They did pretty well but the only thing that was not good is that they were supposed to come in at 4 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. I did not get a telephone call until about 6 p.m. telling me that they would not be able to make it. It would not have been a big deal if they had called me closer to 4 p.m. They guy came the next day, Saturday, on time and got the job done so I would say we had a pretty good experience except for that little part. I would recommend them.

Great experience. Technician explained the maintenance he was going to perform and gave me a time estimate. He listened to the concerns I had about how the door had been operating & suggested minor improvements that would address those. My biggest fear as with any repair service is that the service provider will try to upsell the service package purchased. This technician never did that. When he gave me a quote for the additional services needed to address my concerns, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonableness of the costs. Yes Doors has gained my trust through this experience.

He came out and discovered that one of the cables had broken, so he gave us a quote to replace it that was very reasonable in addition to performing the prepaid tune up on the door. He was very professional, completed the work effeciently. Very nice. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair or servicing.

I purchased the Angie's deal late one evening and Yes Doors called me by 10:30 the next morning to schedule my appointment. I was surprised how quickly they responded. An appointment was scheduled for the very next day and they said the technician would give me a call when he was about 30 minutes from my house. He called, as promised, and was at my home at the scheduled time. The technician explained what he would be doing and addressed the concern I had with the door sensor. It only took about 30 minutes and everything was completed perfectly. There was no hard sell to get me to upgrade my deal or spend more money than I had planned to. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends.

Had a garage door that was making a lot more noise than expected and a problematic wall control panel. Had been putting off getting something done about it until saw the coupon on Angie's List. Purchased the service and received scheduling notice and follow-up very quickly. Technician showed up at scheduled time and then took time to understand all issues and concerns. He performed requested work quickly and thoroughly; overall a very good experience as tech was obviously knowledgeable and appeared to do all correctly as door works great now and is no longer sounding as if it would come crashing down at any moment.

I bought two of the $89 for each garage door tune-up deal. The technician (Ben) was very knowledgeable and courtesy. He adjusted my side tension springs, chain and replaced the rollers with the Nylon rollers. One of my doors was very wobbly before, afterwards it was smooth on open and close now. Much quieter now too! The technician only upselled parts that were needed (a squeaky pulley and a motor gear). He showed me the gear that needed replacing and no question it was worn out and probably going to break soon. Excellent service and work (Ben was great). I believe they have a limited time warranty as well. Highly recommend using these guys.

I purchased one of Angie's Deals for Yes Doors because I could hear some popping sounds from my garage door as it opened. Within an hour of purchasing, one of Yes Doors people were calling to schedule an appointment. That was nice and I was able to get the day and time frame that I needed. The serviceman called about 15 minutes before my appointment to make sure that I was home and came promptly as agreed. He was clean and neat and very knowledgeable about what the popping sound was and how to fix it. After examining everything, he explained to me how he was going to peform the work and recommended replacing the worn out brackets that hold the opener/pulley system to the ceiling. This was due to the vibrations over the years. While this was an extra charge is was not unreasonable and something that I felt was worth the expense. After that he did all the work that he said he was going to do and I could even hear the sound of the garage door opening and closing was less noisy and it worked very well. Replacing the rollers and oiling everything really helped. Then after all was paid for and ticket written out I mentioned the button on the wall was not working. He went above and beyond to fix this for me as well so I was a happy camper. I would highly recommend Yes Doors to anyone looking for someone to fix/repair their garage doors/openers.

Used an Angie's List Garage Door tune up coupon special. Called Yes Doors, and a serviceman Ben was in the area so he was here within 30 minutes. Ben was very professional, he fixed the noisy chain and explained to me why I was hearing the noise when my door closed. He did a tune up, replaced rollers etc. and now my door is quiet, and smooth. He explained to me about lubricating the hinges etc and to have annual maintenance. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism. Will definitely be calling them again if needed, especially for the annual check of the door

I was quotes a one hour window (12-1) on the same day that I called. The technician called while enroute and stated he would be there at 12. He showed up on time, was professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

Called Yes Doors on 7/31/12 and a Tech was at my house on 8/2/12. He showed up at 9:00 am, just as promised. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently. I will definitely call Yes Doors, the next time. I highly recommend this company to everyone!
