In a service filled with competitors it is customer service that often determines if the customer felt they received good value for their money. In this case, Ben called us when he was on his way, was prompt and pro-actively offered to help our internal garage door opener to be more efficiently placed. Great customer service, Thanks Ben.

Initially ,on the date chosen for the repair ,he knocked at the door and I couldn't hear it ,for what ever reason, it got missed .I called them again they, set the date again. He showed up ,finished the tune up and repair in 25 mins, changed rollers ,fixed the rod which was coming out of the wall ,it was about to break. Happy with the service.I will call them again if need be.

My door was sticking - only going all the way down after multiple pushes of the button, until it stopped and i had to manually open and close it. Ben came out and adjusted some of the settings and performed some general maintenance and gave me a new battery for my opener. Late writing this review, but my door still works flawlessly!

My parent's were having trouble getting the door opened on their old system. Called Yes Doors because they were great with my door. Ben came out and replaced the opener, rollers and installed a keypad which they didn't have before. he was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to use the warranty they had, which made it affordable. My dad was ecstatic. So happy with their service and new opener! Will definitely use Yes Doors again!

The technician showed up right on time (we were told between 3-5 and he arrived at 3:00 on the dot.) The maker of our garage door opener is no longer in business, so replacement parts were not an option, but he still attempted a repair. When it became clear that it couldn't be repaired, he went over the replacement process with my husband and I. He was up front about the cost and limitations (a socket wasn't near where the unit would have to be, so we had to have one installed), and he worked quickly and efficiently. The cost matched what I'd been quoted on the phone when I called to earlier that day to schedule the repair, and what the technician told us it would be. I'll absolutely be calling them in the future for tune-ups and recommending them to others for repairs.

Our garage door crunched when going down on rails blocking in my car. Yes doors were called on Sunday and came out 1st thing on Monday morning! The service was timely and overall great! Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them. Angies list coupon was easy and affordable.

Ben spent a few extra minutes afterwards patiently answering my questions. He was friendly and professional the whole time. He charged $45 for the service, which I felt was quite reasonable compared to other companies I have used in the past. The additional $45 paid was for coming out on a Saturday after 5pm, which again is pretty reasonable, and was mentioned to me on the phone when requesting someone to come out. Ben was also exactly on time. I am planning to use them to install a new belt drive garage opener, as our current screw drive is old, noisy and unreliable.

Great response time and preformed the work promptly. Ben diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the exterior sensor wire in under 20 minutes. I will do business with this company again. Thank you for the service.

Yes Doors replaced the garage door nylon rollers and lubed the tracks, making our garage door much quieter.

I didn't think there was anything wrong with my garage door, but thought I'd take advantage of one of Angie's Deals and signed up to have them come out and look at garage door. He recommended that I replace the rollers to prevent the strain on the door and the opener. It is amazing how much quieter the door is now. I'm glad I had them come out.
