Weaver's quality of work was absolutely impressive. Although I've had a computer for 19 yrs, my understanding of computers is fairly basic . I had already tried two of your top-rated computer repair people, but problems weren't fixed, communication was non-existent, and one was very expensive. I decided to try one more time and fortunately chose Weaver's. Their tech gave both the time and thought necessary to fix the problems on pc and laptop, answered questions on my level rather than ignoring the fact I was present. He was very thorough, used explanations I understood, and (gasp!) was refreshingly pleasant. I will always call on them anytime I have computer problems.

I found Weaver Technologies on Angie's List and decided to use them. He is really good, he has a partner and we can call either one of them for service. His price was in line with other companies. I am currently having an internet problem and he will be coming out later this week for that.

I purchased a Deal of the Day to have Weaver Technologies come out and tune up our desktop computer. It was running very slow. Jonathan came out in early April and told us we needed to have more memory. We agreed he would purchase that for us and return later that same week to install it. He never showed up. When I called him, he apologized and said he would call meto set up another appointment. He did not call me back. I called him the following week to set up an appointment. He called meon the day we had agreed upon to tell me he did not have the memory to install and would have to reschedule. I called him again the following week to see if he had found some memory for our computer and I set up yet another appointment. Jonathan didshow up that day (a little late) and installed the memory and also put Windows 2010 on my laptop. The work that was donewas adequate and Jonathan is a very nice kid, but the service he provided was not the best. I cannot say that I can recommend him to anyone else because it took about 3 weeks to get a simple thing done to our computer. I coud've done most of the otherthings he did myself.

Jonathan was punctual, professional, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He connected the printer to our two computers; connected our wireless blue ray Samsung disc player to our computer; suggested and installed a different cable that provided better picture resolution and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with Jonathan's work. He is our tech guy for all future problems.

He had a good attitude and was very helpful solving my problems and had some good suggestions to help me improve my computer.

They promptly sent a technicial to the house. He evaluated the computer and took it to their shop to work on it. They took a little more time than expected because they were trying to find and test additioinal memory for the computer. I did not need overnight service and I appreciate their extra effort.

It all went very well. We rescheduled once becaue of a conflict that I had and Weaver Technologies was very accomodating. Saved a lot of money by allowing them to take the computer with them to reload it overnight. When I called around to compare services and prices, Weaver was the best deal by far.

When I bought the special, I received a call from Weaver Technologies very promptly asking when I would like to schedule. I declined at that time because of my own schedule, but when I called back, Jonathon was able to schedule the service conveniently. He arrived on time, I found him to be very proficient and helpful. He explained what needed to be done and how he would do it. He completed the work and returned the computer exactly as he promised and also made provisions to make it easier for me to recieve help from him in the future. He was a very helpful and nice young man.

He took one hour (of the two that I had paid for with the coupon) and then said that I could used the 2nd hour at a later time. So that worked out really well for me.

He was very informative and he did the troubleshooting remotely.

All went well and would use again if a problem arises.

Tech called and arrived early and started checking the computer and replaced the Internet Explorer with a more reliable Internet interface - Chrome. Then repaired the Sound Blaster and the Volume problems were fixed. Tech was very professional and I was very happy with the repair, I will only use them on my computer from now on.

Visit was very pleasant. Jonathan was full of knowledge and a big help. Would definitely use him again anytime. One thing that caught my eye was that he was oncall 24hrs and you can never tell when something is going to go wrong and you need it for work.

I would recommend him and will use him again. I called him and explained the problem. He ofered to pick up the computer, repair and return it to my home. I went to his place of business since it was on my way to other appointments. Work completed in one day and I picked it up when in the area .Very helpful in explaining options and recommending what should be done. Polite, informed and professional.

Mr. Weaver called promptly, scheduled service well within my prescribed window of availability, and arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and polite. He helped me with two issues with my laptop that, while not complicated, had baffled me for several weeks. It was well worth having him come and help.

Jonathan Weaver is a young man to be trusted. His level of communication, knowledge and expertise far exceeded my expectations. I experienced a complete fail of my home PC and was faced with the "blue screen of death" and despite many attempts on my own, was unable to start my system in "safe mode" or any other manner. My home PC is also my lifeline to work, so retreiving the data on my hard drive was of utmost importance. Jonathan came and picked up my pc, kept it for a couple of days and communicated at each step what he was doing. Upon return of my computer, he updated all Microsoft Service Packs and put my system back in better condition than before the crash. This is an entepreneur who is starting a fairly new company and is eager to please. I would highly recommend his services and will certainly call him again in the future. Jonathan was punctual, personable, worked efficiently and made it easy to understand what he had done to correct the desktop issues and how to get started with the laptop. In all, it was a pleasant experience with a professional young man.

I was receiving an error on boot up on 2 different tablets. The technician was able to get them booted back up in no time and I did not even have to reformat or restore them. This gave me an opportunity to get my data off and then they walked me through performing the updates without issue. This is the first time using this company, but it was a good experience and uneventful which is a good thing. It was very quick and painless and refreshing for a change.

Overall experience was great. Very stress free.
