The service was good. The experience was positive. The guy was punctual and he did the job well. He pointed out things, which I felt was wrong with the garage door and it wasn't, so he didn't rip me off. He seemed to be very good guy. It was a good company. They should provide two remote controls because if a person has two cars, it would easier to open the garage doors.

The service tech arrived on time and did a thorough tune up. He suggested replacing the rollers for a very reasonable price. He also changed the light bulb for me and even swept the garage! I was very pleased with the service and will call them again!

He was on time. He was professional. He realigned the garage door tracks and made sure that both units were in working order. I had thought that I would probably have to replace these units, but he assured me that they would work for years to come.

I can not say enough good things about this company!! I heard from Tonya within hours of purchasing the $99 deal on Angie's list. Since were not able schedule an appointment right away, Tonya was great to send e-mails to me to stay in touch about getting the service scheduled. Just from her professionism and follow up we just knew it was going to be a great vendor for us forever and it was! Ben can out and the experience was awesome! He was fast, made recommendations but did not pressure to do any add on services. Our opener is probably 20+ years old and was noisey and rattled so we were thinking we would have to replace it, HOWEVER , Ben put on new rollers, oil it and did whatever else he did and it purrs like a kitten! It is so quiet and goes up and down smoothly and works like a new one! Plus he replaced the light in the fixtures for us and even swept the garage floor and door! Bottom line, check out Yes Doors if you need any work done with your garage door! We referred the company to our daughter and her husband and they now are customers for life too! Thank you Angie's list for finding a great vendor!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out very well. They were punctual, and did a nice job of fixing the garage door, and making sure it was working well.

They were very professional, responsive, and informative. The technician adjusted our door that was improperly installed, which extended the life of our door! Would definitely use them again.

There was an extra $25 charge for the distance, that I didn't realize was going to be there. They did call quickly to set up the appointment. They did show up on-time and were very thorough. I chose to replace the whole opener and he was able to schedule that for the following week. It is working wonderfully. I'm pleased with the product.

As I told Ben when he arrived that door is very noise, when Ben finished his magic, the garage door operated very smoothly and quite. I am very happy with overall outcome of Ben. Ben was on time and got to the work at hand, took him lest than 30 minutes to complete his work.

Answered the phone! What a concept as I did not have to leave a message and wait for a callback. Arrived on time, introduced himself as an employee of Yes Doors, was professionally dressed, and answered all my questions in detail, plus provided additional tips if I should have further issues. Suggested electrical be checked as the outlet was loose. I was relieved to know this contractor would be able to come within 45 minutes as I could not get my car out of the garage as the door was too heavy for me to pull up. I appreciate the customer service Ben provided and would not hesitate to call this contractor again.

I am a landlord and my new tenant called that the garage door came off of its track and almost fell onto his vehicle. I have used Yes doors so I knew that I could count on them. They were able to come out the following day and repair the rollers. I intended to have the door checked out anyways so I'm glad it worked out!

Our garage doors seemed to be making a lot of noise so I called Yes Doors. They were great on the phone and the repair guy was out within a very few days. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very polite, explained what the issues where and took a lot of time checking out both doors and doing the tune-up.
