He saved everything from my computer to an external hard drive. Reset the computer to the factory settings and downloaded my information back to my computer.

It went really well and handy. The one guy that came was super nice and gave solutions to the problems.

The service did not turn out well. I had a problem with the computer and needed data retrieval done. I gave him my computer and never heard back from him for a week. I had to go to him to pick up my computer. He did not even repair the computer. The technician was not professional or communicative. He ran the company out of what looked like his mom's home.

I tried to book an appointment once and it did not work out as I could not connect with them.

This guy was Awesome! He was so knowledgeable, and not only fixed everything, but taught me how to fix things in the future for myself! I will definitely use him again!!! He even gave me tips to protect the computer and my kids, since I have a teenager, from them getting to sites I didn't want them on, spyware etc,.!

They never contacted me. I'd like my money back.

Weaver Technologies did what we expected of them to do. I am very happy with the results. I would use them again if a need arises.

After speaking with Jonathan and providing all the information he needed, he was suppose to come to my location to work on my computer. When he did not show up, I called to confirm our appointment. He did not answer and never responded to my messages. He was very friendly on the phone during our initial conversation...too bad he lacks the professionalism to follow through. I would not recommend him since he is unreliable.

I had to call them. I had given days/times that would work for me but I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. My computer is working much better now. I tried to keep track of the error messages I was getting and things it was doing. . so I had a list to tell the guy.

He removed the pesky little things that were making my computer run slow. It functions much better now!

Weaver technologies did a very good job removing the virus on my computer. They also offered advice on things I could do to keep them off, as well as recommendations for speeding up the computer. The only issue is that it is sometimes difficult to get in contact with them.

Pete, the technician was very knowledgeable and he worked efficiently.

Called set up appointment, never showed up. Then couldn't ever get ahold of him again!!! Spent money with no service!

Weaver Technologies were fantastic. They were great.

The work turned out really well. We were having some issues with our computer, emails, printer, and things like that. He fixed them. He came to our house. He was very thorough. He took time. We're not very computer oriented and he had patience with us. We had a lot of followup phone correspondence. When we had questions, he was available for us and didn't charge us any extra. I would highly recommend him to anybody else. He's very reliable. We were very happy with him. We would use him again without second thoughts. We called him because we got the email about the coupon. That was the only way we knew anything about him. We would use him again even if we didn't have a coupon. He's very, very knowledgeable. He took his time with use. He made sure we understood. He told us to call him anytime, which we did a couple of times after he left because we couldn't remember everything that he told us. He was very patient and very considerate. We kept his name and phone number in case we ever needed him again. He's a very hard worker.

He was prompt, professional. Price was very reasonable.

Was late, but he called to tell me he was going to be late and asked me if I wanted to reschedule. Did his work very professionally.

Kevin arrived 15 minutes early and was ready to go to work. I told him that I thought I had a virus called the and quot;MyWebSearch.and quot; He checked the computer fully and after 15 or 20 minutes determined that if I had a virus, it was now gone. I told him that the computer has been running very slowly for many months. He looked it over very carefully and determined that I had just too much software loaded. He said by unloading most of the non-essential software it would speed up the computer significantly. He went through each software program and explained why it should be removed. He removed the software. As he was working on the computer, he told me the best way to configure my computer and why. He was a library of information and I really enjoyed listening to him. Kevin was correct. When he finished, my computer it was as fast as it was when I first bought it 8 years ago! Kevin was on the computer for 3 hours but gave me a huge break on the fee. He suggested that I let him take the computer to his home and he would reload it from scratch. I think I will do that. Kevin's visit was extremely pleasant and he was courteous, polite, professional, and has over 18 years of experience in this type of work. I WILL use him again!

A technician did a remote virus removal, but it did not work. A couple of days later he came out to our home to work on my laptop. He ran a scan with a special virus removal tool once to remove it, and a second time to make sure it was gone. He also checked our internet speed and suggested that we call our internet service provider to increase the speed. While the scan was running on our laptop, he checked our iPad to see why the software wouldn't update. He changed some settings on our desktop and got the update to work. During his work he explained things and educated us on viruses, internet usage, and our computers' software so we could do some other things on our own to make our systems run faster and smoother. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. We were very happy and would definitely call again!

Absolutely loved working with the staff. Everyone was so professional and were able to resolve my pc issues in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.

He was complete and the time wasn't too bad, but that wasn't the point. He needed to fix the problem without worrying about time.

This deal went ok. The technician did not know much about Apple products. But he did stay and help with other needs.

I called Mr. Weaver on a Friday. and expected to get a time the following week. Instead he came out on Saturday Morning, . listened to my description of the problem - Microsoft Word had disappeared, Adobe was not working properly and I had problem with opening a USB Drive. He immediately sat down at the computer to resolve the problems. After a couple of hours the computer was still grinding away at restoring the operating system, we were both in agreement that he should take the laptop and E-reader to his business place to continue the restore. The problem with the Sony E-reader was a failure to acknowledge account, although it had already been accepted via the Sony computer program. He gave me a time and date when he would return them. Both items were returned at the time and date he stated. He waited while I checked out a couple of data files that I had had problems with. One problem was solved, and the other was a matter of explaining Microsoft's use of Libraries.

Very professional. Knew exactly what was wrong and took care of it in minutes. On time, prompt.
