Yes Doors

I called Yes Doors and a guy (I'm sorry, I don't recall his name) answered the phone. He was polite and answered a bunch of my questions in great detail. He gave me several options on how to fix the spring and gave me different recommendations about possible other work (he gave me different prices, too). I decided to schedule an appointment for the work - he gave me a date the next day. The techinician (Ben) came on time and was very helpful. He repeated several of the options I got the day before. He explained what work he'd do and how long each piece would take and how much it'd cost. He was very professional and helpful. Eventually I decided to replace my garage door opener (the one I had was about 15 years old anyway and terribly loud) and upgrade to a 2 spring system. The total work was done in 2 hours - Ben worked hard without stopping until he was finished. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the fact that the broken door got fixed quickly. I'd definitely recommend Yes Doors for garage repairs.

He recommended $70 to change out old metal rollers to new nylon ones. I was skeptical at first but it was the right call. Didn't want the usual upsell tactic, but it greatly reducing noise and wear and tear.

He worked on my door. He told me it might need more work but so far it has worked great since the repair. I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent!! I can not tell you how efficient and fast YES Doors operates. I was in a panic state both times because I just knew we would have to replace the door. Somehow Ben fixed it without having to replace the entire door which is about 20 years old. I feel strongly that another company would have tried to charge us for a new door. Tonya who takes the calls and Ben who does the work are no doubt the best in the industry. They are both personable and professional! We have referred them to several friends who have also been very, very pleased with their services. I have been very surprised at how reasonable the cost have been. I can not recommend this company enough!!!

The work went fine, not more than a 5 minute job. I subsequently found outside of Angie's List other garage door tune-ups for less than what I paid for the Angie's List tune-up with discount and the job was so simple, I don't think I would pay to have this done in the future.

Had to order the part. The part came in on time and the repair was completed 3 days after the first call. This is the third time I have used Yes Doors. I will call again if the need arises.

Had to order parts for the trolley which were available in 2 days. Called when parts were in and scheduled to complete repairs. I have used yes doors on multiple occasions and they are my go to people for garage door service and repairs.

I do not think it turned out too good. When one guy that took down the old heavy wooden garage door damaged the wall and covered it with a piece of ply wood that was in the garage. We found out later and it was annoying. The sales man was okay. We didn't even bother to call them back.We were frustrated. I would use them again but wait until after installation before paying them.

It took them about 30 to 45 minutes. It was $49 for the service call. I used them and was satisfied enough that I've used them every year since just to come in and tuneup the garage door and the opener. They're great. They're consistently professional and they fix whatever problem we have.

Great - 5 am phone call was answered by a person and work was done as the next day ------ it was pouring rain the day I called and we agreed the next day would be better day for work to be done

the job was done in a short time and clean all rails and motor. inspected and tested everything and determined that everything was OK.
