Let me start by saying I was excited to work with this plumber. I had been referred to them and saw that they had mostly good reviews online. I was having them come out to install a gas line for my new stove. The problems started with them showing up late without any notification. They were supposed to arrive between 8-10am. At 8:50am I called their office and was told that they would be arriving shortly. At 10am, they called and told me they were finally on their way. They didn't arrive until 10:25am. This started the disappointment but I was still had faith that they would do a good job. They finally arrive and immediately start working. They are quick and energetic. I was thinking that I had made the right choice. Then, after 35 minutes of work, they told me that they had to leave to buy their supplies. This ticked me off since I expected that they would have already bought the right fittings and hose. They told me it would only take around 30 minutes and then they would be right back. After 40 minutes, they called me and told me the store didn't have what they need and they had to go to another store. I tried to understand and said that was ok. An hour later, I call them and they said they are 20 minutes away. This trip of theirs to the store wasted 2 hours of my life. When they got back with their supplies, they finished the job quickly. It only took 30 more minutes. For all this headache, they charged me $700 - 10% since I was a new customer. This means, I paid $630 for 1hour and 5minutes worth of work and approximately $125 worth of material. They tried to take $100 worth of hose that I paid for but left it with me when I asked for it. On a positive note, they did hook up the hose and it doesn't leak. Tl;dl; They were late, didn't have their supplies, took 2 hours to get their supplies, worked for 1:05hours. The good news is that the hose works and doesn't leak.

It went great. They had the drain unplugged within about 20 minutes of arriving. They hooked up their power auger, put it in the clean out and the obstruction was removed. The obstruction was about 15' into the clean out.

They were extremely punctual, courteous, and efficient. It turned out the leak in plumbing over garage had been repaired previously but they did several tests to make sure plumbing was not leaking. We were in the middle of preparing for an estate sale of my late parents' possessions and readying the house for sale. so we appreciated their sensitivity and professionalism throughout. Even though there was a lot going on in the house, they never got in the way, and were some of the nicest and most straightforward contractors we encountered (we also had gutter repair people, handymen, movers, restorers, and carpenters around that week). I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the GP-Arlington area and beyond.

Excellent service! Great communication and very professional! Returned my initial call instantly and called when they were in route. Found the problem almost instantly, turned out to be a dishwasher leak and not a plumbing issue. Wrote up a receipt that I could pass on to my insurance. They were in and out in about 5 minutes.

The gentlemen showed up within the window frame that they gave us, both were very professional and efficient. The cost was well within reason and they even offer a senior citizens discount. I would definitely use them in the future.

They have always been good. They are always on time. He showed me a different way to do it and saved us a lot of money. I keep using them and they keep giving me more coupons. He replaced the pipes and full filled his original agreement in initially fixing the problem. It was a freeze problem and he turned me over to someone else who could do it a lot less expensively, than if he kept doing it.

I keep using them and they keep giving me more coupons. He knew what to do once I described it. They do excellent work and they do it on time. If they think that they are going to cost me too much money, they make sure that I get the value for my money. That is very impressive to me. I call them only when I have a plumbing issue, plus they keep giving me discounts.

Prompt response to initial call. Easy to set up appointment, good communication. After completing the requested work in the kitchen, Trent agreed to take a quick look at my toilets. He quickly assessed the problems and after checking his schedule, he agreed to take care of these additional problems while he was already here.

They unclogged a main drain. The company sent 1 plumber and he did a really good job.

It was great. He was very courteous. He was very professional and did high quality work.

I would use them again in the future.

I had a leak under my bathroom sink. The technician came to diagnose the situation Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Said the leak was in the wall and needed to cut in the wall to repair. Rescheduled to have the work done after the holiday. Technician came back on Monday, December 1, 2014. Provided a window of 2pm-4pm but didn't show up until 4:30pm. Cut a whole in my wall only to realize the leak was coming from the sink. Technician replaced the sink and faucet (since it was rather old). He also put a "door" in place of the wall cut-out. It will be helpful in case the wall pipes need to be accessed in the future.

It went very well. They came in and tightened the faucet and since it only took a few minutes they asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. The only other outstanding issue was some information that we needed regarding our pier and beam house and what would be needed for cold weather and the pipes under the house. Thanks for all the information and fixing our faucet.

Response was Ok, once Angie's List acted after many complaints from me. Polite but left cigarette butts in my driveway. Showed up on time & left after 2 hour Left for 45 minutes + during that time. Did not fix the problem. Subsequently offered a refund.

Excellent job. They were in and out in less than an hour. Very clean. Very efficient.

Scheduling was quick and easy, the plumber arrived on time, and he was friendly as well helpful. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to clear the toilet's obstruction. We ultimately had to break apart the toilet to resolve the issue.

Everything went well, and it was a good experience. It was easy getting in touch to schedule, the plumber was on time and professional, and he did a good job with the toilet's installation without leaving a mess.

I called Freedom Plumbing to see if he could give me an estimate of how much it would cost to have the system installed, as another company had been out and said it would be between $2,000.00 and $2,500.00 to install. So when Trent told me, they started at $500.00, and it could be a little more depending on what was involved. He informed me that he was booked the rest of the week but could get to us the next week. We purchased the system and called Freedom Plumbing, and they said they could be out the following Tuesday between 8 or 8:30. I had removed the hot-water heater the night before, which saved me a few hundred dollars. They were a little late, but found out they had worked until 2 am the night before, and they came from Arlington, and they got lost briefly in the construction. I had pictures of where the water line came into the house, and they could locate it right away. They left to get some parts to complete the installation. They were having an issue with finding the parts they needed, but once they got back they went right to work and completed the installation in approximately 4 to five hours. They sat the system up a little differently then what they were used to, but it saved me several inches of space, which is what I was looking for. Trent placed a three-way valve in-line with the system in case it ever needed to be bypassed for changing filters or other maintenance work. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave me a 10% discount, other plumbers I have used in the past have charge up to $500.00 per hour so I felt the charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Freedom Plumbing, and we will use them again in the future.

Perfectly! Trent from Freedom Plumbing initially came to check the current plumbing at my home in order to provide a more accurate estimate. The work was scheduled for a few days later. They picked up the exact make & model I had selected and arrived on time. Digging up the existing water supply line involved moving a bush (they did their best to save and replant!) and the new exposed pipe was properly insulated. The filtration system was positioned along a wall in the corner of the garage and completely out of the way. Trent provided additional replacement filters for the new system - enough for 2 years! He and his assistant were both very professional, personable and did excellent work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The plumbers arrived a little later than the assigned time window. However, this was not an issue since we were home the whole day. They were very professional, courteous and did a very good job replacing the heaters.

Plumber arrived on time. I did not have everything prepared for him. so the job went over time. My bad, not his. He did not show up with a curb key, which I would have thought was a standard tool for a trade that usually has to turn off the water supply to the house. Other than that, I was pleased with his work. He even cleaned up after himself, which is unusual for electricians and plumbers.
