About us

Super Service Award Winners: 2012,2013,2014,2015,2016, 2017 and 2018. Yes Doors is family owned and operated with 25+ years experience servicing garage doors in Dallas and surrounding areas. I started as a helper at a large commercial overhead door company while attending high school, learning early. Working on big industrial overhead doors and openers while training with some of the best garage door servicemen in the industry. Working my way up finally got the opportunity to run my own truck. Being a lead residential technician for over 2 decades provided me with the experience and knowledge to create my own company, providing honest and fair business. In 2012, my wife was laid off from the corporate office of a nationwide company where she was a Senior Human Resources Assistant for nearly 10 years. Today, with our combined abilities Yes Doors currently have over 600 A+ ratings online and I now have a great opportunity to teach our children a trade that I have learned to master over the years. Yes Doors provides after hours emergency services and free estimates either over the phone or with a scheduled appointment. After hours service fee is applied for calls dispatched after business hours. Service area includes Collin, Dallas and Rockwall County.

Fantastic as usual
Description of Work: My spring in my garage door broke and the door would not rise. I've used Yes Doors before on my personal residence and on an investment house so I called them. They were very responsive and came out same day. They fixed the spring and performed maintenance. I love them!

Description of Work: Guy visited and gave estimate of aprx $800 , we hired another guy it was problem of trip from electrical board (yes door suggested to replace door remote for $300), another guy reset from electric board and charged $45 visiting charge only.This offered are like trap ,they will visit and tells you so many problems and will end up with spending so much money

Our records show we were out to service your property on 3/3/16 on a after hours emergency appointment. The cable had come off your door and was unable to be closed. Our Tech arrived on site, put cable back on the drum, and roller back in track. No other services were completed. No estimate was left to recommend any other services were needed at that time. There is another garage door company in the DFW with a similar name to ours. Please note we are a family owned and operated company that only services Dallas, Collin and Rockwall County.
