Purchased coupon for door tune up on Tuesday, I called for appointment on Wednesday morning, they were out to the house that afternoon. Ben, the technician, was professional and friendly. He called to see if he could come early to the appointment, which he did. When he arrived I showed him my concerns and he went right to work. We discussed various options available for replacing the aggravating door opener which was acting up but he was able to re-program the unit and it worked perfectly. Ben made no effort to "hard sell" me on a new opener, since it was now working, he merely outlined my options. The conclusion was that I would wait for the unit to completely fail at the end of it's service life. The opener unit is a 4 year old contractor grade unit, pulling on a heavy wooden door. I liked Ben's service and attitude and will call Yes Doors back when the unit needs replacing or for other repairs. The coupon for a tune up was $25, I paid an additional $80 for replacement of all rollers. Happy door, happy wife.

The service technician Ben was great. He had the spring replaced and serviced the garage door (minor adjustments and replaced all the rollers) in no time. I would definitely recommend Yes Doors to anyone that is in need of garage door service.

A+. We've had 4 different companies provide this exact service. By far, YesDoors tuneup today was the best. The technician that came out was extremely competent, friendly and properly explained the things he was doing, without trying to upsell the deal. In fact he said our (non standard brand) garage door opener was in great shape and as long as we continue taking care of it, it should last. Highlights: 1. Had us on the schedule within a week of buying the deal 2. On Time 3. Sent a properly trained, competent employee who happened to be a nice guy too 4. Completed all tasks 5. Affordable 6. Didn't break anything** **FYI this is not always the case. Our last tuneup ( Not from YesDoors) was from an idiot who yanked so hard that he broke our detachment string and even after charging us a fortune to replace the string (because "it was old anyway"), left our opener in shambles. His boss had to come out the following day and worked 6 hours to repair the damage.

Our garage door was ready to break in half. They came out the day after we called for an appointment and replaced the door. It took them about an hour and a half. There was not problems whatsoever and we are happy with our new door.

I submitted a service request on Yes Door's website late Sunday evening. I received an email response before 5:00 AM on Monday and a technician as at my house before 9:00 AM. The technician (Ben) was excellent - professional and polite. He told me the estimated cost prior to doing the work and that is what I was charged. He quickly fixed the garage door and clearly explained everything he did. He explained several issues that might have caused the problem and reset the starting/stopping point to prevent the problem in the future. He left his card with his number and told me to call him directly if I had any problems. The dispatch office followed up to ensure that I was satisfied. I was very satisfied. This company deserves the high rating they have received on Angie's List.

The keyless entry install was fine and the service initially occurred without issue. Provider stated that garage door was old and should be replaced, offered to do so for about $670. I declined for the time being and they provided something for me to sign stating that the work was not warrantied due to the age of the door. Two days after the service, the garage door that had previously worked without issue, disconnected from the roller track and came crashing down. Luckily no one was hurt and the cars were fine, although a window broke in the door. Called the company, they quickly came back out and put the door back on the track free of charge and provided additional warnings about the age of the door. The service and solution were fair and the company was responsive, but I don't know that I'd be comfortable using the company again.

Arrived on time. Was professional. Performed expected service and made some recommendations based on some issues we were having. Price was very reasonable

Guy did a good job of oiling the hinges and my garage door is a lot quieter. He also pointed out some potential problems that I needed to fix.

Technician called to say he was running early; explained I couldn't be there until start of time window. He was polite and gracious; was waiting for me in the driveway. Ben was polite; immediately got to work and fixed the issue in less than 1 hr. I would definitely recommend this service provider.

Our window of service was from 3:00 - 5:00. The tech arrived at about 5 minutes to 3:00. He was professional and very pleasant. I gave him a nut and bolt that I'd found on the floor and he quickly assessed that one of the brackets was loose. I described the issues we were having and then he pointed out the old rollers. I told him I'd like to go ahead and purchase new ones. He, Ben, told me that it was a discounted price because with the tune-up we were already paying for labor so there would be no additional cost for the roller labor. He said he'd get right to work and about 30 minutes later he was finished. I was very impressed by his promptness and ability to quickly detect everything we needed. The door he worked on has not been this smooth and quiet for years. We have a double door garage and when the other door needs a tune up we will be calling Yes Doors. Excellent service.

They came out on a Saturday and used the existing door, placed it back on the tracks and tuned it up at a fraction of the cost. What a great service and company.

I bought a big deal for this service. The price was great. My issue wasn't resolved so some of the things that were supposed to be done I had to remind them. He was a little reluctant to do it. They came out two or three weeks after I purchased the deal.

Excellent job. Yes-Doors scheduled my appointment promptly after I purchased the "Deal" on Angie's List. The technician, Ben, arrived in time, in uniform. He was friendly, professional and explained what needed to be done. When he finished, he explained the operation of the keyless pad, showed me how to program it, and left written directions. The entire service was done efficiently and very professionally. I will definitely use this company again; will request Ben; and highly recommend them to others.

This was one of the best service calls we have ever experienced! Ben came on time, gave us a heads up beforehand, and fixed all the issues with our garage door. He even installed a wireless keypad to allow access from the outside to our garage without a remote! He talked us through the issues and fixed the creaks and breaks in our door every time it opened/closed. we are very impressed with this company's work and will definitely be recommending them to others!

The first time (a few years ago) I used this company I bought an Angie's Deal for an outside keypad installation. Ben from Yes Doors did a wonderful job installing the keypad and explaining how to program and use it. He also oiled and checked my aging door unit. He said it was old, but was still going to work for at least another year. This summer it finally happened... the door opener died. I called Yes Doors and Ben was scheduled to come out immediately, because I was unable to get my car into my garage. He installed a new unit and oiled all door parts. He actually did this on my lunch hour, so I didn't miss any work. The unit has been in for a couple of months and works like a charm. Also, the old wall button was tiny and did not light up. The new button is a big square that lights up. You can also turn the light on the unit on to get into the car. It automatically goes off when the opener is used again. I love it!! Ben is very knowledgable and professional. On his way out he gave me a cool multifunction pen with the company logo. It's also a flashlight and a tablet wand. I love it too!

The torsion spring on one of our garage doors broke. As always, we checked on Angie?s List to find the right Garage Door Service Provider. After researching several companies on their listings and pouring over their recommendations and ratings, we found one that really stood out - Yes Doors. We scheduled an appointment and Ben came out to check our door and provide an estimate of cost for the repairs. I asked Ben to include the replacement of the other door?s torsion spring as it as the same age and would probably eventually break as well. Within about 90 minutes all of the work was done! Not only were both of the springs replaced, but new rollers were also installed on both doors, all of the door railings and drives were lubricated and the openers on both doors were adjusted to work more efficiently. Ben provided an honest and fair price on the work which needed to be done ? including the extras which I asked him to do. As far as I am concerned, I fully trust Yes Doors as my number one choice for any future repairs we may need. Thank you Ben for your intelligent and professional handling of my repair work.
