Yes Doors

The service provider did recommend a couple of minor repairs (i.e. replace rollers) but I kept with the original service bought. Did a good job in making garage door function as it should.

Very knowledgeable. Would hire again, and have recommended Yes Doors to others.

Definitely worth the money since I just bought the house in Feb. He replaced the wheels for additional fee but it works so much better! Also had a key pad on garage door that he reprogrammed. Great find!

The whole experience went very well. It was quick and easy to schedule service with Yes Doors. The team (2 guys) showed up on time and were very quick and efficient. The main guy in charge even tried to locate our user manual online for our garage door since we could not find the original since buying our house almost 2 years ago. The garage door is now quiet and peaceful when using. The deal was definitely worth it and we would hire Yes Doors again.

He listened closely to our comments and was very efficient and clean in the work he performed. He fully explained everything that was done and why. He included items to keep an eye on so we stay ahead of any future problems. I will look to them for my regular garage door tune up and any unexpected issue we might have in the future.

He came on-time and did a through check, and adjusted everything even though they were working just to make it better. He grease the moving parts and the noise is reduced.

It went very well. I was called to say the serviceman was on his way and he arrived on time. He finished pretty quickly and my door is now quieter and fits snugger at the bottom. I am pleased and would recommend and use "Yes Doors" again.

I had a great experience with Yes Doors! They were able to send someone out same day because our car was trapped in the garage. Ben was awesome! He was friendly, prompt, professional, and highly skilled. He reconditioned the door by replacing the rollers and adjusting the springs. Ben was on time. For cleaning and service, the price was $35. After diagnosing the problem, which was the electric eye safety switches (over 25 years old), the total cost for replacement, cleaning and service was $104. Pleased with service and pricing.

We got a great deal to replace both springs, all new rollers (10) and a tune up. The technician came out just to do an estimate and see what needed to be fixed, but was able to see the problem right away and fix it on the spot in less than an hour. Fantastic service! Will definitely recommend.

Very satisfied. I had needed a new bottom seal for long time to keep grass from blowing underneath door and into garage so when I saw their tune up included this seal, I jumped on it for $99 tune up and seal. Upon arrival Ben suggested new rollers for $70 and that was all. I was afraid a lot of add ons would be suggested but that pleasantly did not occur as I did not need. Very happy as of installation date (today).
