I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were great. He came out, did the job and did not try to upsell me, which I appreciate. He fixed the door and it works great now. He did not do anything to bug me. I thought the price was decent; it seemed fair to me. He told me some things he could have done, but they did not need to be done right then. He was right on time; perfect. I thought he was really good.

Yes Doors was fine. I had to have them come back because there was a door not operating but I don't remember the exact date but it wasn't took long ago, about three or four weeks ago. He had to come back because one door didn't work well afterwards and he said that maybe somebody had kicked it or something. I think he was an honest man. I think there was another $30 or something like that to come back the second time. It amounted to a little more than I thought it would. I really don't know what caused that thing to go bad the second time, the quality other than that I thought was fine; it was excellent. I would assume that the quality of the work was excellent. The punctuality was good and he was very professional. I probably would use him again if something goes wrong.

Called to schedule service and they were ready to work in less than 48 hours. They showed up right on time and finished in a little less than an hour. The service person asked if I noticed anything that I wanted him to look at first and I told him and demonstrated some of the issues with our garage door. He then explained what he was going to do on his inspection and service. After disconnecting the garage door opener he showed me how much weight was on the door itself and the replacement of the rollers would ease the strain on the opener as well as reduce the noises that we were hearing when raising or lowering the door. The best part was the he was able to do it in conjunction with the lube and inspection and didn't have to come back. After he finished he put up a sticker with his contact info in the event that we needed anything in the future.

I have just moved into this home and it did not have the keypad which I had on my previous home and used daily. Very convenient for guests as well. This was an Angie's List deal for $99. While here, the technician advised that the seal and rollers were original to the garage door (house built in 1996) so I decided to have everything updated. They did a great job and I will definitely call them again when needed.

Great! They were right on time, within the window, and the entire thing didn't take very long at all. I didn't know about the rollers being in bad shape on the door, but I didn't doubt it. I was told the price to replace them was a special since it was being done at the time of the tune up (I will have to take that at their word, I did not do any cost comparison). It did not take any extra time, and I was completely and pleasantly surprised to find that my door is now much quieter. Who knew! Sometimes the little things can make a big difference, so I'm glad I got the service done.

I had tried to get the remote fixed a few years ago to no avail. This winter was so cold that the weak signal was almost never working, so I had to try again. The repair guy quickly figured out that the remote was probably a dud to begin with and replaced it with a new remote. He changed the signal just in case anyone found the old remote after it was thrown away, and changed my husband's remote so it would work with the new signal. I thought the price was quite reasonable.

Overall the service was great. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not having any comparative costs and armed with only a couple minutes of google search results I felt the price may have been a little high but he did try to work with me a little and explain the value I would be getting to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I would do business with this company and technician again.

He was fine. He came here and looked it over and he did well. He did whatever was needed. I think he forgot to look at the laser that goes across. That was still kind of a little bit of a problem. I could be wrong and maybe he did because I didn’t stand there and watch the thing that he did. But once in a while, it was still hard to keep it closed without it reopening again. My son says there’s a loose wire in the laser part. The guy gave me his card and I should just call him back.
