Description of Work: I set up the service appointment through the website, but did not get a call to confirm the time, so I had to call the provider. When I did, I was able to confirm the service time and received an apology that I had not been contacted. Service tech was perfectly punctual, polite, and worked quickly. Recommended some new parts (which made me wonder if "upselling" is part of the reason the service is available at such a low cost), to which I agreed. Within 24 hours, the garage door was not working. When I called to report the problem, the service tech returned quickly and was able to address the issue. Despite the glitches mentioned, I feel the firm performed well.
