We had a foundation issue and being the first time dealing with something like this, we were nervous about the process and the cost. After getting quotes from couple of vendors who we didnâ t feel comfortable with, we had Robby come over to provide an estimate. Not only was he very forthcoming about the issues he also took the time to explain the process in detail. On the day of the repair, the crew showed up on time, were extremely professional and courteous and finished the work as promised on time with no unpleasant surprises. After the work was completed, Pinnacle was gracious enough to check back to make sure everythingâ s good. Definitely one of my better experiences working with contractors.

We needed 32 Piers to level the foundation. Wow! Within 72 hours the crew was in and out. Professional staff and crew members from start to end - Highly Customer Service Oriented. The crew also made sure to pack back in and level the dirt around the house. Very satisfied and highly recommended. Follow up occurred to ensure were satisfied and remained without any questions occurred as well.

Each individual from Robby, the owner, to the supervisors (Victor, Miguel, and Juan), the foremen (Alfredo), and crew are professional, respectful, and on-site to work and satisfy the customer. Though I usually do not post on social media, I must say when I checked reviews before starting this project, I was a little leery as Pinnacle received such high ratings and I was thinking of the old saying *Is it too good to be true*. But for Pinnacle, those ratings are true and well-deserved. I would recommend Pinnacle to any individual needing foundation and drainage repair work to their home or business.

Wonderful experience all around! Robby was very informative when he came out, the crew was super efficient and polite and the cleanup after the job was done was exceptional... it looked better when they left than when they got there!! I highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation repair. I had three foundation companies look at the foundation on a small rent house. Two of the foundation companies just looked under the house but Pinnacle Foundation crawled under the house to inspect the conditions of the pilings. While conducting the inspection they found some rot that I was not aware of. If I had not been made aware of this problem, it would have cost me a great deal of money in the future. In addition to doing a good job on the foundation, they made sure to lock up the house since I was not there when they completed the job. We called Pinnacle out after a few years of complete disappointment, stress and great financial burden...caused by another foundation company. Robby was professional and caring; he listened to our concerns and made himself available at all times. The office staff was efficient, organized and very friendly. Finally, the foundation crew was respectful, friendly and left the foundation around our home as neat as possible. Sadly, too many companies place profit at the top of their goal list...far from quality...even more far from caring. The work that Pinnacle did on our home is very recent, so our relationship with the company is a new one. However, they displayed all of the characteristics we were looking for in a trustworthy, caring company!

This is a top notch company. Robby Brown CEO worked very closely with us and gave a full detailed drawing on the work, timing and expectations. He answered all my questions right away and worked through every detail. I am out of state so a bit nerve wracking not knowing anything about what was needed to be done. Robby put me at ease and Kristen and Michel were also helpful in questions and final documentation and signs offs from plumber and engineer. The yard was left clean and the whole group was extremely friendly per my tenant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work. They did a great job as needed 14 new pilings for my foundation. They worked thru the rain to get the job done. Even after the work finished the followed up to see if anything more was needed or any questions. Most companies finish and never have any follow. Another outstanding trait of this company. Robby came by and broke everything down in terms for me, this stood out to me because I have run into some businesses who wanted money quick fast, and in a hurry. After running a baseline test at my home he explained everything to me.

Robby came on time as scheduled. After a thorough inspection, Robby suggested that I remove large trees close to the house and he will do the readings after 3 months to see if I really need foundation repair or not. Him being so honest, not trying to sell anything I do not need - shows that he is a very humble professional. When I started to notice some separation near a window frame and a crack in my drywall I called Pinnacle, They were not my first call, the first call was ready to drop 8 pillars the next week. Robby came by, gave me the same results on the inspection and had me fix the underlying issue first, a pool leak, wait two months and he would come out again and take new measurements. I knew that day I was going to go with Robby at Pinnacle, I value the honesty and his desire to do the job right the first time was more important than the quick buck. His crew did amazing work! I will recommend Pinnacle to anyone that ever mentions a foundation issue. I already have a few times in the couple months since my repair. Professional, clean and fast

I'm currently in the middle of buying a house and was concerned about the foundation after the inspection was done. I was told that the house was an inch down at the front corner of the house. My realtor gave me a number to a foundation company. I called and I was given an estimate for over $3000. Yeah, compared to a lot of foundation repairs that's not much. However, I'm not only a first time home buyer, I'm now a single dad so every penny counts. So, I did my own research and found Pinnacle. I quickly noticed what everyone does, not 1 bad review! There's a lot to be said about that especially after being in business for as long as they have. I was lucky enough to have the owner Robby Brown come and give me a second opinion. As the reviews stated, he's extremely professional, courteous and most importantly HONEST. He didn't try to sell me anything at all, other than to be a life long customer lol, which I most certainly am! Instead he explained everything in great detail and further more, gave me great tips on how I can repair the foundation on my own. I was told "I don't think putting piers in is necessary in your case, what I suggest you do is put in a tree barrier across the front of the house. The house is an inch down but only directly in front of where the tree's roots are going under the house (under the bay window, not the corner of the house). So take care of that, water the foundation every day and in a month you should see it raise its self back up naturally. After you do that call me, I would be happy to come back out and re-measure for you." I've already written a book, so I'll leave it at this. People like Robby and his company are a myth these days, which is sad. Home repairs like these are a very scary thing for me, all I see are $$$. Thank you Robby for helping to make my home buying experience a very enjoyable one! You have a customer and advocate for life!

I had a consultation with Robby the owner. He did a thorough job of assessing the movement of my home and identifying possible problem areas. He actually recommended that I NOT do pier and beam work at this time and instead suggested I install gutters to mitigate the movement. Never once tried to sell me on something I didn't need. Wonderful to have that kind of integrity in a free estimate.
