Description of Work: I purchased a deal for a $25 Garage Door Tune-Up. The service went well. I paid an additional $75 to have them replace some bearings. I thought the fee was reasonable and they fixed the issue. The technician was professional and did a nice job. I had no issues with scheduling.

Description of Work: Garage door check-up and adjustment. After the service, garage door seemed to vibrate more than before. They returned twice to check it. Indicated the garage door opener may not have been installed / aligned properly, causing the vibration. However, there wasn't as much vibration before their service visit and adjustment. Give them credit for prompt attention and willingness to follow-up, but won't use them again because of dis-satisfaction with actual performance.

Description of Work: This was a coupon for a garage door check/maintenance and the replacement of old rollers with nylon rollers. The service was great, efficient, and the rollers make the door operate better and more quietly. You get a warranty period for adjustments which I did not need. During the visit, it was pointed out that the bottom door seal needed to be replaced which I knew. A cost was provided of $50.00 for a double door seal and installation which I scheduled for May. The install went well and was completed in no time! I am very satisfied with the process and the end result of the work.

Description of Work: Garage door wouldn't close. They came out within hours of my call to check on it. I was expecting the worst since my door is 12 years old. They were able to resolve issue with just a regular "tune up" & charged me this price. No extra charge for rush service. Never tried to sell me more than I needed. Would highly recommend them to others!! Awesome service!!
