They did a good job did the work on time and I liked their service. There was an extra charge for the size of the garage doors but I was fine with it. They did good service, and it was completed in a timely manner. The garage doors have worked well since the work was done. They did what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it. I have no problems with them and only positive results.

I liked them! They did a really good job, and also, the technician who came out was friendly, nice and informative. Also, he was not pushy which I appreciated. I also really liked that they called me to set up an appointment.

When the service man arrived he noted that I needed longer rollers. He also asked about my second garage door and told me he'd give me a good deal on it too. He had to get the longer rollers since he did not keep them on his truck so we rescheduled for the next day. I did have to pay a little extra for the longer rollers, but I am so happy with the results! The combination of the new rollers and the tune up of the tracks and opener made such a big difference. The garage doors are so quiet now! And I'm really glad I did the second door too. Yes Doors was so great to work with - they gave great service, were easy to work with and did a great job!

Excellent service. Showed up right on time and go to work.. We discussed the issue I was having with the door making a popping noise when it opened. Upon my suggestion new springs were installed since my neighboor just had his break and the homes are the same age. I decided to get it all done. Glad I did the door is now quiet and smooth.

Ben arrived on time and was very thorough. Our garage is so much quieter now. He even programmed a keypad for a small fee ($5) that had been out of commission for months. Great work, would definitely use again.

Ben arrived on time and fixed a few different problems that were causing our two garage door openers to work harder than they had to. He even put a few more screws into the brackets holding up one of the garage door openers because it was wobbling. He did more than was expected without charging more. Needless to say, you can hear the difference, the garage door opens so quietly now and the motor doesn't sound like it's straining. Very happy with Yes Doors, Ben, and the quality service.

Our garage door hadn't been serviced in years and we were having trouble with sensitivity mechanism popping the door back open when we intended to shut it. The technician arrived within the two hour window given and completed the work in about 30 minutes. New rollers and service have our garage door operating better than it ever has. It is so quiet and smooth. Excellent job.

Included int he deal was roller replacement for my 16x7 garage door, a tune-up for the same garage door and opener, a tune-up for the 8x7 garage door and opener, the 20% discount on my repair, a voucher for a free after hours service fee and a THIRD tune-up that I can use in the future. The discounts are good for three more years. I was given my receipt and certificate for the "Big Deal" and a final explanation of the benefits that I had left for future use. Outstanding service! Very quick response and was able to quickly complete the service and repairs. Replaced garage door rollers with nylon rollers, adjusted door alignment, door hinges, opener chain and rail. Suggested that a new garage door would probably be needed in 2-3 years and provided an approximate price. Highly recommend and will use again.

They called me to schedule an appointment soon after purchase. I needed to call them back to reschedule but when I did, they got someone out the same day. The fellow was on time, courteous, and professional. Great service.

Tech arrived on time, was friendly, and worked around all my stuff in the garage so I didn't have to move everything. He had no problem finishing all the work in less than 30 minutes. Also he advised me on the likelihood of needing a new garage door in 2 years or so because of sagging and gave me an approximate price. The door works so much better now that the new nylon rollers have been installed. Also the lube made it really quiet. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work of Yes Doors.

No complaints and performed in less than 1 hour.

I had to call them to change schedules 3x and they were very accommodating, and they arrived promptly on the actual scheduled date. The main reason I called them was to get my tension/balance checked out since I installed insulation on my own (bought from Lowe's and worked perfectly). They balanced it perfectly, installed my rollers, and gave me an analysis/condition report of what I had going on. Evidently the prior owner had the lift mechanism installed incorrectly so he pointed that out and gave me suggestions what to do when it failed. Highly recommend.
