Description of Work: I called on Sunday as Garage door was making avery large , ugly sound when opening or closing.they made an apt for Monday to work with my schedule.called ahead of time as promised to let me know they were running on schedule, fixed it, & explained all that they did at a very reasonable price 7 did not try to upsell me on anything.Will use again if needed.

Description of Work: These folks are just fantastic, we really enjoyed working with them. When questions arose about 2 months later, they even handled the situation immediately. Nothing wrong with the work, we needed extra copies of the invoice. Love these people will use them again, if needed and have referred them to others all ready. A+++ from me.

Description of Work: Performed the following: | | Tightened the spring (the door would roll back down about 6-8" after opening) | Checked the nuts that held everything to the wall (he got a 1/4 turn out of a few of them) and those that held the rollers to the door | Sprayed lube on the spring, rollers, and the wood where the door rubs (said the lube would help keep the wood from expanding during wet weather) | Checked the lifting force (not sure if he adjusted it) | Checked the down force limit only after I asked about it. Did it by hand, giving it increasing resistance until the door reversed. Said it was "pretty good". This is the one thing I wasn't entirely happy with. | Got out his staple gun and stapled down the wire running up the wall from one sensor to the other. It was swinging freely on one side, so I thought that was a nice touch. | | |Overall I'd call them again for services. The prices he quoted seemed better than what I remember from miscellaneous ads in the mail, etc.
