Freedom Plumbing specializes in all residential, light commercial, and drain cleaning services. Freedom Plumbing hires nothing short of the best plumbers. We strive to make sure that our employees are very knowledgeable with continued training on the job and through courses/classes. All of our plumbers have passed the state mandated test to receive their license. Our employees must pass a background and drug screen before even being eligible for hire and we do test regularly as well. We are fully insured in every aspect of every job we do, and warranty our work. Our employees also have certifications that a lot of other plumbers do not carry. So please rest assure that when we come out to your home, we will make sure that your plumbing is fixed in a timely manner and done right the first time. Freedom Plumbing will show up with respect, clean cut and ready to work. Here at Freedom Plumbing we have a rule of thumb that we respect other people’s belongings and that we do. We do all all residential and light commercial plumbing. Drain cleaning and plumbing repair. We do anything from sink installs to total remodel. We also do gas test and line replacement on gas or water or sewer. Almost any repair you can think of we can do. Water heaters, toilet replacement, slab leaks,RPZ's tub or shower replacements, faucets/sinks, and etc. We offer very competitive pricing. Responsive and professional.
Description of Work: We contacted Freedom Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon and get a phone call from Trent a few minutes later. In this case Freedom Plumbing didn't have a tech available to help on the schedule we needed, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. .

Description of Work: They unclogged a very difficult drain. Quickly and very reasonably priced. | |Only complaint: Leaving the dishwasher water line closed when they left took a few days to figure out why the dishwasher fails every time the drain gets clogged. :-0 - now I know to follow up on any plumber.

Description of Work: Washing machine drain was blocked. The water heater was not working. Trent came in and had to go up on the roof to unblock the drain. The water heater had a defected part which needed to be replaced. Trent ordered the part which I had to pay for the shipping cost.(the part was free) Trent came back quickly when I told them the part was here. All in all I was most please with his professionalism and his quick respond when I said the part was in....

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate that was much higher than competitors. Essentially I paid $99 for an estimate that most vendors would provide for free. They were at my house no more than twenty minutes. The only thing I can say positive about this experience is they were pleasant.

I am so sorry you feel this way. I would like to just clear this up a little though because we were called out on an Angie's list big deal which is great but when we come out and there is work that adds up to more than the 99 price that you bought the coupon for and you do not request any other work to be done, we cannot be at blame for that. The price we gave you was to excavate and tunnel under your home 5 feet to make a repair it is not going to cost you 99. So I am sorry that you felt the price was too steep but all honesty and fairness the price we gave for excavation was $2000 cheaper than any of our competitors would charge and I can prove that. We are a kid ended plumbing company who takes all the necessary steps and warranties our work do unless you are comparing the quote you got to this then you are not comparing apples to apples and when a non licensed and uninsured plumber dies work I can almost guarantee you will he calling someone else to come fix what they rigged up. On top of this you were allocated 2 hours of plumbing work with your coupon and if you did not request any other plumbing when we were there then we cannot force you to show us what plumbing you would like done. Description of Work: The provider was installing toilets. The plumber explained to us that the toilets that we had purchased would not work and returned another day to do the installation after we had made the exchange. The plumber was very informative and cooperative. I had the impression that he really wanted to help us.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of plumbing time, and Kyle talked us out of two jobs that we wanted completed and still want completed. He was here for less than an hour and seemed like he was in a hurry. We were also charged with another $60 though we're only about 20 minutes outside of Dallas. This ended up not being a deal at all for us.

I am so sorry you feel this way, from what I understand is that the tech showed up and you were asleep and did not feel the need to wake up and show him what you would have liked done. We were requested to call your wife and did so but she only showed us the few things that she thought you wanted. He did unstop the kitchen drain and also showed you that he did so once you had decided to get out of bed. We did talk to the very nice young lady who called in to schedule the appointment and notified her that Terrell was out of our service area and that she did not have to use us since we do charge a trip charge of $59 to drive the extra distance, but she could call Angie's list and get a full refund. I do hope that you understand that at some point we must have a cutoff of where we can drive and not lose money in gas expenses. As far as us being out there an hour our technician would have stayed the other hour if you needed other items looked at or simply would have requested him to do so. If you do not ask us then we do not force you to show us other items needed. Again I appreciate your comment but would have to say that I disagree on the matter of our service and us being upfront with the pricing, as you can tell by other reviews. Description of Work: I normally don't do reviews - good or bad, but just had to do this one....Kyle fixed the inside faucet,, checked toilet, checked air leak, checked outside for water pressure issue. Then we left and he, on his own, went to a hardware store and purchased an outdoor faucet replacement that we had discussed, and when we returned was waiting to replace the faucet, going over the time allotted with no added charge. I'll use Freedom again and ask for Kyle.

Description of Work: I found the service provide, Freedom Plumbing's coupon on Angie's List. When I called to arrange for service, they said they could only provide that during normal business hours on scheduled appointments. They offered to charge me twice the value on off business hours to do the work. I found another company Smith's Plumbing on Angie's List that was at my house within an hour to do the same work.

I'm am so sorry you felt this way but it is actually printed under the terms that the coupon is only valid during normal business hours. It is just like any other special there are always terms and conditions. We could've came out just not on the weekend which is considered after normal business hours. The fee on Saturday and Sunday is always more for any plumbing company due to it being considered emergencies only. Hopefully you will reconsider and give us a chance next time. Description of Work: Dual kitchen sink clogged. Attempted to clear with plunger but just pushed water back and forth from the left to the right sink and visa versa. Concluded it was the main drain to the sewer; I needed a pro. Called Freedom Plumbing they accepted the call and said the service man would be out in an hour. He arrived within the hour and reamed out the line and we were back in business. Even though it was "Black Friday" no extra charges were applied and it was Freedom's flat rate. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: I highly recomend trent and his company. freedom plumbing recently came out and installed body sprayers in my home. they also added a tankless water heater for my house. The service was great. i had several companies come out and he was by far the most knoledgable and most reasonably priced company. Over all i made a great decision by hiring them. i will be recomending them and will use them in the future.
