On closing our garage door this evening, the springs broke. We got on Angie's List and called Yes Doors. Got an answer right away, and Ben was sent out; he was here within 30 minutes and fixed us up right away. It was after hours - about 7pm - and we feel lucky. We will probably be calling Yes Doors for future needs with our garage door. There was an extra $65 fee for after hours work, but we felt it was worth it. $280 cost was replacing the springs plus the $65 after hours fee.

Ben came out promptly identified issue was with gears stripped out in box to which the arm was connected. Changed out and ensured everything was working in sync for door to operate. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Just what we needed!!

Tech (Ben) arrived on-time. He was courteous, through and very professional. Explained the options and we followed his recommendation. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. We will use this company again.

My garage door started closing unevenly and would jam halfway down and go back up without closing. I found Yes Doors on Angie's list. I called them at 10:30 AM and the door was fixed for $140 dollars by 1PM. Ben spotted the frayed cable in 2 seconds, replaced it, and gave the door a thorough tune up. He adjusted the springs and lubricated the tracks/springs/door joints. He even changed the light bulb in the machine and wiped down the dirty opener switch on the wall. I love Angie's List. Hiring repair technicians is always a crap shoot. However, with Angie's list you can pick the local repair service that has the most positive reviews and greatly increase your odds of a good outcome. I picked Yes Doors because they had over 900 A reviews and it worked out fantastic. That is why I am giving them an A. I highly recommend using Yes Doors for your garage door repairs.

The work was terrific, as always. We have used Yes Doors every year for more than 5 years to check our garage door and to make changes if necessary. They always arrive on time, they are very courteous and communicate well, the they have a thorough knowledge of what needs to be done and how to do it. When they have to make changes, they work very efficiently to get everything done. We will use them again and again.

This was a routine preventive maintenance visit (Ben) that Yes does for us every 6 - 9 months. I asked Ben about a "jump" when our 18' garage door lowers. He said the door had originally been installed with one of the trusses in the wrong position. He said he would change it for $10 (plus the $25 for the routine maintenance call). I authorized the work, which took him 10 - 15 minutes. The door now lowers smoothly. I guesstimate that this inexpensive fix will allow the door to operate without major repairs for many years.

Ben, was very prompt, professional and courteous. He explained the problem and educated us on the reason for the break. Ben completed the job is a very timely manner. Suggested how to continue with the upkeep of the garage. We would definitely call on Yes Doors in the near future.

Yes Doors was incredibly responsive - called back on Labor Day and scheduled the repair for the next morning. The technician was timely, completely professional, and quick and made sure we got the Angie's list deal for the repairs, as well, which included replacing both springs and the door rollers. The door now rolls more smoothly and quietly than ever!

Technician showed up on time and was cheerful. He asked if we had noticed any particular trouble we wanted addressed and I told him of the increased noise when raised the door. He was very professional and appeared to be ready to address any problem he found. He told us what he observed and went to work,. He did a very thorough review of what he found, what he did, and showed the clear improvement to performance. Overall fantastic job and a great person to be around. I do not need any other garage door company to do work for us. Yes Doors is the best.

Went very well, very quick installation. There is a bit of a rub when closing but will call if it doesn't work itself out. Only real beef is that they would not accept Angie's coupon which reads "Universal remote and programming for Angie’s List members for $79 ($100 value)". They maintain it is poorly worded but not meant to apply to my situation. To me its pretty clear, I got a garage door with a universal remote. I probably should have also asked for the 10% senior discount that I just noticed on Angie's site; my bad but it's relatively obvious that I am a senior

It went very good. He found the problem (with the circuit board) and provided the estimated price (reasonable). He changed the circuit board and charged the same estimated price. He was also punctual.

Great experience! My call early on a Monday morning was answered quickly and scheduled immediately. Ben arrived a few minutes before I expected him and had the whole analysis and "fix" completed in no time. He did NOT try to sell me anything new, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution. And all for under $100! Will definitely use again.

They replaced worn rollers with metal ones. Door works perfectly and is much quieter than it ever has been. Technician was prompt, efficient and professional.
