About us

Super Service Award Winners: 2012,2013,2014,2015,2016, 2017 and 2018. Yes Doors is family owned and operated with 25+ years experience servicing garage doors in Dallas and surrounding areas. I started as a helper at a large commercial overhead door company while attending high school, learning early. Working on big industrial overhead doors and openers while training with some of the best garage door servicemen in the industry. Working my way up finally got the opportunity to run my own truck. Being a lead residential technician for over 2 decades provided me with the experience and knowledge to create my own company, providing honest and fair business. In 2012, my wife was laid off from the corporate office of a nationwide company where she was a Senior Human Resources Assistant for nearly 10 years. Today, with our combined abilities Yes Doors currently have over 600 A+ ratings online and I now have a great opportunity to teach our children a trade that I have learned to master over the years. Yes Doors provides after hours emergency services and free estimates either over the phone or with a scheduled appointment. After hours service fee is applied for calls dispatched after business hours. Service area includes Collin, Dallas and Rockwall County.

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's Deal for a garage door tune up, bottom seal and perimeter seals. The receptionist was professional and so very nice. I could feel the smile in her voice! I was scheduled for that very week. The techinician was prompt, professional and did an outstanding job. If you need work done on your garage door....this is the Company to call.

Description of Work: The Technician recommended replacing all the rollers along with the scheduled "Garage door Tune-up & bottom seal replacement". The cost for the rollers was an additional $70, but well worth it. My garage door is now super quiet and smooth!

Description of Work: They adjusted the garage door, did maintenance on the rollers, checked the springs and cured the squeaking by replacing the pulley which was broken. They did not try to sell me anything unneeded, and offered tips on keeping our garage door on good shape.

Description of Work: $25 for a Tune Up to the garage door (a special to Angie's list customers) then he sold me on a set of rollers for the door. Was not sure if I actually needed them but the garage is much smoother when it opens and closes. Overall, great job.

It is not clear what type of rollers you had prior to our technician arriving however; plastic rollers are recommended to be replaced anywhere from 1-3 years, depending on usage. Nylon coated rollers are type of rollers we install and they are recommended to be replaced every 3-5 years, depending on usage.
