We needed a new garage door (and a new, QUIET, high-quality opener) and fast. We emailed three companies on Angie's List, and YES was by-far the most responsive. Within 2 business days, we had a newly installed door, and the service from Tonya and the service team was friendly and professional. I highly (HIGHLY) recommend YES Doors.

On time, reasonable rates, great work

I called because of the great reviews. It's all true. I called to replace two broken springs. Ben fixed it, but showed me how the door wouldn't work properly. I got a new door and it's worth every penny. I never knew how whisper quiet a garage door could be! I literally stood outside the doorand opened and closed it to listen to a great low hum, with no screeching, squeaking or vibrations! And they fixed another door to boot! Well worth it!

The technician arrived on-time and quickly began work. He explained the issues that he saw thoroughly and provided suggestions on these could be repaired. The work was done in a very efficient manner. We would definitely use this company again.

Everything went really well! Ben was punctual and worked very efficiently. He saw the problem right away and immediately went to work. There is definitely a systematic procedure to disengage all of the components and then replace all moving parts in the proper sequence. Jokingly, I told Ben that it probably would have taken me a month to do what he did in 45 minutes. He replaced all ten of the rollers with new silicone rollers and sprayed both the springs and track with a lubricant of some kind. It works like new again and is quite as a mouse. Tech showed up right on time. Operation of door had been very noisy, chain drive worn, rollers needing replacement. Whole job took only about an hour. Very professional work.

He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what he was going to do and after work was completed demonstrated the results to me. A very smooth appointment.

Great service, the garage is quiet and working great! Good company - I've had a similar noise problem in the past and NO ONE ever looked at the brackets. The tech showed me the rubbing on one of the brackets and I'll be shocked if this problem comes back anytime soon!

It went perfectly. I scheduled the appointment on line, was give a time window, and the tech appeared within that window. They did a very good job and would use them again. The tech even helped secure the light bulb cover which was hanging off the garage door opener for years. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call back if I need any thing more.

He had to dig thru the truck to find the part since it is kind of a rare part, it seems, since my door opener is older. He found the part and had int working in less than 30 minutes.

Service technician showed up exactly on time (was given range of 3 hours and he showed up at the beginning of the range). He was courteous and professional and after hearing my description of the problem, he immediately understood the problem and went to work resolving. He completed the job in under an hour at the price I had been quoted prior to the work being done. I was very happy with all aspects of the service and I would recommend Yes Doors to anyone looking for a new garage door opener or service on an existing garage door.

It was great! He came in at the time he told me and he got to work right away. Originally it was only a $25 dollar tune-up but he said it would be nice to replace the old rollers. I agreed on his quote and he finished in less than an hour. I would definitely hired them again.

Came in for the tune-up, fixed my garage door that wasn't opening. Also recommended new rollers, as the old ones were... old. For not much extra, he installed the rollers--so now the door closes and rolls smoothly again.

I had a great experience with this company. I bought the coupon for an $89 garage door tune up & replacement rollers on a Friday, and they responded right away and got me scheduled for Monday. The tech arrived promptly, right when he said he would, and was pleasant and professional. Not only did he lube the tracks and replace the rollers, but he felt the garage door opener itself was positioned to low to be effective, so he spent the extra time and raised it for me. I would definitely hire this company again! A+

y garage door started making a "different" kind of noise when it was engaged so I figured I'd get a tune up and get the rollers replaced. It turned out I had a broken spring! Luckily Ben had the right size spring on his truck. He replaced the spring and rollers and did the tune up lickity split. The door is running better than every!
