Robby came out to provide a free inspection. While we have some minor cracks in the walls and brick, he recommended NO FOUNDATION WORK! I'm so impressed with Robby's integrity. Robby made some recommendations to maintain the health of our foundation. I highly recommend this ethical company.

Robby showed up on time and was very professional! I was having some settling in my home and was causing cracking inside and damage to a wall. Thinking I was going to have to have some repairs, Robby recommended some soil rehydrating instead. He spent time helping me figure how best to do that. There was not a dime in it for them and he said he would be happy to come back anytime. If I have more problems, no doubt who Iâ  ll call. Thank you Robby.

We were having trouble with a wobbly floor. Robby and his team were the only ones to get into the crawl space and thoroughly investigate the issue. Instead of giving us an off the cuff estimate, they showed us the problem was a few floor joists that would cost far less to repair than replacing piers and beams. On repair day, their team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done right. Our floor is now stable and level.

After receiving 3 different proposals for raising foundation, I hired a structural engineer to evaluate foundation elevations. Pinnacle (Robby Brown) was more consistent with readings and recommendations for problem areas. Miguel was person assigned to coordinate actual raising of the foundation and I was impressed with his knowledge. The crew also exceeded my expectations regarding minimizing landscape damage and returning areas to original conditions and overall cleanup.

I called Pinnacle for some foundation work and to install a French Drain. They came out, were very competitive on the price and started the work based on MY schedule. The workers were nice, clean and professional. Robby and Juan answered all of my questions and were available over the phone at any time. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your Foundation needs.

James came and did an initial inspection of our foundation and reported that no repair was needed. We did need a drainage system due to lots of standing water on one side of the house, and James gave us a bid and complete explanation of the job. His crew was professional, thorough, and completed the job on schedule. They completed digging a trench through our thick clay soil, trimmed some tree roots that were in the way, and finished installation the same day. Love this company and we are very pleased with their work. Will most definitely use them again for any foundation/drainage needs. An organization that demonstrates integrity!

I worked with Robby Brown to get my measurements and quote and he had the best customer service I could expect. He worked with me on adjusting my quote to meet my needs and answered all of my questions, no matter how small, in a prompt time. When it came to do the repair, they had a large crew and got straight to work, didn't waste any time. They had another another job cancel so they sent more guys and turned my 2 day job into 1. They did a great job with clean up afterwards as well and all the guys were very professional while working on my home. I would definitely recommend this company to someone else.

I could not recommend Pinnacle foundation repair enough. Robby came out and was very polite, professional and friendly. He was informative and explained everything he was looking for and doing. After he had finished he discussed his findings and ultimately did not recommend that any work needed to be done! This was great news that we didn t have to have any work done but also that he was honest even if it meant not making money off of us! I will definitely be using pinnacle foundation for any future concerns/issues since I know that I will get reliable, honest answers. I highly recommend giving them a call even if you aren t sure you have an issue. They provided me with peace of mind after I had previously been stressing out about possibly having foundation issues.

We called them for free foundation inspection because we saw some cracks on interior wall. After inspection, the technician told us our foundation has no problem. Next day, they sent me a measurement map. We are happy.

Working with Robby, his work supervisors, workers, and office staff has been an excellent experience. Throughout my decision process, Robby kept in touch, responding quickly to questions, but not using any pressuring tactics. Plan, engineering review, scheduling, the way the crew chief and crew worked--all was more than satisfactory. There was heavy rain on day 2, which required some reshuffling and extending the days of work a few days. They dealt with the conditions quite well and stayed in contact regarding the rescheduling with various finishing up tasks. They did a good job cleaning up at the end, and the concrete patching in the driveway and patio was very neatly done. The lift required was not major--less than 1" to get to within acceptable range. Now is the settling into the new normal, after which I will begin the internal cosmetic repairs. Two things that I had not thought enough about before the lift: if it is necessary to have concrete broken out (like in a driveway) the jackhammers require a lot of power. The workers will need access to at least a 20 amp circuit to run those jackhammers. Also, think through the plan for what to do with excess dirt (i.e., heavy clay). The crew will haul away what you don't want spread around the foundation or the yard afterward, but it is worth a bit of forethought and include it in your plan. I also appreciated being able to specify the plumber for the post lift hydrostatic pressure test. Since this aspect necessarily involves the third party, I liked being able to use a plumber I already know and trust. Coordinating that with Pinnacle staff went smoothly.

I requested a foundation inspection/evaluation from Pinnacle. The rep that showed up was prompt and introduced himself as Robby. On February 20, 2020, I met with Robby to have an inspection of my home performed. I explained to him that I was interested in selling it, but had a pre-inspection performed where the inspector expressed some concern regarding the foundation because of cracks in the wall and exterior portion of the residence. Robby provided his card once we met. And, the best thing he did was place shoe covers over his shoes before entering my residence. For me, that shows respect for the house and owener. At that point, he had won me over. :) I showed Robby around my home and where the issues were that were pointed out by the inspector. He performed an inspection of my residence and advised the results. I asked him if I could get a written documentation of his recommendation. He was a man of his word and sent it that evening. Robby was personable and professional. He was not condescending or trying to push other services from his company. He was helpful in pointing out what I could do for cosmetic purposes regarding the cracks and nail pop outs in my ceiling. Because of his demeanor I felt comfortable with him and he didn't interact with me as if I was the "little lady." Robby was professional, respectful and cordial. He answered all my questions with openess and honesty which I really appreciated. He provided information to consider in the future if necessary. I would recommend Pinnacle Foundation Repair for any residential foundation inspection/evaluation and service.

Robby and his team were extremely professional and thorough in their inspections of my foundation issues which led to a recommendation of monitoring water levels and no foundation repair. You have to respect a professional who invests their time and energy knowing they will not be paid anything for their efforts.

Pinnacle is fantastic. They are extremely punctual in their responses, and there is persistent correspondence from every member of their company. They are very involved with you as a client. They performed a foundation repair as well as install necessary drainage. Pricing is reasonable given the scope of work and warranty. Would highly recommend.

The Service that Pinnacle did was great. I believe it's always best to be there and look at where your money is being spent. I highly recommend that, and was able to get my sprinkler fixed during the process. They were very honest and did a great job!

In a word Integrity. I did have other companies come out and give me a quote on repairs. Pinnacle/Robby Brown was the only company with a ton of detail of the cost breakdown and the way the works was going to be performed. It was amazing. A great company to work with. Highly recommended.
