My garage door made a lot of noise and creaked like crazy - it drove me nuts. After Yes Doors came out and performed maintenance on the door with this Angie's List coupon they not only got rid of all the creaking and noise, but the door is now so silent that sometimes I can't even tell when it is closing or opening from inside the house - not that it doesn't make ANY noise, but it makes a lot less. They replaced all the rollers and lubricated every single moving component, and tightened some bolts among other things, and the best part was that the gentleman they sent (I wish I could remember his name) did not in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM try to upsell me with a bunch of stuff... I am so tired of Groupon and all the upselling providers there try... He was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all fast!

I saw a Discount service offer for Yes Doors to come out and do a Tune up on my garage door. We were having trouble with the door banging really loud when it gets close to the bottom while closing it. Ben came out and checked all the screws and track. He tightened the screws and adjusted the opener rail (I think that's what its called). Its the L shaped bar that attaches from the garage door to the motor. He put lubricant on all the hinges, bearings, springs and rail opener. He recommended to replace the wheels with vinyl rollers on the track to help it run smoother. Since the door is 14 yrs old, I decided not to spend the extra money $139 and just fix what was needed for now. No pressure sales and just offered advice on maintenance until we are ready for a new door. So, we will definitely consider there service and door options in the future. Glad I found them, easy to work with and contacted me the same day and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon.

I have used them before in the past and they did an excellent job. I have the garage door tune up scheduled for this afternoon. The technician is very informative and responsive. He did extra things for me and noticed the lining at the base of the door needed repaired. He was happy to take care of that on the spot. He also supplied some new remotes for the door as well. He was very professional and efficient. He was not pushy and was happy to show me what needed to be done. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely use them again.

I came across this company through an Angie's List Big Deal. I had been wanting to get my one mainly used garage door examined for the past year or so as my house is an older one and I'm quite sure the garage doors have never been examined since the house was built. When my garage door opened and closed, it always sounded like it was going to roll right off of its hinges! For about $25 I was to have my door examined (yay!), rollers lubricated, hoists tightened (if needed) and a host of other actions. For that price, I couldn't even find a Groupon that was cheaper! Setting up an appointment was easy as pie. The receptionist was very pleasant and very happy to take my call. It didn't take ages to agree upon a date. I got what I wanted. Ben arrived punctually and I was even notified by the company prior to his arrival that he was on the way. That is a MAJOR plus in my book...always! He was very polite and got right down to work when I showed him which door I had wanted examined. I let him do his work and went back into my house. About 30 minutes or so later, he knocked on my garage entry door to tell me that he was finished and he wanted to show me the work that was done. The smell from the silicone lubricant was quite strong, but not unbearable. Once he opened and closed the door and I had realized how quiet it finally closed, I actually welcomed the strong smell as it served as a reminder that my garage door would not be rolling off of its hinges anytime soon! Ben even told me to go and invest in a bottle of silicone lubricant as it works better for doors that are exposed to the elements. I just thought that WD-40 was a cure all...boy was I wrong! He offered me a special deal to change the rollers out which I must admit, were in pretty bad shape. I declined the offer, but was glad that he did offer. Over all, I was very pleased with the service that I was provided. For that price, I'd do it again for my other door.

On time, did great job lubricating door and springs. works a lot better. He checked keypad and determined I needed a new one, bad circuit board. I replaced batteries after he left and it works great. Glad I did not spend the extra $120 or so.
