It turned out pretty good. The service was okay. I didn’t have any problems with it.

It was great. I already had a good door. The man came in and didn’t try to upsell me. He did maintenance on the door and he put on new rollers. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. There were a little extra cost but it was within reason.

The gentleman was very professional as soon as he heard the garage door opening he knew what was wrong with it. He explained what was needed and what needed to be changed .We were charged an extra amount which was not included in the pre paid fee, but we paid it gladly. Now we have a quiet garage door.

Third time using Angie's list and there always seems to be more money associated with the deal. It seems their job is to upsell. The tech was polite, nice, and professional. I was told the trick to change the door after it was completed. I felt that I could have completed the project myself after all was said and done. It only took about 15 minutes but I was still charged by the roller and they are cheaper at Lowe?s. I feel as if I was taken advantage of after the deal was completed. However, the garage door does run smoother and is quieter. Everything he did was good, it's the process that I have a problem with. If I had another problem with the doors, I will call them again.

They did fine. There were some additional charges to fix the ball bearings.

That service turned out fine and I was happy. It took them about an hour to do the tune up and roller replacement. He did good work and even taped a business card next to my garage door opener and I thought that will be very handy when I need to call them again.

It was great. He came out and he did the work. He gave us some advice I mean our garage is old and he told us he could do this and this but eventually it was going to have to be replaced. It is a really good price to have someone just come out to oil, tune up and check out, all of that kind of thing. My husband thought it was a good deal.

They were very timely in responding and setting up the appointment. They arrived on time and were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about garage doors. They were very quick in fixing everything in roughly 45 min, which was under the two hour window. My garage door is working a lot better and much smoother now.

The installation went very smoothly with only a minor electrical issue that was corrected on Friday. The original garage door opener was connected to the electricity via an extension cord but the new one needed it's own power source. We love the new opener as we now have a light that comes on when the garage door opens, something that we didn't have with the older door opener.

Technician arrived about 15 minutes early which was good since we had plans that morning, got to work immediately and spoke to me about the performance of the garage door, made recommendations on the rollers (previous rollers were builders-grade) and we decided to replace the rollers. The technician took about 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete the tune up and detailed all the work performed. Great service! Would recommend! Would call again if I need garage door service!

I bought a garage door tune up from Yes Doors through Angie's List. The tech was very bright/knowledgeable and took time to explain what needed to happen/why and the costs involved. I had already purchased replacement hinges on my own and the tech installed them beautifully and without complaint. He even replaced my light bulb with one of his own, without charge. |I sensed integrity with this young man, and it was confirmed because he did not try to up-sell me -- what a pleasant surprise! No drama, no up-sell - he was purely solution-oriented. And his solutions worked flawlessly. Being older, I'm so very happy that I'll never need to find another garage door company, ever - YES is the Best! |p.s. I had a YES-tech over today for a repair due to my own error. My original thoughts are again affirmed - I'll never need to find another garage door company - Yes is the best!
