The reason why I started my business in 1998 was due to the lack of good communication with the typical contractor I believe in creating a great plan, covering all the details we could possibly think of and detailing all that in line item pricing. Kitchens and bathrooms is my passion, but we also do the rest of your house too. I like projects that make people happy and where they enjoying spending most of their time.. We need you to do your part to communicate the items you are shopping for. Help us, help you detail your vision, so you know you will get what you're dreaming of. All of the work will be practically perfect. Tell me what you want to your specifications and I’m sure it’s possible. I’m a big fan of details.
Residential and Commercial remodeling since 1998. Over 42 years of total experience since 1982. Everything from the small handyman jobs to whole house remodel or commercial build out. Your on-site Contractor/Master Craftsman is also a certified building inspector so you will be sure to get everything to code standards or better. Integrity and Honesty being our number one priority we always do what we say what we will do and put it all in writing too. It's safe to say we always show up to our appointments and the everyday work. Consistent, reliable, meticulous both in service and quality craftsmanship. Veteran owned & operated.
If you are looking for the cheapest, aka low quality, contractor, I’m sure we are not it. We focus on high quality workmanship.
Description of Work: I am new to the Keller, TX area. I interviewed 7 different contractors for this remodel. I hired Carl at Craftsman Connection, and Carl did not disappoint. He lives up to the name Craftman. Carl is concerned with every detail everyday. His workmanship is very good. He is honest and keeps his word. With any remodel, it’s a process and sometimes not without surprises or bumps and bruises along the way but Carl work through them with me every step of the way. I would recommend Carl for small or large projects.

This was a whole house remodel for a new homeowner in Keller, around June 2020, with a new kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, a whole house worth of flooring with new baseboards. The client and I met and went over a lot of the details, and worked through the process of identifying materials like tile, cabinets, counter tops, etc. Shortly after starting the remodel, I discovered a few plumbing problems like a kinked copper water line to the tub faucet, a hairline crack in the tub, and a leaky tub overflow pipe. The plan was to rebuild the existing small shower and keep the tub. This was the start of a new design for a much bigger shower. I drew up a 3D sketch by hand of what the new master shower would look like. I know without the drawing, it would have been tough for anyone to imagine what I was envisioning for the shower, but necessary to help the client say yes with confidence. Now I have pictures and video of this project on my Instagram page CraftsmanConnection. The client picked out all the tile, cabinets, and counter top choices. It’s nice to have clients, like this client, who spend the time to discuss ideas, do the necessary shopping for tile, etc., and feel like everyone is invested in the process. Then after a lot of that has been accomplished, I can create your estimate. My advice to any new client would be to decide on everything in advance, review the written and drawn plans to think of every last detail and envision how things intersect. Purchase everything that needs to be ordered in advance, so the materials do not hold up the progress. We all generally discuss what we want and how much, but you also need to discuss the quality, to ensure the end result is will make you happy. Does the contractor have samples, or can create samples, or at least show close up pictures of the quality from another project? What are you paying for? Lastly, never do a payment schedule that is 50% down, 50% due upon completion type thing, when the project will last longer than a day to few days. You’ll feel safer, more financially protected when payments are broken down into reasonable amounts that coincide with progress, not time/or a date. Depending on the size of the project, I’ll have 3-7 payments, for example, per area of the project. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
Allow me to elaborate since the customer did not. We modified the kitchen cabinets to accommodate the new oven/microwave combo unit, built a new range hood cabinet for the new range hood and ductwork to the exterior, added raised end paneling like the cabinet doors to the three sides of the kitchen island and the rest of the cabinet sides to upgrade the look, and repaired a few of her existing cabinets. Then we painted the stain grade ash cabinets Dover white. We had new granite counter tops installed and I installed new white marble backsplash. We fixed some electrical issues at the house, painted the entire downstairs and part of the upstairs of the house, and then installed new appliances in the kitchen. Even with the extra cabinet work that was added on we completed the entire project in under a month. While the client was away working we kept in touch daily, by me sending her photos of the work going on. Her and her husband were very pleased and gave me a nice bonus check at the end of the project. Thank you very much and it was a pleasure working with you.

Description of Work: They took out a set of French doors and replaced they with two sliding doors.
We did work for this lady in August 2013 remodeling her master shower in stone tile for $7,679 and she wrote a review in 2013, so I'm not sure why she posted a second review in Jan 2016 and for $17,000. She must have us confused with some other company she used recently (this year).

Carl never followed through.
Description of Work: I requested a quote on a kitchen remodel. Carl came out on time and spent about an hour measuring the kitchen and showing me some of his previous designs. I also asked him to quote on retiling a bathroom. He told me I would receive a quote from him within a few weeks. I received nothing - no quote and no phone call. I could call him but I am not in the practice of chasing contractors to give them my business. I went with Morrell Construction and couldn't be happier.

Hello Member, You are right and I'm sorry I've been too busy working to design your kitchen. We normally consult with clients to see what it is that they want and possibly make a couple improvements to the design rather than come up with complete concepts on our own. Then provide an estimate. I think you needed a kitchen designer who charges for their time to consult and draw up plans for contractors. Angie's List is about 99% of our business. I work at the job site each day all day and do my estimates and with all the other detailed drawings, and meetings in the evening, and hopefully have a few nights to myself or family, we have found ourselves swamped with the new clients and repeat existing clients. And as we request certain information and actions from our customers like going to pick out stone counter top choices, tile, and other materials to work together as a team, which was not done, then I can not get pricing for you on some items other than an allowance. I had already given you a ballpark quote on your kitchen cost, but need some more follow through from my clients as well to show us that were spending our time for someone who is serious on moving forward. Once again, were sorry this lack of communication happened. I can only do so much in my evenings, and weekends.

Description of Work: Carl and Robert did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Great attention to detail and effort to do the job correctly without cutting corners. We had them demo our old laminate kitchen counter top and backsplash and lay a new stone tile backsplash. Carl also finished the installation of a new cooktop. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them for tile work.

Thank you for the review. It was a pleasure working with you, and look forward to your next project shortly. Craftsman Connection purchased a NuTone stainless steel vent hood for $269 from Home Depot and installed it under an upper range cabinet. 7" Galvenized Duct piping was used to go up through the cabinet, attic, and then out through the roof. Because the upper cabinets did not go all the way up to the ceiling, I built a drywall fascad with 2x4's and drywall, textured to match existing texture, and painted.

Description of Work: The service of this company is hit or miss and I can only give mixed reviews. Undoubtedly, Carl knows his "stuff" however his service is based on his agenda rather than the needs of his customer. I made several requests to accomplish the work in a certain order to allow me to work around him with my projects and it was like pulling teeth to get him to accomodate me ... the paying customer. He was very pre-occupied with checking his Angie's List ratings, often on my time. While the final outcome of his work was certainly acceptable, the final straw was that when he turned the water back on after shutting it off, he didn't turn it back on properly. This caused problems with my sprinkler system due to lack of proper pressure. After hiring a sprinkler service and $150 later, I discovered the problem was due to the lack of the water being turned back on completely. When I told Carl about this, he made no offer to reimburse me for the expense of the water pressure problem. In fact he didn't even apologize for his mistake. There is much more work to do before my projects on this house are complete, but Carl's ego would get in the way of me using this company again. In response to Carl's rebuttal....................First and foremost .. I wrote my review because Angie's list requested I do so even though it was several months after the work was completed.Secondly, I informed Carl in advance,; as I do all my contractors , that my work takes me out of town frequently and that we would have to work around that. However I gave him advance notice of the days would be in town and he seemed ok with that at the time. In fact. he was able to schedule other work in between our schedule.Additionally, the reason I know he was checking his Angie's list status on my time was because I found him stretched out on my bedroom floor and he then proceeded read the comments to me!However, all of that would have been ok until I incurred the expense of calling a sprinkler repair company only to find that my sprinkler problems were caused by the fact that Carl had failed to fully turn my water back on after turning it off to complete his work. Apparently, here is a huge difference between the pressure needed to run one shower and a multiple station sprinkler system. There was no way I could have known what caused my sprinkler problem until after I called a sprinkler repair company. As soon as I learned about the pressure problem, I in formed Carl of the expense I incurred due to his mistake. I still have emails that will verify this. While Carl did apologize for his mistake, he made no overture to reimburse me for the expense I incurred to correct his mistake

First of all, let me apologize for the water being partially on. this is something we typically do after we install a shower valve while checking for leaks. Secondly we filled up the shower pan with water from the tub spout into a bucket and we didn't notice a lack of water during the time we had to fill up multiple buckets. And Finally, she didn't call me to bring attention to this situation, but after the fact. If she would have told me about a lack of water pressure/volume than I would have come out, and it would have been an easy fix. I'm a bit shocked! This shower re-build job was over a year ago., and when I left she was happy as we talked for quite a while at the end of the job. When I accepted the job, there was no special time constraints. or schedule situation other than a start date had to wait until she got back in town from her flight attendant duties. The day I started she tells me about all the dates she is going to be out of town for work related travels. Now I am the one who has to rearrange my remodel schedule to now accommodate as she puts it, " the paying customer". And that's OK, we rearranged the schedule, and the job went well as she stated. I would not have taken the job if I knew I could be there 3 days here, wait 2 weeks, then work another 2 days, wait 4 days and then come back for 2-3 days. The schedule was not normal. And needless to say, I was not happy about it, because I was not told of this upfront. COMMUNICATION PLEASE. I don't know why she thought I was checking my Angie's List reviews on her job? It's not like reviews come in every week. That is something I do in my office, so I have time to respond like I am doing right now.

This is a 124 unit property consisting of 62 duplexes, and we were hired to install 122 vent hoods with vent piping through the roof. I'm happy to hear the member gave us straight A's in all categories, except price, but that's a little confusing since we were about 33% less than what she initially expected. And so that C average on price seemed to bring down our overall B grade. To bad Angie's List doesn't offer "A-" ;) That aside, the member and her staff were pleasant to work with as most Angie's List customers are who appreciate quality work, attention to the details, on-time projects, professionalism, and being kept informed of the progress of their project. Thanks for the work, and we look forward to being considered next time you have a need at your property.
Description of Work: Work involved removing laminate counter top with attached sink and faucet, disconnecting plumbing, relocating/replacing dishwasher, installing custom drawers, reinstalling countertop, installing shelves, etc. This was the second time we've used Craftsman Connection, the first being about a year ago when he did an extensive remodeling of a bathroom in the same house. On both occasions Carl Pfeiffer's work was excellent and did not exceed his detailed estimates. He was punctual and explained in detail what he was doing. In the earlier job he was creative in developing extra storage space. My wife was extremely impressed with how he communicated and dealt with her on both jobs. We will definitely call him first for any future work.

Thank you Sir for the follow up report. To help other members understand the work that was done, we went to the member house to troubleshoot why the jacuzzi tub did not work. In the past it has been because of a loose air switch air line or power problem. We tested the GFCI receptacle, tested the tub water sensor, and air switch on the tub. After no luck there we cut a nice square hole on the inside of the cabinet to gain access to the tub motor area, and tested for power at the tub receptacle outlet. No power was there. I was telling the member about another lady was renting a house for a few years who had a problem like this, and I solved that problem in a few minutes after she said she didn't know what this switch controlled. Well Sir you are not the first person to have a GFCI protected switch controlling the tub. It seems unnecessary to have a switch since a GFCI acts like a switch in a case when there is a electrical problem with the tub. This is the third time I have seen a switch for a jacuzzi tub (twice in your neighborhood) each member didn't know what it controlled, and had lived there for 17-20 years. Don't feel bad, it has obviously happened to many others. Then we inserted the wood piece we cut out, and sealed with caulking.

Follow Up Comments from Member 6/26/10: Communication problems on both sides was a big factor in our dealings, and we are sure, had the situation been different, Craftsman Connection would have done a quality job for us. We do feel bad about that part!

Thanks to Angie's List, and existing clients who keep on hiring us to do more work for them, has caused a huge increase in business. The members were 1 of 3 Angie's list customers I met with on the same day. The Smith's were the 3rd appointment of the day. One night while they were waiting for their estimate I literally stayed up all night and didn't go to bed just so I could deliver a estimate to keep my word to #2 of the 3 Angie's List customers I met with on the same day. That same Angie's List customer hired me to do their hall bath remodel, while they were busy revising their decisions on the Master Bath. And yes, they are hiring me for the Master Bath, now that the hall bath is completed just in time for their family to come into town for the Forth of July weekend. I'm sorry the members couldn't wait longer than two weeks to get "all" their estimates. I did turn in 4 estimates of the many items they requested work on. I got an e-mail in the morning saying they would wait, and then another in the same afternoon saying they were moving on to meet with other contractors. I'm sorry, but since I insist on being on my job site doing the work and/or supervising any subs, it limits the amount of time in a day. I wished them luck with another Angie's list contractor who is less busy. We wished we could have served them. The Lord knows you can't save them all. I've been working 6 days a week and all evenings until midnight or later just to keep up with the demand. Our company who focuses on high quality workmanship and high levels of customer service for the clients who hire us. Our existing active customers needs are placed first. If they want to meet with me on nights or weekends, I am there. If they want to add some more work, that must come first. Like the saying, "A bird in the hand, is worth more than two in the bush." and wouldn't you want your contractor focusing on your needs instead of chasing other people? At Craftsman Connection we are here for you.

Thank you Art. A "Perfect" finish did take some long hours. Most contractors would have sprayed 1 coat of sanding sealer, and 1 coat of laquer. We took it another couple steps. We sanded after each coat to maintain a smooth finish and then sprayed a second coat of laquer. Sanded again, and sprayed a third coat of laquer. Somebody with an eye for detail notices that with each coat it fills in the pores of the would giving almost a glass finish on his stain grade doors. His painted cabinet doors got 2 coats of Hi-Build Laquer undercoater, and 4 coats of paint, sanded after each coat. It took anywhere from 2-8 hours per coats to sand every detail down to a 220 grit finish. Well, there is one saying on a sign I remember seeing at a high quality hardware shop, "When you buy quality, You only cry once". I'm happy we could meet or exceed your expectations. It's always a pleasure to work and talk with you being a fellow soldier and former business owner. Lots of great stories.

Customers like this member are why were in business. Him and his wife place more value on having a quality team & good products over the lowest price. They've been in this home for over 35 years and you can tell they really care for and respect their home. It makes us happy to deliver the best service possible. We are there for all of our customers when ever they need us. The part I enjoyed the most was getting a chance to sit down with the member and hearing stories about the interesting and exciting life he has lead over since about 1954. I've used Carl before. Everything went as planned except me adding some more goodies to the list. He is good about letting me know how much time it will take. I don't get any surprise bills for stuff. And I am thankful for that.
Description of Work: I called Craftsman Connection again for some extra items I wanted done. I had him replace the old hose faucet outside of my kitchen door for a new frost free one. While he was opening the wall in the kitchen side, he suggested getting rid of the ice maker valve that stuck out of the wall for one that was recessed allowing me to push my refrigerator back another 3 inches. And for an addition $39. that sounded like a pretty good deal. Then he reconnected a broken copper line that feeds my sprinkler system. I've used Craftsman Connection before and the reason I like them so much is that they come prepared to do a complete job. He kept the original piece of drywall that was cut out and patched it like the original, then painted it. The whole job took about 7 hours for the plumbing, patching and painting. And just in time for watering my new plants. Oh one more thing. I had him install a missing door for the office. He cut it to match the existing door jamb, installed a door handle and primed it for me. I didn't know he did doors too. It turns out that he installs doors for ResDoor. Everything looks nice. I can't wait to have the hallway tile, baseboards and interior painting done.

Amy is probably one of the happiest people you will meet. She was easy to work with, and placed total confidence in myself and our team through the whole project. We look working with her again in the near future.
I was first referred to Carl Pfeiffer of Craftsman Connection, LLC by Mark Dunn, a door salesman, at ResDoor in Fort Worth. Carl came right out when I called him, measured the door and relayed the correct information to ResDoor. The estimate was very detailed and we got the door on order. The door came in about 7 days later. It was very important to me that this get done quickly due to the upcoming party I was hosting. Carl scheduled the door installation a day earlier than he first estimated and had it stained and finished a day early too. This allowed me to prepare for my party without worrying if it would all be done on time. During the door installation, carl fixed some crown moulding in my kitchen that had fallen down for free. After the door was installed, Carl and I got a chance to talk more. I found out he does a lot more than just doors. He showed me his portfolio of woodwork, and it turns out he used to work for an electrician for a couple years and for a total of 12 years, so I hired him to install a dedicated 120 volt electrical circuit to my office for a stand alone copier. That took care of the extension cord going through my entry hallway. A few weeks later I hired him again to install a 240 Volt dedicated circuit for my new air conditioning unit in the Sunroom. Now, a few months later, he is moving another 240 volt outlet in the sunroom for the new hot tub. What I like about Carl the most is how much he cares about how good it looks when it?s done. You could really appreciate a guy is thoughtful about what I have to look at everyday. He stayed to get it all done in one day and even filled up my jacuzzi with water and started heating it for me while I was gone, because I told him I was dying to get into the jacuzzi. How thoughful was that? While Carl was in the attic running new wires for my AC unit in the sunroom, he remembered that I had permanently removed the door from the house to the sunroom, and noticed there was no insulation in the attic above the sunroom. He explained the situation and told me about a fellow contractor friend of his that did insulation. A few days later, I insulated that space. Carl came by to inspect the work from his subcontractor right after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Craftsman Connection to do any project. He is reliable, honest, and provides quality workmanship. Heck, he even cleaned up after all the work he did too. I trust him completely with my home.
Description of Work: Ordered my new front door, Installed a new Knotty Alder Front Door, Stained and finished door and trim, Installed front door handle. Cost of the door project $2,671.18 Installed new 240 volt electrical dedicated circuit for my Sunroom AC unit. Installed ¾” EMT conduit on exterior into attic. Ran a dedicated 120 volt electrical circuit into my home office from the main panel and patched, texture and painted the drywall. Re-routed 240 Volt electrical wiring and spa disconnect GFCI panel from old location to new location through site bent Electrical Metallic Tubing into the attic and back down in sunroom to new spa location. Installed 2 new electrical light outlet boxes and tied into the existing light, as well as installed 3 new halogen exterior light fixtures. $950.

This was probably the most interesting job this year. I worked for this member's friend first. She met me and saw my work. She referred me to her other friend for a bathroom pocket door job that others had said it couldn't be done, and then finally used me herself. Since our first small project together fixing some of the craziest electrical work you probably could imagine, we have done a few other projects for her to include repairing a concealed electrical fire above her kids bedrooms, that I found when she complained about a GFCI outlet not working, replaced rotten siding and painted the exterior of the whole house, new gutters for 25%of what Costco quoted, and helped her add a light fixture in the hall bath. She is another good client to have. You know the best thing I have noticed about running my whole business from word of mouth is that one great client has other great friends who'll eventually become clients too. I look at my clients like extended family. Her husband was so nice to invite me over for dinner one night. Thanks so much for thinking of me on a personal level.
Carl consulted with an overall project management team to evaluate the needs, advise on materials needed, and offered suggestions for additional improvements. There was a team of volunteers patching walls, painting and demoing out the carpet/tile/laminate flooring. Carl did a great job answering questions and giving instruction whenever anyone had a question. He was very knowledgeable about every task and provided assistance as needed. He personally installed a faucet in the master bath and replaced a toilet kit. When it came time to install the flooring, Carl was right there, working with a small team to make sure the job was done right. And it was. While there was a lot of work going on throughout the house, Carl remained focused and was attentive to smallest details, all while managing the time. Every task that was started was completed within the given time frame. There were some small repairs that weren't completed over the weekend, but better to have finished well all that was started than to leave several projects unfinished. I will most definitely work with Carl and Craftsman Connection to complete the unfinished tasks and any other future projects.
Description of Work: A weekend home makeover project that consisted of new paint, new flooring, new baseboards, installing new light fixtures and ceiling fans, as well as several smaller repairs on the interior of the house.

Response from Craftsman Connection LLC
This was a volunteer project first initiated by our church for families in need. I was first asked to help when going to a Friday night Bible study. Some other people contacted me. I really liked working with the other team member since they were so organized, and really put in the effort we needed for Home Depot, Lowes, and some other companies to donate or give us reduce pricing for the products. I volunteered 2 full days (SAT & SUN), not to mention all the planning time, to see that this project went well. I am a General Contractor and organizing successful ontime projects is my specialty. I felt like this was my calling in life and for this project. Everyone came to me during various stages of the project for advice and tools. I felt great about being able to help. Now the member and her two kids can live in a safe environment, and she gets to use her own master bathroom now. The group even upgraded her from carpet to hardwood floors and we were able to get that all done in 1 day with 4 guys working as a team. All in all there was somewhere around 25 people doing our own version of Extreme Home Makeover. If anyone knows how to get a hold of Ty Pennington from Extreme Home Makeoevers, let him know I want to donate my time to his worthy causes.

We were referred by our friend and co-worker who had done her whole house remodel. Carl came in and talked with us about the kitchen and gave us some design help. He talked us into keeping the 2 old light fixtures that were in good condition, and provided the right lighting, He showed us how the recessed lighting wouldn't light up the crown moulding the way we had hoped. Every part of the job was right on schedule until an ignorant building inspector came in and said something was wrong with the plumbing. Fortunately, Carl used to be a building inspector so he knew he was right and called the senior inspector and all was approved in 10 minutes. Then we ordered the cabinets, but they didn't make a wine shelf cabinet so Carl custom built and stained it to match with a nice paneled wall behind it. It adds a lot of character to the whole feel of the kitchen. We enjoyed our working relationship with Carl and plan to keep in contact with him since he is so nice.
Description of Work: Demolished old kitchen. Installed new plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, painting, custom cabinets, slate flooring.

It was an awesome experience. Our designer who has worked with him for over 2 years referred us to him. The owner came to meet with us and asked a lot of questions about what we wanted to get down to the last detail. He provided drawings of the new kitchen cabinet layout, a new wiring plan, provided examples of the finish's, and provided a detailed contract specifying every part of the job so we were sure about what we were getting. Now here is the part I was hoping for but didn't expect. He showed up to the job everyday and either did the work himself or supervised the work while his sub-contractors were there. He never called me to re-schedule and the work always got done. I never felt uneasy about who was in my house because he was there to watch over them. The whole job went according to schedule give or take a day, and the finished project was what we had been dreaming about for the past 10 years. After we completed the kitchen, we hired him to do our master bathroom next, then the 3 car garage conversion to a 2 car garage and an open air pool house. The other projects to date now include a custom entertainment center, installing new door handles throughout the house, traventine tile on the other bathroom floors, and miscellaneous lighting improvements around the house. Most of the work was completed directly by Craftsman Connection. It seems like Carl can do it all very well. He only sub contracted the A/C work, the new mirrors, and the cabinet paint work. We are still working with him and have more projects in the works for him. We have referred him to our friends and he has completed their work too.
Description of Work: Craftsman Connection did a full kitchen remodel. Removed all old cabinets, drywall, insulation, wiring, etc. down to the studs. Relocated a electrical panel, laundry plumbing. Installed new windows, insulation, wiring, plumbing for the refrigerator ice maker. They custom built our cabinets to maximize our space needs like built in trash cans and they took the time to measure the stuff we already had so we could make the most of our pantry space, using pull out shelves instead of lots of wasted space above each item. All new appliances were installed and you could tell they took great pride in there work because the automatic controller for the downdraft hood was placed perfectly in the small space in the cabinet. It's just the little details that made it worth it. The owner cared more than we did about all the details, but it was a nice change of pace. It put us at ease.

The process was a long one. But once we settled on Carl, it was smooth sailing. Some storms rolled through the area back in April '08. We sustained damage to our roof, gutters, balcony floor and rail, water damage inside in several places. I wish we had Carl prior to our roof work, but that's a different story. Once we started, All work was done on schedule, with minimal intrusion to our lives.
Description of Work: We had storm damage, both inside and out. Carl was NOT the lowest bidder, but got the job because of his professional demeanor and understanding of what we needed. The work is top notch. He went through great pains to get EXACT paint matching. His crew was courteous and prompt. All work was done to our expectation. Excellent communication. A class act.

Great. Our decorator rec him to us and it was a wonderful experience. He was very quick to come out and give us the estimate and set up the work. He emailed us the contract with all the fine print and that was nice to have at home to read in detail before we agreed to hire him. He showed up right on time on the day of work and was very professional, clean. He did most of the work himself and had one helper who assisted. He was very friendly and polite with all members of our family. He was done right on time, when he said he would. He had painted the molding the night before, so it would be dry with the color I had told him, but then when he got to put it in, he noticed it was a very suitable difference and found the correct color and repainted it for us. I would have expected most people would have just put it in, any ways but he wanted it to be perfect for us which I appreciated. It looks perfect and blends seamlessly with the old molding. We are really happy with his work.
Description of Work: Removed two old pieces of crown molding in the dining room. Replaced with a new piece that he painted, caulked and nailed in place. Paint was matched to exhausting paint. Touch up paint on wall done as well.
