They we WONDERFUL! I figured I'd have to replace that door, but they came out and fixed it in about 20 minutes and for $60. They were great on the phone and setting an appointment, polite and friendly when they did the repair, all-around great people to do business with!

They were super-professional. They answered the call I made as well as the email from the webpage. I told them the door was stuck and they came out within an hour, at the time we arranged, ON A WEEKEND! I was amazed. They explained all the problems and even tightened screws and replaced missing pieces that had popped off my builder-grade garage door. They replaced all the rollers with nylon rollers - which make ZERO NOISE. It is so quiet I cannot believe it.

It had been 5 years since the opener installation and last tune up. Purchased a tune-up deal through Angies, and after initial inspection, it was apparent the rollers were shot. Had the rollers replaced along with the tune-up. The technician was on time, explained all of the issues he found and the areas needing attention. He went right to work and was done in less than an hour. The door is much quieter and works great.

Yes Doors was able to schedule my install within 48 hours of placing the order. They offered many options for product and feature selections. They called prior to the install to let me know that the selected product was not available and they would provided an upgraded product at no cost in order to maintain our existing appointment. The installer arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The area was left cleaner than he found it. Would highly recommend for any garage door needs.

Yes Doors responded back shortly after the job was purchased. Ben (company rep) showed up on the early side of the window indicated. All replacement, oiling and straightening work was done within forty-five minutes. He gave some tips about maintenance schedules as well as recommendations about future garage door openers (if needed). Very professional.

It went fine. I requested additional service and he was honest enough to tell me that it would not help my problem and suggested ways I could fix it myself. He was quite knowledgeable and did not charge me for that.
