Even though it was near the end of the work day, a service person was sent. He was very efficient and soon had the door operational again. This is the second time Ben has been here which speaks to the stability of their service crew.

The technician Ben arrived on time on the Saturday morning. He recommended changing the rollers on the door; if you heard how noisy the door was - he was right on. He was efficient; professional and the additional charge was very reasonable. Very satisfied with a job well done!

They replaced the rollers and added a strut to stiffen the door. Then they adjusted everything and lubricated the door. Now it works great.

Yes Doors showed up promptly around appoit. time. Ben took a quick look and quickly determined that I needed a new spring since the existing one looked a little small for my big metal door. This also caused my garage door motor to struggle and make a lot of noise. I did not get the impression that the tuneup was his main priority, as is the case with many of these deals on Angie's List. I felt like I paid someone to come quickly try and upsell the service. I did need a new spring, yes, but it was made very clear that that the tuneup was for lack of a better word, useless, in that sense. I'm not sure what the 'tune up' consisted of but not sure if it was worth $30. Ben was nice and simply had to recommend the new spring for my safety and the safety of others. This may simply be a critique of the deal. Had this deal been paired with a discount of a more expensive service or credited toward any repair, then it would make a lot more sense to me.

It went fine. We're getting some kind of weird noises now. It has been working really well, but we're getting some strange kind of dragging noises now and I don't understand why. I don't know where they're coming from. At first, I would put them pretty much at top, but lately, I've been hearing some grinding sounds. I think they need to come back and look at what they did to find out why I'm getting this grinding sound. I've got noise now that I don't understand. There is a grounding sound. At first, it was really good. But, in the last week or so, it started grinding and I don't know where that's coming from. I really think they need to come back and figure out what the problem is.

I didn’t have anything to compare it to. I’ve never had anybody come out to do any doors. He was just fine but I didn’t know how to compare how he was or the money or anything.

Ben with Yes Doors arrived 5 minutes early for the appraisal on Friday morning, and arrived 5 minutes early on Saturday to start working right away. I'm extremely happy with the service and the door. They also took the old (lead painted) door with them for disposal. Overall the experience was absolutely great and I would not hesitate to hire them again. I also recommend them to others.
