Description of Work: Ben came out exactly on time. He did exactly what he was supposed to do. He oiled the rollers and oiled and adjusted the springs on the garage door. He oiled the chain on the motor that the motor pulls. He adjusted each of the springs and the rails that holds the rollers. He advised us what to use to maintain good working order of the garage door. We were very pleased. Ben was quite knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. We would definitely call Yes Doors again for service.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a garage door tune-up. I was very pleased with YES doors. My garage door would not close with the remote. It was also very noisy. He did put on new rollers and their work was professional and excellent. We will use them again. I went ahead and had him look at the other door and do some checkup on it also and there were some areas that needed to be fixed.

I guess maybe if it seemed harder to do it would make me feel better about dishing out $300. But I am not expert I just know we needed it fixed. But tech that came out was nice and professional.
