I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was very good. I liked everything. They were very professional, courteous and punctual. The work was excellent and my interaction with the provider was very good. They came out about a week after I purchased the deal.

I purchased the "Big Deal" from Yes Doors on March 11, 2014 and requested the services to be performed on March 14, 2014. Within a few hours after purchase I had an email from Yes Doors confirming they could accommodate my request and shortly after I received a couple more follow up emails about my existing garage door opener. The person who performed the services showed up when promised, did an excellent job with the installation, and he provided some suggestions on how to keep the door functioning smoothly in the future. Overall, I'm very pleased with the services Yes Doors provided, I would use them again, and I would recommend them.

The work turned out perfect. I liked the professionalism, and the promptness of the service. The technician was very thorough in checking out, and he gave me an overview of what I needed for future maintenance of the door, which I appreciated. The price of the big deal was good.

My experience with them was fine for the limited service that I used them for; it was okay. I didn’t pay anything more than the Big Deal. I really was using them for a broken panel issue on the door. It was kind of out of the scope of that particular service. He was good enough to advise me on the situation and how I can fix it.

They were quick to call back and set an appointment. The work was done as promised, on times and well done.

The repairman arrived right on time. He checked all the garage door parts, applied lubricant where needed, and replaced all the nylon rollers. He was very professional and efficient. My garage door now opens very quietly and smoothly.

Great! The provider arrived within the time window provided by the company. He was quick and efficient and the outcome exceeded my expectations. He even shared some suggestions for additional things I can do to improve the gaps around the door (which are a function of the construction of the home, not the door). I would definitely use the company again!

I originally scheduled the service for a week earlier but no one showed up. Apparently there was a death of an immediate family member and no one followed up until I called. They apologized and gave me an appt at a time and date convenient to me. Ben, the tech was excellent, checked out the system as we had just moved in, replaced the wheels, and replaced the inside door button along with fixing an apparent short in the light fixture.

The installation went very well. The door has held up fine since they did the work. However, I wish I would have seen an itemized list of things that he would check on the door. Other than that it went fine and he was very professional in answering my questions. I would use them again as long as their price is competitive.

Ben came out and replaced rollers and did a tune up on the garage door. Arrived on time. Was professional and the time quoted was correct. Ben explained what was done and even fixed some loose bolts. Excellent service. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Benjamin was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived when he said he would, did the work and was done in less than 45 minutes. He took the time to explain in detail what he was doing and how the settings worked in our garage door. Highly recommended.

The provider arrived at appointed time . He was polite and professional. I have never had a garage maintenance check done before, therefore I have no comparison for the service. But I trusted his suggestion for changing of the rollers on my garage door which provided a less noisy opening of my garage door.

Serviceman was prompt and professional. My garage door was not working at the time, the door had pulled away from the motor. Serviceman checked everything, performed tune- up as promised. Attached the motor back to the door for free. Attached the bottom seal as requested. He suggested that I purchase new bearings for my old doors to make them quieter. They were extremely noisy. I purchased the new bearings (rollers?) for $60. My garage door is now very quiet, works perfectly, sounds and operates like a new door. I will use them again.
