Very punctual, friendly and professional. I would most definitely give them an overall "A" and use their services again.

They programed a new remote control and serviced the garage door opener.

I do not remember the details but the doors worked very well after the service. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

He showed up. He looked over my garage door. He changed the rollers out and then did general cleaning and maintenance on the garage. It is much quieter now.

He ended up also replacing two springs and a capacitor. Scheduling was good; they were able to fit me in within a week of my call. He did a great job and completed the service in one day.

Ben arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He inspected the door and then made detailed comments to me. He pointed out that he could hear the ball bearings as the garage door went up and down. (I could too once he pointed that out to me.) He said that the rollers did not have to be replaced right away, but it was a sign of wear. He said that it would sound much better if he replaced the rollers with new ones and quoted a reasonable price for the replacement during this visit. I told him that he could do the work, but if it didn't sound any better, he had to take off the new rollers, put the old rollers back on, and not charge me anything. I was impressed with his confidence and his willingness to go along with the wager. So he put new rollers on the door, and it really sounded much better. He was right, and I paid him what he had quoted me. My husband immediately noticed the difference when he came home later in the day. It was a great experience. I liked Ben's demeanor and thought he did a great job. I'll definitely use him again. (We used to call another provider on Angie's List for our garage door maintenance, but became dissatisfied last year. That's the reason we tried Yes Doors, and we're happy we did.)

Say YES! I am so glad I had found YES! doors on Angie's list over a year ago. They originally tuned up my door and replaced the rollers, and I didn't rate them at the time because I wanted to use them again. Recently, the cold weather snapped my older spring on the door and the cable came off, etc. I was able to make a same day appointment (the day after Christmas no less) for no added cost and they finished it even before their promised time. This company really takes the time to identify your doors issue and has a lot of experience with all types and models. It is nice to find a company who isn't sending me different contractors all of the time. My door has always had some issues over the past 10 years, and I am now getting more direct information on what's happening and how to handle it. Ben took extra time to walk me through the process, did a thorough job, and I know that if I'm ever in a pinch, that they will come out anytime to repair it for me - even if I'm not around! If you're like me, you've heard a lot of bad stories over the years on door repairs, so I'm glad other people directed me to try them. I think they have good pricing, and almost always rate companies with a B highest for pricing, and they really honor Angie list members with a discount. So while I think there may be cheaper options you can find, not with the quality or peace of mind I get - and in the long term I will probably spend less). I was given great customer service from the moment they answered the phone until they left, and I will update in the future if things would change, but right now, a happy customer! I picked Yes Doors after another company failed to show up. They were nice and friendly on the phone and called me the morning before showing up. The tech was running a little late but he called to let me know that which was fine. The tech fixed the garage door and it is working well and the price was very reasonable. This company give me excellent service and I will use them again and I would reccommend them to others.

Everything went fine. Contractor arrived on time and quickly went to work. The garage door used to sound awful, like it might fall down at any time. Now the door is barely noticeable. He moved some items out of the way, I didn't have time to do. Very good and professional. Very pleased.

They showed up early, and finished the job quickly. Garage door now runs smoothly and is very quiet. Only complaint I would have would be that the service was originally scheduled for October 26th and no one showed up and we did not receive a call. Turns out the technician had gotten into a car accident that morning. So it is forgivable, but we still should have received a call to reschedule.

The technician replaced all the rollers on the garage door, he replaced a bracket that was coming off and he tightened the spring on the garage door. He also repaired the light socket on the garage door opener so the light comes on when the garage door is opened and closed. He was very prompt and did a very good job. I did not appreciate that after looking at the garage door, he immediately tried to sell me another garage door. I would use Yes Doors again. I will probably use them again when I buy another garage door.

They installed a push button remote on the garage door and tuned up the door so that it works up and down without a lot of squeaking and groaning.

They did a great job. Everything works good. He was there on time. He went about on his business and got it done. He showed me how to work it. He had to come back out because the code wasn't working. He didn't charge me anything. He was very courteous. It was a very good price. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It was great. Tonya was very polite went I called and said that she would have some one out within the hour. Ben showed up in less then an hour and had the door working again in less then an hour. He explained what he did and showed me where our garage door opener was weak and how we should fix it to last longer. He was very polite and professional. Thank you for such quick service, I called the big box stores and they could come out in 36 to 48 hours even after I told them that the door wouldn't close. So needless to say I was pleased the YesDoor came within an hour.

I called on Fri., Ben came out Sat morning, replaced my springs, adjusted my installation, lubricated my chain, got the garage door operating better than it worked when it was brand new-GREAT service! I will definitely recommend them and use them again. Very responsive, great job!

It works fine. It was very fast and the man seemed to know what he was doing.

Ben, the owner, did the job himself. He was courteous, prompt, and efficient. He told me exactly how much time it would take to replace the door. He advised me about the status of my old, still working garage door opener and told me about new options and pricing, but recommended I wait. I appreciate that he did not push a product I did not need today. I will go back to him when I need to update.

They were on time and completed all work. checked the garage door runners, replace the rollers and general check up of all working parts. was efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Answered all question about the system.
