In general it went great, the guys showed up on time, gave us pointers on the garage door opener and the door maintenance. The door really works a lot better now and sounds like it is moving much smoother with less force / resistance. I'd recommend this be done by everyone.

I purchased a coupon for a garage door tune-up back in May of this year, but due to items being stored in my garage, was not able to use it until now. Meanwhile, my garage door had been periodically making thumping noises when raising, and I thought that the tune-up might disclose a problem. Sure enough, when the guy disconnected the door and closed it manually, it almost knocked him down it was so heavy. He looked up over the door, and one of my springs had completely "sprung." There was at least a six inch separation at the breaking point. I could have seen it myself if I had ever looked up there. I obviously had to have that spring replaced, and since it was of the same vintage as the other, I elected to have both done, thereby saving the labor when the other spring broke in the future. The tune up and the spring replacement was completed in a prompt and professional manner. Everything from the company working with me when I had to wait so late to use the coupon, to the courteous and professional treatment I received when the job was done warrants an A rating. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend, and plan to use them in the future, should the need arise.

It took a couple of days to get the initial appointment to evaluate the garage door for a suggestion on the repair or replacement. Once a replacement was recommended, they gave colors and price, and were there the next day to fix the garage. I was at work while they fixed it, and was given a 30 minute call ahead before they were done so I could check the door and make the payment. Overall they were courteous, explained patiently and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend 'Yes Doors'.

Yes Doors feature a $25 promotional fee for routine garage door maintenance. After I placed the order, Yes Doors was very responsive in acknowledging the order and establishing a time to perform the work. There were at lest 3 after hours emails prior to the technician arriving on site. The technician, Ben, arrived in the early part of the time window and immediately proceeded to work. He was thorough in his review and response to questions. Using his iPhone, he researched a broken gate motor. During his review, he identified a crack in a door panel, which he explained will eventually compromise the door. As an interim fix he suggested a new support member. This was $35 more. The price seemed reasonable. At my request, the technician provided a pamphlet for replacement doors offered by his organization.

Ben showed on time, was very knowledgeable, fixed the gate, and charged us a fair price. We will use him again. UPDATE: Yesterday Ben came and appeared to repair our Apollo gate opener. Today the gate still had the same faulty operation. We called Ben today and we were not happy with his response. We were too hasty in giving Yes Doors an A rating.

It went well when I asked them to adjust the slack in the cable they adjusted the main spring which adjusted the cable slack. They provided me information on a door upgrade in the future. Very professional and polite. I would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future.

Ben was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The perimeter seal around all four edges of the garage door was installed professionally and it took only about an hour. The garage is much better sealed now. Will definitely use Yes Doors again for future garage door work.

Discovered garage door broken spring at approximately 8:00 pm. Contacted Yes Door Company based on Angie's list recommendations. Representative arrived around 8:30 with 2 new replacement springs. Also, did a complete refurbish of door, including replacing the rollers, and moved the arm which attached to the door (which makes the door close much quieter and smoother). Representative was professional and completed work within one hour. Will use this company in the future.

We had used this technician on our door repair the month before so when our in-laws were having door issues we immediately called Ben to come and take a look at this door. Ben was prompt, professional and once again provided us with exceptional service and the price was very affordable for what was done. I can't recommend this company and/or Ben highly enough. Would definelty used this company again and again.

They came out for the initial tune up and everything went smoothly. The provided a 30 day warranty on the tune-up, and a few days before the 30 days were up, we noticed a weird sound when our door closed, so we called them back for warranty service. No questions asked, they came out, and noticed that a bolt had come loose. The bolt was replaced and the tracks for the door were adjusted, and the noise went away. I also had an issue with my electric gate, and asked them about it on the same service call. They were able to fix it, and charged me a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Used Yes Doors in February with a garage door service coupon. Excellent review given then. Had a support beam beak so contacted Yes Doors via Angie's list messaging on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend late afternoon. Did not expect a reply until Tuesday. Had an appointment scheduled within an hour of my initial message. What company replies on Sundays? Yes Doors does. Ben came out shortly after 9 AM on Saturday, as scheduled. He assessed the problem. Recommended a solution, gave an estimate and started work. Finished within 30 minutes, explained work done and warranty. Excellent repair guy in Ben. Go to Yes Doors for your garage door needs!!

I purchased a coupon for $25 garage door tuneup. I have two garage doors and one does not work when the sun is shining on it in the afternoon. Yes Doors was responsive and on time. I chose to install new rollers on both doors, the moved one of the tracks, replaced ball bearings, and serviced both doors. I spent more than I anticipated when I originally purchased the coupon, but it was well worth it. I definitely recommend Yes Doors.

Yes Doors responded to the messages I sent through Angie's list quickly and we were able to setup an appointment with a 1 hour time window (as opposed to 4 or 8 hour windows with some providers). The technician showed up on time, completed the work and walked me through what had been done. There was a minor problem after the tune-up, largely related to the way my garage door was installed decades ago. Again, Yes Doors quickly responded to my request, scheduled time to come to the house the same day and fixed the issue at no additional charge. I will definitely use them again.

They could not fix my door and I had to get a new garage door. They were at the house for about 15-20 minutes.

Ben arrived on time, was very professional, was fast and efficient in his work and serviced every aspect of the door installation, more than anyone else has done in the past. I had him also replace the rollers, which were clearly worn out, and the seal at the bottom of the door which was also worm out and didn't properly fit between the door and the floor. The prices for these additional services were very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.
