On time and very courteous. Explained to me work he was there to do and made recommendations that I approved on the rollers after he showed me where they were worn. Did not insist that they be replaced just recommended. I approved his recommendations at a price that I thought extremely fair. Did all work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Yes doors.

The technician arrived at the house (a rental property) on time, and was able to give me an estimate for the work that I had pre-paid for (two universal garage door openers), plus some additional work that I needed (replacing a very old garage door opener with a new one that could talk to the universal remotes). He didn't have the replacement opener with him, so we scheduled a follow-up appointment for him to come back and perform all of the work. We met back at the house a few days later, and within 45 minutes, he had replaced the old garage door opener and programmed both remotes. Very professional, very fast, very reasonable price. The next time I need service like this again, I will definitely call Yes Doors!

The service technician Ben arrived on time and fully inspected my garage door. He replaced the rollers, lubricated the garage door spring and replaced one of the hinges on my door. Ben was very professional and diligently completed the repairs to my garage door. The door works more efficiently and is noticeably quieter than it was before the tune-up was conducted. I would highly recommend Yes Doors to anyone who is thinking of having a tune-up conducted on their garage door, or has any issues with their garage door or door opener.

Completed all work specified in the work order. Recommended replacement of the door opener, bad gears and sprockets. I declined their offer to replace the door opener. I will replace it.

Ben was on time and quickly completed the work. We had some questions later and we always found Yes Doors to be accessible and helpful. They gave us tips on programming the previous home owner's remotes and saved us money while helping get them working. A few days after the installation, the keypad stopped working. Ben came right back out and let us know that we had probably 'un-programmed' the pad by trying to get our remotes working. He fixed everything right away and didn't charge us a dime. We have used Yes Doors in the past at our old home and will definitely use them in the future. Great company!

The spring on my garage door snapped this afternoon (Saturday) and my wife's car got trapped.. I called YesDoors and Ben quickly came out and did the necessary repairs. He was polite, informative, worked efficiently, and even swept up the area around where he was working. Their prompt customer service was impressive.

It went great! Yes Doors messaged me the day I bought the offer and had someone out the next day (today). Ben called me 15 minutes before he arrived and then went to work when he got here. He was professional, friendly, fast and helpful.

Was scheduled for sometime between 10-12am. Ben arrived approximately 10:12am. We visited about questions I had concerning: the nylon roller lifespan, which was the best type of spray to use on the rollers, springs, and rails, condition of the seal and overall condition of the entire system. Ben took approximately 35 minutes to replace the rollers, spray the springs, rails, etc. We visited a little bit on what he found and no additional parts needed replacing, but advised to watch the motor drive since it was a model that hadn't been manufactured since 1985. Ben attached a sticker to the doorway just in case we need to call them back in case of emergency or needed repair. I had already paid the coupon amount as advertised by Angies List, so the only thing remaining was signing the receipt and releasing him to go to his next job.

Honestly I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of this company. It started with a call to tune up system. It just so happened that later that day the opener machine burnt out (it was quite old). I called them and explained the situation. Even though I was not scheduled until later the next week and they were all full up, they sent someone the next day to a**** the situation. He was upfront, telling me my options and was not pushy. He laid out his recommendations, and returned on the scheduled date promptly and installed without issue. The system works well.

The tech explained that the door was working properly at the end of the visit. I had asked if there needed to be a bean installed as a safety precaution for sensing things in the way of the door closing and he didn’t feel that this was an issue and that it would put 5 lbs. of pressure on an object and then the garage door would automatically go back up. Five lbs. of pressure could cause damage to my vehicle. They were very nice but I just didn’t feel secure or that they were knowledgeable on the matter.
