in scheduling the service at one of the days/times I had provided, and the tech arrived ahead of schedule (after calling ahead and asking if that would work for us). I spoke with him before he began and mentioned that the system has seemed to have a little trouble cooling the house down during a few of the random hotter days recently and asked him to let me know if he came across anything amiss during the tune up. He performed the tune up and reported to me that there was a leak in the system. He mentioned that our system used the old refrigerant and so we couldn't replace just the coil and would need to replace the whole system as a replacement piece would not be compatible with the old system on the old refrigerant. I asked him about where the leak was and he told me there was no way to know, but that I was extremely low on refrigerant (he estimated I only had about a pound left). He said that I could add refrigerant (he guessed I would need 4-5 pounds, costing ~$450), but that there was no way to know if that would last an hour, a day, or weeks since he didn't know the location or extent of the leak. He described to me a number of options for replacing the system, answering my questions related to new system design and installation, and provided me with writing quotes for a number of options later that evening. However, when I inspected our system myself after he left, I became more and more uneasy about his recommendation to replace the entire system. Our system wasn't that old, and I decided to get a second opinion before dropping over $7k on a new system. I brought out another company to do a second consult on our system, describing my situation beforehand, and they brought a tech right out and he provided a very different assessment. First, he did a very thorough job, looking up the serial numbers on all of my equipment to be able to tell me that the air handler was a 2008 model, but that the compressor outside was a 2012. He said that my system is rated to be able to use BOTH the old and new refrigerants, so that wouldn't be a problem. Additionally, he brought equipment for and performed a full leak assessment and said there were no leaks to be found. The only place it would be possible, is on a couple of valves outside that were simply finger tightened, metal on metal joints and so he recommended replacing those with o-ring valves to ensure there were no possibilities for leaks. He also assessed the refrigerant levels and said it was a tiny bit low, but not extremely low like the other tech has said. He topped it off and it took about a pound and a half (not 4-5 pounds). He said that he wouldn't recommend replacing the system at this point since it's not that old and everything is working very well, but that I should simply have it maintained every year and it ought to last a number of years still. He saved me $7k! While Diamond was prompt, friendly, and professional in my contact with them, I cannot give a good overall review as it seemed like there was a strong push to upsell me an expensive system I don't need, either deliberately or through extremely negligent analysis of the current system.

Came out to do a tune up on my two units. I also started having problems with the downstairs unit not cooling. He evaluated the problem on Monday and scheduled to be back out the next day to fix the problem. He was very professional and did a great job. The tune ups were purchased on Angie's List for $79 each and the additional $175 was for the part and labor to fix it. Would highly recommend. I have used them in the past and will continue to do business with them.

Very straight forward transaction.

We've bought their annual plan for a couple years. No problems found with heating system. So, far, only small problems with A/C. Two men came, were nice, neat,seemed to be good technicians. Our heating systems are in a pull-down stair attic which is not easy to navigate, but these men did fine.

A switch in the attic was accidentally turn off by a different workman. The tech quickly found the problem and did not charge anything beyond the coupon diagnostic price.

They did really well. For a couple of years they did everything they could to keep our old system running. The only complaint we had was that they charged us $40 every service for them to clean off our outside A/C unit before they even tried to service it. Once they replaced our unit they were able to work with us on a monthly payment plan so that we could afford the new system. After the system was installed they came out to help us and answer questions for us free of charge. Overall we were really pleased with the experiences.
