Description of Work: Technician performed a garage door "tune-up" and provided us with a remote. We were satisfied with the work except that the technician told us that the broken garage door window could not be fixed and that we would have to buy a new garage door. That broken window was later repaired by Dallas Glass.

Description of Work: We took advantage of the $99 special, which delivered as advertised. We recently moved into our home and the garage door was extremely out of alignment. I was expecting push back and to be hit up for additional charges and was not...yeah! The cost over $99.00 was for a new cable (one was frayed) and additional part for bottom of door. Ben did a GREAT job, and I will be having them provide annual service to my heavy, wooden door on an ongoing basis.
