Highly recommend! Since they were out, probably about six months ago - I know, I'm so sorry I'm late writing this - but the garage doors have been totally fine!!! They even fixed some things that we didn't realize was wrong. I thought we were going to have to buy a whole new garage door opener but they did a really great job were able to fix the crazy thing. Also, they were professional and respectful which is great. We will definitely use them again!

Ok. He was on time but had I known he would just spray WD40 on the runners and tweak the bolts- I could have did me that...

For the past two to three years Yes Doors provided maintenance and repairs for our troublesome old garage door. They did a very good job after two other garage door service companies had not done so well. Recently we decided to replace the door and also the opener and talked with Yes Doors owner Ben Ham about various options available for each. The selected door had to be ordered from the manufacturer since Yes Doors' local distributor did not have the size, model and color in stock. About a month later the door arrived, and Ben and his helper installed it and the new opener. Ben immediately noticed some scratches on some of the door panels and said that he would work with the distributor and the manufacturer to get the panels repaired or replaced. He was able to get a manufacturer's representative to come look at the door, and the manufacturer quickly agreed to replace the panels. The new panels arrived a few weeks later, and Ben promptly removed the damaged panels and installed the new panels. We did not have to complain or submit any paperwork or pay any more money to get this done; Ben took care of everything. The new door looks great and functions very smoothly, and we are happy customers!

Excellent, great communication, adjusted a large garage door that was uneven and tuned up tracks, rollers, etc.

At 5 am I reached out to a few companies through Angie's List. Even that early in the morning, Yes Doors responded and set up service for the same day!! They came out, assessed the door, called us with an estimate, made the repair and took the payment over the phone! When we got home, our door is quieter and smoother than it has ever been! THANK YOU!!!

During the tuning it was recommended I had the door rollers replaced at a very reasonable price. I agreed and the whole service and roller replacement was completed in a very timely manner. After the service the representative patiently spent some time answering all my questions and giving me great tips on maintenance and self-help fixes. I will definitely use this company again.

Went great and worked quickly without missing anything. A previous contractor had left our newly installed garage door with damage in two areas that allowed light in and didn't keep the elements out very well (heat and cold). Even though we were given excuses how it couldn't be fixed, the Yes Doors rep fixed it beautifully! After he was done, our garage door was as good as new and we are very satisfied. The only minor issue was he tried to take the sticker for the rep who had installed the opener the day before without my knowledge and I had to ask for it back. He came back with something about voided warranties, but gave it back anyways. That's why I gave a "B" rating for "Professionalism". Nothing additional paid out of pocket either, which is great!

Amazing. Ben came out to help with an emergency repair on a Sunday afternoon. He was able to quickly repair the spring and the cables which had broken earlier in the day virtually trapping my car in the garage. At the same time we went ahead and replaced the rollers and had a good tune up on everything. Very very pleased with how quickly Ben arrived (within about 45 minutes of my call) and how quickly and thoroughly the job was completed. Sounding and operating like a brand new door. Would highly recommend.

Yes Doors contacted me within a day of my purchase and scheduled a Saturday morning appointment, which was helpful because of my work schedule during the week. Tonya was very pleasant and efficient. She told me Ben would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 and he showed up just after 9:00. He began the work right away, explained what he was doing and why, and answered any questions I had. In addition to the maintenance, he repositioned the opener arm higher on the inside of the door so there was more tension on the mechanism and less on the door, which provided smoother operation. The whole procedure took about 1/2 an hour. A positive experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Yes Doors repaired the rollers and the controller for a very reasonable price. The tech was prompt, courteous, and knowledge. The visit took about an hour. Will call again when I need service on my garage doors.
