Description of Work: Daimond performed an A/C check on my home. The technician was courteous and gave me a full report when he was finished, which included an information on the upcoming changes in R22 coolant required by law. I appreciated having this information in advance of the changes so I can plan for a new system in a few years.

Description of Work: Ordered a tuneup for air conditioner, upstairs system wasn't working correctly so capacitor changed. Loved that I was given a quote for 2 capacitors that he thinks will need to be replaced next year. Also said that freon is a little low in one of the systems so said if it feels a little warm call and they will add more. I loved that we were warned for future costs to the system, so nice going in knowing what will happen in the future. Will definitely be calling for the winter tuneup.

Description of Work: My furnace was not functioning properly. Very pleasant, very professional and identified and fixed a problem( for $200) that another company had not been able to figure out and had suggested an entire new system to solve, (many thousands). They called back to make sure I was satisfied . Wish I had known about Diamond Quality Services sooner! Will use and recommend them.

Description of Work: One of my two air conditioning unit stopped cooling. I called Diamond Quality who sent a representative to my home within 24 hours at the specified time. Scott worked on the unit and found the problem within five minutes. Repairs were made and he checked and charged the other unit with freon all within 30-40 minutes. Both units are running and cooling like new. I had the opportunity to talk to Scott while he was making the repairs. He owns the company and took the time to explain details concerning my air conditioning units and his industry / business. With the searing Texas heat for 60+ days, I knew that Scott had more jobs to get to, but he did not rush and took the time with my repairs and his review. He is a true professional and provides premier customer service at a reasonable price --- it's easy to see why he and his company are rated high on Angies List.

Description of Work: Scott arrived and inspected the dryer duct off the dryer and the exterior exhaust. He explained that it was clear and did not need to be cleaned. He gave me very useful information as to what to look for when it will need cleaning. He did not charge me at all!

Description of Work: Scott reviewed our air ducts to see if they needed cleaning and reported back that everything was fine but also gave us some useful recommendations. He did not charge anything for this review and was very professional in his assessment.
