Description of Work: When a $25.00 service turns out to be a $600.00 service, I have no one to blame but myself!!! He had to come back 2?addtional times, for a total of 3 visits. And oh, by the way the technician rated aspects of my garage door, good BEFORE the final repair. AFTER the repair he rated those same aspects, fair. So in other words the condition was worst AFTER spending $600.00 than before. Lastly, he refused to provide me with an itimized receipt for the most expensive repair.

Description of Work: We paid $29.00 for a garage door tune-up. The technician explained that we neede to replace the rollers (originals from 1986). He only charged us $70.00 and, boy, does the door open more smoothly now. It only took two days for YES Doors to make the appointment and show up on time. My technician also talked (after I initiated it) with me about replacing our garage doors. He explained the different types of doors, insulated, non-insulated, steel, wooden; and quoted very reasonable prices without pressuring me. In the future, we will call YES Doors to replace our existing doors and maintain our doors. Love YES Doors.
