Trent arrived on time and took care of all the problems and made sure we knew everything he was doing. The extra cost above the Angie List special was reasonable.

They arrived in a timely manner and went right to work. Our master bathroom has two sinks that drain into one central pipe. This pipe happens to be located within the vanity, to which there is no access. In less than an hour they had the drain unclogged and had cleaned up both sinks areas. They gave us helpful hints on how to prevent such clogs in the future, I would definitely use them again. Very pleased with the staff and service provided.

I had an active leak and needed to get someone to come out today to avoid further water damage. I called Freedom and got a recording. I did not leave a message as I needed someone to come out right away. After contacting and arranging for another plumber, I got a call from Freedom, even though I hadn't left a message. After saying it was urgent and that I'd already arranged for another plumber, the service person just hung up on me without another word. Rude.

They were prompt on arrival. Spent most of our 2 hours repairing the shut off valve & poor plumbing repair done by a previous tenant. The pipes under the kitchen sink now look they're supposed to look. Service tech had to go to the hardware store for a part but finished up once he returned & installed new kitchen sink within the 2 hour window. Unfortunately, there was no time remaining to look into bathroom drainage issues. That will be addressed at another time.

I purchased a Big Deal that provided up to 2 hours of plumbing work for $111. Trent, the owner of Freedom Plumbing, was INCREDIBLY responsive via messaging through Angie's List, as I had a few questions before I purchased the deal. He was polite and professional at all times. We set an appointment, and on the day of service Kyle called 15 minutes ahead of time to give me a heads-up as to his arrival at my house, perfectly timed in the agreed-upon service window. Work was completed quickly and efficiently, and Trent even answered a few questions (again, with excellent response time) that I had after Kyle had gone. Wouldn't hesitate to call upon Freedom Plumbing again and will certainly refer family and friends.

This was my first time using Freedom Plumbing. I chose them because they had good ratings and I purchased the $111 coupon on Angie's List from Freedom Plumbing that gave me 2 hours of labor for any job. I had initially intended to use it to just replace my kitchen faucet. However, the morning of the appointment my toilet kept running and I could not shut off the water using the valve. So, I called the office and asked if I could have the plumber for longer than anticipated. The man at the office was wonderful and he told me that his plumber would take care of whatever I needed for that appointment. He also gave me excellent advice about the problems with my toilets. I was debating whether to just replace the two toilets as they are 18 years old but he said he thought they could fix the issues for less than the price of two new toilets. And was he ever right! The plumber, Kyle, arrived on time for the appointment. I told him I needed my master toilet fixed first since the water was running and I could not shut off the valve. He had both problems fixed and the toilet working like new right away. So, I asked him to look at my guest bath toilet that also would run and the valve had a slight drip. He fixed that next. Then, he replaced my kitchen faucet. Kyle did all of this work within the two hours of labor that my coupon from Angie's list provided. He even had to make a trip for some parts not included with my new faucet. Since Kyle got the job done within the two hours of labor I had already purchased with the Angie's List coupon for $111, he only charged me $51.59 for the parts used. So in total, I only paid $111 for two hours of labor with the coupon and $51.59 for parts to fix both of my toilets and to replace my kitchen faucet. Simply outstanding to pay only $162.59 to have two toilets working like new and a new kitchen faucet installed!!! Kyle was very courteous, professional and extremely knowledgable. His experience really showed in how quickly he was able to diagnose and fix the problems. A few months ago, I paid over $1700 to another company to replace my bathroom faucets and fix a leaky shower and two of their plumbers did not get the same amount of work done in two hours that Kyle did. I have worked with three other plumbers over the past 18 years and none of them can compare with the quality or price from Freedom Plumbing. Not only will I use them again, I will highly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family.

I live out of the city by some miles. He came exactly on time, looked at everything, fixed the first item-the dishwater overflow due to kinked line and small food particle clod, explaining what to do; explained the leaking shower head (just needed to slide the head higher up to prevent the dripping when done with shower), and fixed the toilet, except he had to run into town about 25 minutes away for parts for which he only charged an additional $5. Amazing speed, professional approach and willing to share knowledge. I will definitely use him again and have already recommended him to a friend just last night. They even sent some coupons for future work. Great approach to great service that is customer oriented, thorough, and quick and dependable.

Trent is the best plumber I ever had.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for $99.00 and had Freedom out to install a new kitchen sink faucet that I purchased. Justin did that and still had time, so he cleaned out the drains in both bathroom sinks. He did a great job and was very personable and professional.

I bought it & immediately called the company on the 19th for the work. They did get out on the 21st. According to the tenant, the guy checked the gas water heater. The tenant said: So the plumber came, turned on the pilot light, which we have done already, but he said if it wont stay lit we most likely will have to replace the unit. Pilot stays lit, the burner ring doesnt. He mentioned the unit was made in 95 and prob needs to be replaced. Uh... the tenant already told him the pilot wouldn't stay lit. The unit was in the attic & it appears all the plumber wanted to do was to do the minimum & get out of the attic to in his mind fulfill the obligation to perform a service & get out with a minimum of time & sweat. I didn't get a call with the report. I had no information on the old water heater for replacement. I didn't get a figure for replacement if that was necessary. I believe I deserve better treatment than this. At the least a refund of $ paid.

assessed the problem and provided an honest answer that the issues could not be fixed without replacing. He could have tried to fix and chanrge for unneeded work but was instead provided honest advise

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I initially thought it was a very good deal. This was the first time I've had to have my sink drains cleaned. Less than 45 days later the sink was completely plugged up again, I had to have them come out again. Instead of $99.00 for cleaning the drains with the Big Deal I've now spent $250.00 total. The second visit was $156.00 and they were only here about half an hour. I don't have any children so I know no one is sticking anything in the sink, I can't believe it was clogged again so soon. I would never do business with them again.

Justin did a good job in removing the old garbage disposal and install a new one. After testing for leak he discovered that the old pipes were not properly placed causing the disposal unit to leak and the pipes were clogged. Justin replaced the old pipes with the new ones . The new pipes were properly placed in such the way that will be easier to check and remove the clogging. I was very satisfied with the job Justin did and his professionalism. He cleaned up every thing when the job is done. I will definitely use Freedom Plumbing In the future.

Good morning, On Thursday 8 August 13 Trent Mason not only leveled the tank of the unit, but also went to the time and expense of installing all new internal parts in the tank. He did all of the above in less than an hour and at no charge. The man is a master at his craft and a smart businessman and should be commended. I plan to send some things to him and wife to express my gratitude. When we made the appointment, I asked the receptionist to NOT send Justin, the man responsible for all dissatisfaction. She said that he no longer worked for the company. His dismissal alone will improve company performance. Two thumbs up for Mr. Trent Mason. Wishing you simply the best, DWofDallas

I had the big deal performed. The service went great. Outstanding service. Will definately use again in the future.

Justin, the plumber, arrived on time. However, he did not know how to take the lid off the meter box on the sidewalk - or was physically unable to. He got it off with great effort after I showed him how.I showed him the faucet in the backyard, he said that would have to be replaced. I had him inside to look at the kitchen sink to look at the flow and verified that it was leaking. His solution was a new faucet. I showed him the toilet in the hall bath and explained that someone had made it loose, toilet bowls are not supposed to be loose. He said it would be better to replace the toilet bowl, I was getting the impression that he was trying to up-sell me on everything. About 20 minutes into Justin being at the house, I called the company, who sent another plumber out. This plumber seemed to know what he was doing and got everything fixed. However, the toilet bowl is now sloping to the right. I emailed and called the company and have heard nothing back from them. The kitchen sink no longer leaks, the toilet bowl is no longer shifting - but it is sloped now, I would like this to be fixed.

I had purchased a $99 certificate. The plumber showed up on time and did everything I Needed done. I had all the parts and supplies he would need. All my projects were tough ones. 21 year old nuts were rusted on and more. He did a good job. Glad he did it and not me.

Justin was great, very nice, got to work right away. What if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. Was very professional and helpful. Great price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I paid an additional amount because there were other items that they had to work on. Everything went really good.

Went fine, plumber was knowledgeable and trained. Dispatcher did not relay the specific information I had provided, so the plumber did not have the right valve on his truck. But he was able to get one at HD, drive back and do the installation w/in the allotted 2 hrs.

the provider was very courteous, very professional. I will use Freedom Plumbing the next time I have plumbing issues.

I really appreciate all the work Freedom plumbing did for me for the plumbing coupon I had purchased off Angie's List. The coupon was for 2 hours of plumbing for $99. In the time allotted, he was able to take care of all the little plumbing problems that had cropped up over time. He was just very accomodating. I will use him again in the future for the next plumbing crisis at my house.

Justin called and was able to make the appointment ahead of schedule. He showed up and got started. He helped me retrieve the parts we needed upon return he quickly installed the valve and finished the faucet. He double and triple checked the faucet to make sure it wasn't dripping and was in good working order. He was very polite and patient with my ineptitude at finding the correct parts. And now we have a no drip faucet we can shut off if I need to replace a washer.

Very pleased with the results. Trent was professional and easy to work with. Will use again.

I own a pier and beam home built in 1955. Well maintained. There is a master bath that resides about 6 feet from an exterior wall where a cold water line has been pulled to the outside of the house for cold water access to the exterior. There is a crawl space in this area.. easy access to all lines and to the outside of house. My request was to tap into the hot water line in the master bath and run a hot water line to the exterior of the home right next to the cold water line so that I would have hot water to the ouside to mix with the cold to wash my big dog outside. Very simple job. However, the tech said it would take up to 6 hours to complete and would need two men to do the job. And about $800.00. The total parts for this job would be no more than about $50. ( I already did my homework and when I mentioned this, the technician agreed with me, that was probably true..) I challenged the time that he thought it would take as I have watched this very same procedure performed in my parents home and it took about 30 minutes. He just shrugged his shoulders and said, well, I wouldn't be able to do it in 30 minutes... I told the tech that I had spoken to the owner when setting up the visit and was clear about what I needed done and the $99.00 "Special" for 2 hours of plumbing work should cover it along with $30-50 in parts. The good news- The tech was punctual and polite but declined to do the work because they "were afraid of doing something out of code".... What????? He said he would put the $99.00 that I spent on the special "on my account " for future service... I really doubt tha tI would use them for anything in the future so that is $99.00 lost.
