+ -1 moreIn March of 2023 I ordered 2 Sunsetter awnings. They took my $7K+ payment for 2 awnings and then ghosted me for months. In November they finally installed the smaller of the 2 awnings which they didn't even order until Sept and told me the other awning was broken and needed to be sent back to the company for repairs. I found out recently that they never even ordered the 2nd awning and refuse to call me back. Completely dishonest people. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

+ 1 moreTERRIBLE!! I paid a large 5 figure deposit for 11 metal awnings on a commercial job. They took the deposit in December and as of 3.19.22 they installed 1 awning. When given a written demand that they complete the work or return the deposit, they ignored the demand and have not responded. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
