Ben was punctual. When I ordered the service he emailed right away. When he came to do the tune-up I was impressed with his knowledge. Our door needed some minor tune-up but once Ben was done, I realized that it was probably more than a minor need because once he was done, the door was much smoother. Really liked his work. I would certainly recommend him.

The service guy was arrived during the two hour window and assessed the door. After a quick inspection, he explained what the inspection included and offered a discount for replacing the rollers, which he stated were worn and due to be replaced. Because of the problems we've had with the door, we went ahead with the roller replacement. After his work, the door works really well. It's well balanced and is opening smoothly.

Excellent people and service! We were having issues with our garage door and I called and spoke with Tonya. She tentatively scheduled a service call but decided to call one of the technicians to get some troubleshooting info. She called me back with some questions and was able to help me figure out why there was no power going to the garage door. Afterwards I thought to myself, they easily could have come out and charged us a fee but they didn't. We have used them several times before and will definitely continue to use them in the future. The people at Yes Doors have earned our trust.

The work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Everything works properly and overall I am satisfied. A price of $312 seemed pretty high compared to the work that was done. However, they did do a good job.

I had a coupon for a $25 garage door tune up. I had a door that was slamming, which seemed to require a spring adjustment. I don't like messing with garage door springs, so I chose to hire someone. This was money well spent. The man that came out was nice, knowledgeable, and did not heavily push upgrades or other repairs. I did get a quote for a new door, but there was no high pressure sales pitch. Based on my experience, I will be calling them first when the time comes for that new door.

We took advantage of an Angie's Deal for a $25 garage tune-up. The door was making a terrible squeal every time we opened or shut it. The technician, Ben, arrived exactly on time, was very professional and friendly, explaining everything he was doing. He went over and above what we expected. We paid a little extra to have the rollers replaced, but he talked to us about doing that and got our approval before proceeding with the work. My husband said if he had done it himself, he would have had to pay at least as much for the kind of roller he used just for the supplies, so we feel like we received a fantastic value.

Excellent! It's an old heavy garage door and the tune up and new rollers were exactly the right fix. We talked about hot the opener is calibrated and how often I should have the tracks and rollers serviced. He left contact info by the garage door opener switch for future reference. Very quickly done. Will use Yes Doors again and happy to recommend. We also discussed a possible solution for a radiant barrier.

The service went fine. My wife worked with the technician who was out. We paid an additional fee to have the rollers replaced. They did a fine job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Showed up early and did the job quickly. I have changed professionalism to "F". The person got my garage door working, but told me I needed new rollers. I declined. My garage door worked 2 months and I called another company to come out. They said I DID NOT NEED NEW ROLLERS. I am so tired of people coming to my house and lying to me.

In addition to the $25 tune up, Ben found a hinge that was broken. He uphold me on some new rollers because mine were very old. He fixed my IR sensors and the garage works great now. After he was done, I discussed some options on getting a new style clicker to work with my ancient garage door. He suggested a perfect solution, which I picked up the next day. I would strongly recommend Yes Doors.

Technician was on time and lubricated the moving parts to improve FDO performance. Also cautioned me to avoid tracking the lubricant into the house. We have an old door and opener, and I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me newer equipment/components. Pleasant experience and will keep in mind for the future.

It was great. They significantly improved the operation of our garage door. There were additional costs and we expected that because they had to replace a part or something. We were very satisfied with it and were really glad we did it. They came out within 4 days of purchasing the Big Deal.

He came. He looked over my door. He said other than lubing and cleaning the door was still in good shape. So about 30 minutes later he was done and gone.

I couldn't ask for anything more. They showed up when they said they would and installed the door quickly and professionally. There were no surprises. Everyone I dealt with from Yes Doors was very friendly.

I asked Ben to change light bulbs in the control box and he discovered it was loose and originally installed with nails rather than screws and it was quite precarious. He brought tis to my attention and installed it properly as it should have been done in the first place. It looks very neat and the charge was very reasonable.. After adjusting and oiling rollers the garage door operates much more smoothly..

I never got a refund for that from Angie's List but I'd ordered this deal through Angie's List. These guys came out and the dude actually ended up breaking my garage door instead of fixing it and then he just left and told me my garage door was broken. The garage door wasn't as quiet as it used to be but it was still working perfectly. By the time he left, it wouldn't even go up or down. I contacted the provider at one point but never got any response or refund.

It went fine. I only had it once. They were good. They were prompt and they knew what they were talking about. They were fast on what they did while they were here. The price and quality was good.
